Location is perfect, right next to beach. Rooms are clean and breakfast is lovely.
However…
1) the walls are paper thin that you can clearly hear conversations of the next room (you will not get a good sleep) as well as the blinds not being able to block out the sun effectively. So you will be woke up by the sun each day.
2) the tall man who works in the restaurant is honestly the rudest person. The first interaction we were on our way into dinner and we stopped to wait for someone to assist us into the restaurant however no one came so we preceded to walk in. The man approached us and stopped us by placing his hands on both me and my partner which I truly didn’t appreciate and made me feel uncomfortable. This was to get our room number but please keep your hands to yourself as me and my partner do not appreciate being man handled. The second horrible interaction with this man was at breakfast time. We had finished 2 plates of food and we’re going up to fetch something else. When we came back the table was cleared which is understandable but the cutlery was gone also. So we sat down the table next to it which had cutlery/cups. This obviously annoyed the man as I sat and watched him point at me and shake his head clearly in my view. Honestly being the second horrible interaction with this man made it feel worse. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave, really can’t put into words how humiliating it felt. I’m on holiday and expect to have a nice time, not to be treated so horribly. If Timor Hotel cares for their reputation it would be wise to look into that man’s attitude towards their guests.
Will not be back.
Best wishes,

positive surprise! Clean room, nice choice of food. Ideal location for some days close to the beach.

It was my first time in Mallorca so before you go get ready: it's more a German island than a Spanish one. The hotel is mostly frequented by German pensioners. The rooms are nice and breakfast/dinner are served with a buffet concept full of choice but of average quality. It seems the rooms were renovated recently but the surroundings belong probably to the 80s or so. In conclusion: if you don't care too much about a lively atmosphere this hotel works well

We decided to move to another hotel after 4 nights. First - outside, at the neighbour`s yard, worker cuts stone plates with electric saw all day long! In the night - the dog barks! So, you just can't enjoy the city view and the balcony! The hotel charged us 50 euros for the "higher" 5th floor but it's just a waste of money! The outside pool is small and cold! The GYM is ridiculously small and poor equipped! Cappucino for 3.5 euros at the bar is so bad! WIFI is awful! So, AS A FAMILY HOTEL IT WOULD BE GOOD FOR DEAF PEOPLE WITH NO SELF RESPECT! Because , you won't get sleep before all of your neigbours will finish going to the toilet. furniture moving, laughter, checking in in 2 a.m. and when your neighbors enter their room, you will decide that someone is trying to open your door! Room design is modern and fresh but with no sound isolaion!!! Clean up is good! Room service starts to make noise in the morning throughout the hotel, so you won’t be able to sleep longer. Before leaving, my son was not given a ping pong racket, saying that the table was already taken. And when I came up, they immediately gave me a racket. There is a line at the entrance for breakfast! And inside, you will see two hundred german tourists in a half basement room with not enough space and food for everyone! Only two elevators, which is a very long wait! For a pool towel you have to leave a deposit in cash! Evening programs with cheap singers, djs and acrobat parodies and pain in the ears. Avoid this hotel! Good luck

Very nice hotel. Extremely helpful reception and hotel staff. Rooms cleaned and towels replaced on daily basis. Wide variety of dinner dishes, with fresh meat grilled while you wait - definitely big plus for that
