What a brilliant hotel. Completely exceeded my expectations. The entertainment team (Sally, Andreas and Anton) were absolutely incredible. All the activities were suitable for children and adults, they were always involved and positive. Completely made our stay.
The rooms were extremely clean, cleaners were all very friendly couldn’t fault them at all.
If you’re coming to stay as an all inclusive guest and like to drink, it’s worth reading up! We were very fortune that we read reviews and knew what to expect. Due to the new laws, you are allowed 3 drinks at lunch, 3 at dinner ( wine or beer ). Otherwise, all drinks need to be paid for. As an all inclusive guest, drinks are discounted by about €1-€2 euros. However this did not change our stay at all. The bar staff all dealt with it brilliantly. They were always up for a joke and a positive evening.

Very nice hotel especially at this time of the year. The staff is very friendly and you can truly feel harmony in between the different departments. For somebody who worked in the industry that was really nice to see and is truly important for a good hotel. There is a great mix in between young and older experienced staff.
The food was great and I especially recommend the paella and fideuá.
The animation program was very nice and well; for both adults and kids, as they have two different well visible programs next to reception. Big s/o to Sally and Andres!!

Just got back from a weeks stay here and felt I had to write a review as our stay was absolutely incredible. It was our first family holiday abroad and I cannot recommend it enough for young families. It’s very kid friendly, with a lovely splash park and play area, a kids pool and a main pool. Brilliant kids entertainment ran by the lovely sally who was one of the highlights of our holiday, our son Louie adored her. The food had a great selection for those who are more adventurous with their choices and also for fussy eaters and young children; there was also a kids buffet. The only slight downside was the alcohol not being included in the all inclusive due to alcohol laws but this wasn’t really an issue for us as we didn’t really drink anyway and when we did they were dirt cheap to buy, a round of 5 drinks cost me 15 euros so can’t really go wrong. The rooms were modern and nicely decorated and clean, the cleaners themselves were lovely too and took the time to speak to my son and line his cars up for him every time they cleaned our room which made his day to return to. The local area is lovely too with a selection of shops, restaurants etc and a beautiful beach just a stones throw away. If you’re thinking of booking here, do it!! We will be returning next year. Thankyou guys you’ve been brilliant !x

I recently stayed at AluaSun and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a balcony that allowed us to fully relax. It was also in a prime location allowing us easy access to the beach.
One of the standout features of our stay was the entertainment team, they were incredibly talented and engaging - they can definitely host a good quiz.
I found that the German entertainer in particular added a lively atmosphere to the hotel, making our evenings enjoyable and memorable. He made an effort to come round and talk to us and other guests whenever he was available.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
