A Fantastic Stay at AluaSun Torrenova We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AluaSun Torrenova and couldn’t fault the experience. From start to finish, everything was excellent. All the facilities were great and very well maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant deserves a special mention — both breakfast and dinner were always fresh, with a fantastic selection of food to choose from. There was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high. The atmosphere around the hotel was welcoming and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still feeling like a proper holiday. We would happily return and would definitely recommend AluaSun Torrenova to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The place was generally lovely - the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was delicious! However, I would suggest offering some customer service training to the reception staff. It felt like they were doing me a favor speaking to me. A warm smile and friendly greeting costs nothing and makes you feel welcomed. I also tried to extend my stay, but the receptionist man simply said there were no rooms available. Later, I checked on Booking and found that rooms were indeed available. It wasn’t a big issue, as I found another hotel nearby, but I believe this is something that could be improved.

Just come back from staying at this hotel. Upon arrival and first impressions it looked very nice but it's definitely not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Room - our room was on the 2nd floor, Once we opened the door it smelled of stale water. Nice bathroom with a shower and all facilities with shower and body wash supplied and towels changed when required. Beds were really comfortable but were very soft. Walls are very thin and could hear everything going on in the rooms each side of you. We had a young family next to us and the noise was unbearable with them shouting and banging the doors at all hours. Balcony door would not lock once we closed it. And we could also hear everything going on in the corridor to get to other rooms on an evening until all hours of the night. Food - wasn't the best either, breakfast was probably the best but looked like the fruit was from the previous day and was all brown. We ate out every night after visiting the restaurant as the food didn't look very nice and there wasn't a great selection. Theres a great selection of restaurants about 5 to 10 mins down the road Location- is up and steep hill about 5 to 10 mins away from everything you need including the beach If you go all inclusive it's not fully all inclusive either there are extras you have to pay for so be aware of this. We definitely won't be returning to this hotel there's alot more better hotels in the area

Lovely hotel room was a bit small but was only two of us so managed. Hotel was peaceful n very friendly staff. Just a lack of entertainment on a night and the 3 drinks lunch n dinner were a bit disappointing due to not being able to take them out the restaurant to enjoy around the pool so had to buy drinks when needed. Food was nice a variety. Good location apart from the hills beach was just a short walk away n walk to magaluf was only 20 mins

This is a fantastic family hotel, especially great for kids, particularly because of the kids' pool featuring water slides. There are plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The kid's entertainers, Sally and her team, were absolutely brilliant. The nighttime entertainment included a few decent acts, although the quiz night could have been improved. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping the rooms clean every day! I suggest taking a moment to read the small print regarding the all-inclusive package and the rules for alcoholic drinks. You are allowed only 6 drinks per day—3 with lunch and 3 with dinner. Other than that you can buy as much as you wish. The food was amazing, with a wide variety available each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for the kids. The location is excellent, with plenty of bars and shops nearby. A few areas of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall, it’s a great place, and all the staff were polite and friendly.
