An excellent hotel in a really good location. Staff are all super efficient and friendly and the pool area and roof top terrace are superb. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. However although the room was well appointed it was almost comically small. There was next to nowhere to put your possessions so the room was permanently untidy and cluttered and it was hard to locate things. A bigger room would have made me leave a 5* review but it was so tiny that I almost left a 3* review. It was a sea view room for reference .

We had a fantastic week here. Staff are outstanding and provide excellent service all around the hotel: at reception, at the bar, in the restaurant, by the pool, with room service, with cleaning rooms, maintenance. The whole hotel is decorated beautifully, and felt luxurious. It was peaceful and quiet, no kids around, though it did feel aimed at an older demographic, and there wasn’t any events meant for socialising with other guests. The live music though was lovely, a new act on every night, but yes not so much for young people! For cyclists there is a safe storage basement for them, and the gym is a nice touch. We had breakfast included and it was incredible, you had full english, cereals, breads as usual but also Mallorcan ham and cheese and delicious fruit, AND a ‘show chef’ who could make you an omelette or boiled egg or whatever you like to do with egg. I’d highly recommend for anyone who wants a luxurious and very chilled stay at Port Pollenca, we’d love to come back.

A beautiful and stylish hotel, which feels calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. 😻 There is plenty of seating and loungers in the communal areas. The hotel is located opposite a great beach and has a pool behind the dinning room. I totally recommend for adults - couples, families and friends.

Great hotel with brilliant service. Had a long weekend with friends staying at Hotel Pollentia and it was perfect for us. Our group of 11 had a great stay and the people on reception were super friendly and helpful. The rest of the hotel staff were always so friendly and polite with our whole group. Very clean and modern decor. Great selection at breakfast every morning, and was really easy to order drinks to wherever we were. Beach within easy access over the road and a supermarket practically next door. Restaurants, and shops only a short walk away. We also booked a boat trip from the port a 15 min walk up the road. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back ourselves. Thanks for a great stay!

More bijou than boutique.
Thoroughly disappointed with our room. We had a sea view and small balcony but once the balcony door was opened it blocked my side of the bed and I couldn't get in. There was limited storage space, no drawers, apart from three small ones in the wardrobe which left hardly any space to hang clothes.
Our cases had to be unpacked on the bed and then stored upright against a wall. We are both small and slim, but could hardly pass by in the limited space in this cramped room.
The room was basic and did not warrant 4 stars or the price paid when compared to other hotels nearby, also with sea views, which offered much more for a similar price.
We will be returning to beautiful Puerto Pollensa in September but not to this particular hotel for sure.
