I am so happy with my experience of staying here. Great vibes, such beautiful staff. Nice sized single room with a balcony. Clean. Great food. I went half board breakfast and tea and I'm really happy with it. I had a 25 min massage with Maria, it was stunning, €40 well worth it. The hotel is big enough but not too big. Entertainment is from 9.30-10.30pm which is good for me. Lots of little beaches in walking distance. Plenty of shops and The Spa convince stall. Happy happy bunny over here. Thank you to all the staff who have made my stay warm and welcoming.

We stayed for 6 nights. Upon arrival the reception staff where exceptional welcoming and friendly and offered wine and iced water.
The hotel is very clean and well kept every morning and army of cleaners make sure everything is spotless and in order with your rooms kept to a high standard.
The food is wonderful with amazing variety with somthing for everyone full of wonderfull colours and the smell of tasty food. The team off staff in the restaurant are top notch.
The pool side bar is great with a wide selection of cocktails and snacks San Miguell is the only alcoholic Larger option but its refreshing and always cold and served with a smile.
The lunch is cooked by the pool and it supplied some of the most succulent dishes from pizzas and burgers to carbonara, club sandwiches and beef Stroganoff and beyond.
Nice sun beds by the pool with option of renting day beds that are very very comfy. The pool is very clean and refreshing after a stint of sun bathing and in need of cooling off.
We had a pool view room that also over looks the evening entertainment with beautiful air con. If you wanted a quieter room i would recommend the sea view. But the balcony doors are well sound proofed if you wanted a quiet evening.
Evening entertainment every night so there is always somthing on.
In all I 100% recommend this hotel it is wonderful you won't be disappointed.

Arrived at 11pm got a room at 12 pm
Room smelt bad of damp and wasn’t sea view which we paid for!
Went to reception to advise - wasn’t happy with us! Moved to a temporary room till next morning when manager came on as he kept telling us “I’m only the night manager”
After being told to leave first room as it was as someone else was going in (so it wouldn’t be cleaned!). We moved to another room - same floor same smell but this one had its own toilet water pool in the bathroom! Spent a night with the appalling smell and having to put shoes on to use bathroom!
Manager at 7am said he would look for a room asap (I said I’d speak to Jet 2). He found us a sea view room on level 3 by 10:30 am so after no sleep for the first night we got the room we paid for and a free evening meal in the ALL INC buffet for our trouble! Wow generous!
The hotel looked better in the day light!
It is a bit smelly throughout - food and damp but this maybe because it’s only just opened after winter.
The double beds round the pool are not free so sit empty each day looking good for pics as they promote on their advertising!
Pool Towels are charged on leaving - not mentioned to us previously!
Breakfast is standard buffet.
Lifts are dated as are carpets in corridors. Balconies are a bit useless as no view when sat down due to them being concrete!
All in all a 3 star not four star hotel in my opinion. Not overly friendly reception staff and the night manager was downright rude.

Perfect location in Cala d’Or. Rooms are spacious and baths as well. Minifridge is available in the room. Pool area is clean and comfortable with a pool bar and restaurant with the nicest staff. Breakfast is huge and selections are very good. A hotel that delivers a very nice experience.

Lidia who works in the restaurant is an absolute legend ! Total star , such a hard worker & really friendly & helpful . The guys at reception were very helpful & the hotel is close to some gorgeous beaches . Rooms need some TLC . There wasn’t much vegan food some nights but chef did make me some puddings especially 😜
Only vegan food in the bar is chips and a basic salad for lunch . I would stay there again . Maria whose in charge of entertainment was also very good at her job & the R&B/Soul singer was excellent 💫
