Went on an Easter break with the family. Thoroughly relaxed and peaceful trip, food was good and the restaurant staff are brilliant, very experienced and welcoming, there have been negative reviews previously, but couldn’t fault the hotel in terms of the facilities and welcoming staff.

The hotel is great. I was there with my wife and 2 kids, The room was adequate for us as we were out most days. The balcony was sun facing as well which was a bonus. The staff are wonderful, very helpful. The restaurant is great as well, I have a fussy 10 year old and there wasn't one meal time when he didn't have a few options to choose from. The location of the hotel is also good, about 1 mile walk to the beach. The pools at the hotel are manned all day and it's a very safe environment for kids to play in.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hotel. On arrival, by the time we had unpacked our suitcases, our feet were black with dirt. The room was filthy with black hair everywhere. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything from the rooms above, below, and either side. For a family of 5, we found there was a large lack of storage for our belongings, and space in the room was limited. There's very little to do in the way of entertainment, and what is on offer is very outdated and in need of some TLC. You are also required to pay for the use of the pool table/air hockey, etc. The pools are clean, but the temperature of the inside and outside is freezing. The tall buildings, either side of the pools, means very little sunlight gets in, and when it does, the loungers are so tightly packed together that it's very uncomfortable. The "beach" is filthy with a lot of washed-up debris and is not accessible. For an all-inclusive option, there's very little choice in beers and wines. I don't drink personally but noticed the lack of others. I wouldn't return and am quite glad we only booked for 5 nights. Also, when leaving the hotel waiting for a transfer, the instructions isn't clear that you need to wait at the top elevator, not the main door at reception. We almost missed our coach.
On a positive note, the food and service are OUTSTANDING. The saving grace of the holiday was the amazing cuisine and excellent staff. Can't fault the menu choice at all.

Hotel is immaculate and food selection amazing.
Staff are friendly and helpful, animation team for entertainment are next level, every child there felt involved. Our 2 children loved the activities and discos.
Only let down is location against the sun. The pool is shaded majority of day started to get sun around 2pm. Rest of time was in the shade, and maybe as we alwent in oct was chilly but kids still managed hours of fun it them.
Everything else is great.

Just returned from an amazing week. The entertainment team are the best ever, Nikky, Goofy, Stephanie and the whole team are amazing, the kids shed many tears before leaving. The restaurant staff are attentive, friendly and take time to know everyone. The rooms were clean at all times and adequate for 5 of us. This is not a glitz and glamour hotel, this is a very clean and very well staffed hotel and more than adequate for families. The people make this hotel. If good service is what you want then this is definitely the place. We will definitely return for the staff but the hotel is good also and nicely secluded. 5 star.
