A lovely hotel that I would happily come to again. The half board is well worth it. I imagine it gets really quite busy high season. Do go for the half board the bus into town is useful and the supermarket nearby superb. Staff were pleasant but not bend over backwards helpful which made one feel a bit on your own occasionally which was a shame. Room aircon was a bit naff. Would very happily stay again though

Absolutely incredible. Possibly, the only downside could be the fact that it is only accessible by car. However, I would recommend hiring a car to travel in the island either way, so this is not an issue.
The fact that it has a private beach that can be accessible any time of the day is super charming.
Great breakfast.
Even though my room was not facing the pools/beaches, I still had an unreal view of the ocean and some nearby villas.

This is by far the most amazing, friendly, clean and best-experience hotel we visited. My partner and I took our parents and siblings here so they loved every minute in the hotel, restaurant, pool and little private beach. Strongly recommend it for people who want to relax and have a good experience, also in a good location with really amazing beaches and cities. Ohh and also this is where I choose to propose to my now fiancée so this is definitely to be remembered. Thanks again to all the staff involved in our amazing experience!

Not a 4 star hotel! I visited this hotel för 7 nights.
Our room was on the bottom floor and we had problem with bugs in our bathroom for our entire visit. They kept crawling up from the bathtub.
The cleaning staff didn't change our bedsheets and came into our room without knocking...
The lunch and dinner buffé cost 30€ which is quite expensive so we decided to eat at the restaurant next to the hotel with a beautiful seaview and great food.
Although the hotel was full of guests they didn't think to make sure that there was enough sunbeds for everyone and we had do stand in a queue and ask for a sunbed...
The hotel doesn't have a beach for guests to access, it's the ocean on the backside of the hotel with a lot of rocks. No sand.
You 100% need to rent a car otherwise you will be very bored and feel limited at the hotel since it is so far from the city of Mallorca.
+ The drinks tasted good.
+ Free parking (renting a car is a MUST!)

The hotel staff is very kind and polite. The variety of food choices is big, a lot of healthy options for breakfast and dinner. The room was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping was changing the linen every day. Gym is small but useful. The inside pool is nice.
