Family of 3 with our daughter being 3 years old.
The animations team were fabulous! A big THANK YOU to Dalia & Jessica especially! Dalia was fantastic each day in the kids club with our daughter, Jessica made the kids disco so enjoyable that our daughter (who refused on night 1 & 2 to join in with the disco) had the best time dancing and singing every night after. Both Jessica and Dalia went above and beyond to include Emma & we are so grateful to them both for making our holiday so enjoyable - I’m sure many parents would agree, if your child is happy, then so are you.
Thank you so much again. You are both fantastic at your jobs!
The hotel itself was clean & tidy. The room was big enough for the 3 of us, maybe a little compact but we weren’t in the room enough for it to bother us.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
The food was fine. Different choices each night.
Location was brilliant! 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants.
We have already booked to return next year!

What a great holiday we’ve had, yet again. 6th visit and still as good as the first. In fact, we think the animation team have surpassed themselves. Charlotte, you really have made the holiday for us all with special thanks from Ben. Flávio also deserves a special thanks for his first year here, he did amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I loved the special treatment given to my son Ben who has Williams syndrome. Charlotte, a special thanks to you with lots of love and heartfelt thanks for all your energy and positivity. You truly were
Made for this job and excel for not just us but everyone. Big thanks to all the animation team along with reception staff, bar staff and cleaners and anyone behind the scenes who made this a great holiday. Family of seven, consisting of parents, in-laws, and two children aged five and under.
To begin with, the entertainment was rated 10 out of 10; Ira, Charlot, and Julen were exceptional. Our children thoroughly enjoyed it. They particularly loved the kids' mini disco every evening, and the bingo was fantastic! The entertainers are truly skilled in their roles.
There are only two lifts, and at times, only one was operational, which was not ideal. On several occasions, we had to wait a considerable ten minutes for the lift. We could not use the stairs as we were on the fourth floor with a pushchair, making it inconvenient.
Regarding cleanliness, the hotel grounds were excellent. However, I believe that a bit more focus could have been directed towards cleaning the rooms.
As for the food, there was a good selection of dishes and desserts available.
The beach is just a five-minute walk away. There is a lovely café on the corner and a fantastic pizza restaurant.
Not much was open since it was February.

Entertainment is brilliant!! Julen was full of energy and lovely to be around, he made our evenings and relaxing days all that better. The desk was very helpful for all the small questions we had. However the food could have been improved, variety and cooking was almost great.

We have stayed a few times at this hotel never had a bad experience. Rooms are clean and adequately equipped with tea coffee making utensils,english tv channels. Struggled a bit with Internet but it didn't spoil my holiday. The staff are great at their jobs and I couldn't say a bad word about any of them. Thankyou for the nice surprise of a fruit basket and a bottle of bubbly as return guests . Loved the card saying welcome home.
