Positives:
This hotel in itself is good location wise, children's entertainment and general staff are friendly. They also have a decent laundry room and good swimming facilities.
Negatives:
1. We came 2 days ago, so the days were quite hot and while outside was chilly during the evenings, our room (1 bedroom apartment) was sweltering. We asked 3 times for the AC in our room to be turned on, the 2nd time we were told the AC would be turned on but the 3rd time we were told that info was incorrect, and that due to every other guest wanted the heating on so we cannot have the AC on. We then asked for a fan, we were told they don't have any fans as everyone else is cold in the evenings- not sure how everyone else being cold has anything to do with our room but we were insistent for a number of reasons, one being I'm pregnant and couldn't sleep at night and another being we have a 2 year old who also could not sleep due to the heat and zero windows in the room. After a lot, and I mean a lot if push back we finally got a fan sent to our room (pic attached).
2. Food: i emailed prior to us arriving to specify we're vegetarian (as we only eat halal) and as well be having breakfast included, if there are vegetarian options available. I received a reply saying they don't offer elaborate vegetarian options but there are options to choose from. I was happy with that reply but the buffet style breakfast left much to be desired- all the eggs were cooked in the same trays as the bacon. The vege options were - eggs, fruits, beans and toast. Options are very limited and honestly seeing how omelette were cooked with the ham omelette, I was put off a lot. It's not very inclusive at all.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel in April. The facilities are excellent and food is good. We went B&B but chose to eat the restaurant a couple of nights and really enjoyed the food then too. The staff in the kids club are great and also handle the kids entertainment in the evenings which was excellent. Our 3 year old loved it. Location is great, on the boarder of Cala Millor and Cala Bona so can easily access both within a short walk. Also was a great price compared to other similar hotels.

Overall we had a great family holiday with 2 small kids in this hotel! We will most likely return one day!
Especially the indoor pool was a game changer, as the weather/water outside was not always warm enough for the other pools!
Kids Club was also a plus!

Spent a week here and had zero complaints, staff were lovely and the hotel had everything you could need.. Outdoor pool was a great size and the Pirate ship is a cool feature for the children, indoor pool and sauna was perfect on our one rainy day. Hotel is only about 50 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes walk to a huge sandy beach, food onsite was great but there's also loads of restaurants within walking distance..

Last year I slipped on a wet floor in this hotel and broke my hand. The cleaning lady just poured soapy water of the floor and considered this to be "cleaning". Of course no warning signs about the wet floor. After almost one year I still have not received a single cent of compensation. While the hotel admitted that it was their fault (they actually saw the accident on the CCTV), their insurance (MAPFRE) keeps absolutely silent and is not keen to pay anything. Initially they offered to reimburse 1000 EUR, which was a joke comparing to all medical costs. I refused and since then they switched to ignore mode.
The safety in general is not taken seriously in this hotel: anybody can enter without any checks, the fire safety is not adequate (fire alarms are installed incorrectly, evacuation plans do not match the room, etc.), electrical installations have uninsulated wires, there were glass splitters in the pool area and so on. A very miserable level, especially for a hotel which is positioning itself as kids-friendly.
On the plus side: they have their own parking and the rooms are not bad.
Otherwise the hotel is below average: the food is ok for a couple of days, but if you stay longer the restaurants on the promenade are a far better choice. The pool is dirty and was totally overcrowded (in August). Animation is a joke: totally boring, and the stage is positioned in such a way that maybe 20 people can see the action and for the others there is no space. The hotel location is also not very good: you need to walk 10-15 minutes to reach a good beach (a not so good one is a bit closer).
We have been going to Cala Millor regularly in the last 20 years, and this hotel is by far the worst experience we had - avoid if you can.
