Very nice stay all in all. Rooms and hotel facilities are spacious and clean. Very nice customer service. Great location, right on the beach with addition to the swimming pools. Convenience of bufet service food for breakfast and dinner. The quality of food is not the best, it’s geared at quantity over quality, however, I was able to find something satisfying each time. I can see how it could be a fun place for small groups traveling together!

Had a very relaxing holiday at Viva Golf Hotel. We checked in a 3 am, the process was quick and efficient with the great team at the front desk. We were offered refreshments and a light snack before retiring to our room.
Our room was on the first floor and it was spotlessly clean with twin beds and a great balcony with chairs, a comfy day bed and rack to dry clothes.
All the meals we had in the hotel were fantastic, great vegetarian options, fresh salads, fruit and breads, and the best dessert selection.
The gym is in the ground floor with machines, mats and weights. Clean and never busy in my experience. There was daily yoga sessions in the grounds.
The pool area was perfect with beds and umbrellas arranged around the pools. The swim up bar was a nice feature, well used during our stay. There are some sun beds in the pool for extra relaxation and Bali beds to use at an additional charge for us. There was an entertainment team on hand 6 days a week who led activities, taking part was encouraged. There were also sun beds and umbrellas in an adjacent area which also had a hot tub and boules area.
The thing that made our holiday special were the staff, they always greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
There was evening entertainment every night during our stay, a well curated set of talented performers.
Location was great, 15 minute walk into the port and there was a bus stop 5 minutes walk away which we used to go to Alcudia old town and Pollensa old town on separate days.
Our late checkout request wasn’t able to be fulfilled due to the hotel being full but they provided s room for us to shower and change.

This is one of the few places I would come back to again. Staff are incredibly helpful and rooms are spacious and clean.
Tip: bottles of water are not free and are charged to your room.

Nice rooms, good service.
Good breakfast.
Buffet - poor. Low quality cuts of meat eg lamb; too many options rather than do a few things very well.
Bar - good.
Seems to be many agile mosquitoes or midges that get you!
Pool - not big enough for swimming and needs to be stated on the website.
Smoking hotel - people smoke by the pool and the normal breeze directs it to the sun beds.
Great location by the sea and it is warm and good to swim in. Occasional bad odours in the sea but none of family have been ill.
A good vacation but won’t return to the hotel. Food needs sorting; pool too small; it is a smoking hotel.

VIVA Golf is perfectly positioned between the Port with local shopping and excellent restaurants all close by and a truly immaculate beach. In a protected bay the water is really calm, clean and safe for cautious swimmers, the sand is golden and super soft.
The hotel has a great pool area overlooking the sea, no rush for sun beds and plenty of space (sun beds had a little pull out drawer) room very nice and a comfy balcony size but no tea facilities, and the site is compact to get everywhere easily, reception staff very kind and helpful.
Where they could improve...
- there are some reviews mentioning burglary and we were on the ground floor so opted for the safe rental. Given the reviews mentioning this it should be free to use.
-, having chilled water fountains available would help a lot versus buying single use bottles
- getting snack food at the sunbeds would be a nice addition to the swim up bar
- beach towels are only available to refresh between 10am - 11ish do we missed this a few days
- the spa facilities are not plentiful, the sauna is an outside 4 max shed with a small hot tub in a side garden, we didn't find any of promised sensation showers or Turkish bath
- the spa treatment wasn't great either doing a Sweet Mandarin body treatment which was actually 30mins foot scrub then 45min massage for 175eur, the mandarin scent was too mild and the spa standard wasn't there for a couples "experience" in comparison to other hotels.
We would gladly return maybe to a sea view room next time, the town and hotel was a surprising delight!
