This hotel feels somewhat overrated. The rooms are very clean and modern, but the beds are unfortunately too small for two people to sleep comfortably. Some beds have two mattresses and you can slip between them during sleeping. The staff is professional and friendly, and housekeeping serviced the room daily, providing fresh towels.
We had half board, and while the food options were varied, the quality was disappointing. Many ingredients seemed low-cost, and some items were clearly reused the next day in sandwiches. One evening, we even found raw meat in the food while eating. The coffee was terrible, both in the restaurant and at the separate bar area but the drinks served on the breakfast were decent - orange, pineapple etc.
Another downside is that no drinks are included at dinner—not even water. A bottle of water costs €3.50, and you’re not allowed to bring your own to the table. On a few occasions, we ended up dining elsewhere due to the poor quality of the food. I would recommend offering better cuts of meat and improving ingredient quality overall.
The spa area has 5 inside sunbeds, turkish sauna and dry sauna. The pool is very clean and the water is heated. 5/5 for the SPA zone.

I stayed at this hotel in early October 2025 for a cycling holiday and it is very nice. The rooms are small but spotlessly clean and modern with everything you need except for a kettle (you have to pay 5 euros to hire a kettle).
The food is excellent, both breakfast and evening meal had a good selection. You have to pay for drinks for the evening meal but breakfast drinks are included. The waiters are polite and very efficient.
The hotel is setback from Alcudia strip so the road noise is ok and only a 5 minute walk from the amazing beach.
I would like to return to this hotel next year but l won't for one reason….. they no longer allow you to keep your bike in your room. There is free hotel bike storage but it is outside in a secure tent, I am not happy leaving my high value bike in there.
Please return to the policy of allowing bikes in the rooms and I will return, you will also get a lot more cyclists if you allow bikes in the rooms once again.

The food at the hotel deserves special praise: the dishes are varied, delicious, and always fresh. Every day there was something new to try, and the presentation was just as pleasing as the taste.
The accommodation fully lived up to my expectations: clean, cozy, and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and impeccable housekeeping. Everything is designed so that guests feel as comfortable as possible. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we really didn’t want to leave. Room
My room was tidy and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a great walk-in shower. The bed was cozy and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after busy days.
Food
Breakfast and dinner were served as a buffet with lots of variety. There was always something tasty to choose from, and it never felt repetitive.
Service
The staff really made the stay special. Everyone at reception, in the restaurant, and at the bars was genuinely friendly and welcoming. You always felt taken care of with a smile.
Facilities
The gym may be small, but it has everything you need for a proper workout. The spa area was a highlight – the sauna, steam sauna, and big jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Overall
A wonderful week with great service, good food, and relaxing facilities. Would happily come back!

Extremely neat and clean with the added bonus of a sauna, steam room, solarium and indoor pool at the end of the corridor. Didn't take up the HB option, however the food and drink we did have was great and good value. Downside was that the room was small but very well appointed. The balcony looked out onto the workshop for the hotel opposite but wasn't a big deal for us.
