Absolutely loved our stay! The pools were perfect for kids—safe, fun, and clean. The whole hotel was perfectly clean too, which we really appreciated. The food was great with something for everyone—some classics always available, plus cool themed nights like Spanish and seafood. Staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely come back!

Quality and diversity of buffets food was exceptional 5 stars. Maybe one of the best buffets I had, definitely the best paella I had in a hotel. My son enjoyed the kids sessions and the entertainment was good quality. The hotel is located 5 mins from the beach, therefore a walking distance and very close to shops. Room cleanliness was OK. The hotel has 3 pools including the kids slides which keeps the entertained. They also offer outdoor food service during the day which is ideal for children. Outdoor maintenance could be improved especially cleanliness, more attention to details would be recommended. It is indeed a very good family hotel and the atmosphere is very chilled we will come back in future.

What a brilliant hotel. Completely exceeded my expectations. The entertainment team (Sally, Andreas and Anton) were absolutely incredible. All the activities were suitable for children and adults, they were always involved and positive. Completely made our stay.
The rooms were extremely clean, cleaners were all very friendly couldn’t fault them at all.
If you’re coming to stay as an all inclusive guest and like to drink, it’s worth reading up! We were very fortune that we read reviews and knew what to expect. Due to the new laws, you are allowed 3 drinks at lunch, 3 at dinner ( wine or beer ). Otherwise, all drinks need to be paid for. As an all inclusive guest, drinks are discounted by about €1-€2 euros. However this did not change our stay at all. The bar staff all dealt with it brilliantly. They were always up for a joke and a positive evening.

Just got back from a weeks stay here and felt I had to write a review as our stay was absolutely incredible. It was our first family holiday abroad and I cannot recommend it enough for young families. It’s very kid friendly, with a lovely splash park and play area, a kids pool and a main pool. Brilliant kids entertainment ran by the lovely sally who was one of the highlights of our holiday, our son Louie adored her. The food had a great selection for those who are more adventurous with their choices and also for fussy eaters and young children; there was also a kids buffet. The only slight downside was the alcohol not being included in the all inclusive due to alcohol laws but this wasn’t really an issue for us as we didn’t really drink anyway and when we did they were dirt cheap to buy, a round of 5 drinks cost me 15 euros so can’t really go wrong. The rooms were modern and nicely decorated and clean, the cleaners themselves were lovely too and took the time to speak to my son and line his cars up for him every time they cleaned our room which made his day to return to. The local area is lovely too with a selection of shops, restaurants etc and a beautiful beach just a stones throw away. If you’re thinking of booking here, do it!! We will be returning next year. Very good, pools great, especially for kids, usually very critical of all inclusive food but this was very good, good selection, good quality, got a bit repetitive after a while but thats difficult to avoid. Great location, beautiful beach nearby, loads of great bars. Very very close to magaluf but didn't cause too many issues. Only complaint would be the size of the rooms, very very small, smallest I've seen.
