The worst experience I had ever had…the most unfriendly staff…my friends waited for me in the lobby just so I can finish my check in, when I came back security was escorting them out und also telling me to leave the hotel. The manager was extremely impolite together with one male receptionist. I travel every year to Mallorca and have never experienced something like this. I also wrote a detailed complaint to the hotel and of course I never received the response. One star is to much for this hotel!!!

Hotel worth its stars, definitely will be coming back, pros and cons of our stay below: Pros: 1. Food in both restaurant as mentioned in other opinions are generally the same every day ( with small changes) but the variety is so big that you will find something new every day. All good is fresh and very tasty 2. All inclusive in terms of alcohol only allows you to get 3 beers/wines per person on both lunch and dinner but all bars are serving soft drinks and non alcoholic cocktails all day free. Also if someone thinks 6 glasses per person per day is not enough then I would consider asking whatever they have problem with alcohol. 3. All bars in hotel serving amazing non alcoholic drinks, water and soft drinks machines available to self serve in multiple location at any time 4. Everyone working at hotel has been amazingly nice, helpful and very professional. 5. Rooms are big, finished to high standard, modern and with good view 6. Even though hotel is located in close area to clubs you can not hear the noise. 7. Air con works in rooms all the time 8. Three pools available( one only as bar) but not to big, plenty of sun beds around Cons: 1. Room cleaning, on arrival we found plenty of hair in our bathroom from previous guests 2. Noise from hallways, it’s true what everyone says. You can not sleep past 7:30am as the doors are not keeping any noise away. Overall stay was very enjoyable and I can really recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel, good food with 2 restaurants. The swimming pools are great and thé location of the hotel is ideal. The only big problem for us as no-smoker was that there was no area for smokers we often had to change places to eat. Or we have to eat indoors and not enjoy the good weather. Otherwise everything was great ! Server smiling and available.

A very nice and modern hotel. The rooms are very spacious and meet the expectations. Again, very comfy and modern. A very big variety of food and I think that there is a little bit to improve at sea food. I am impressed that even the ones who arrive or leave early in the night, have something to drink and eat prepared by the staff. Very good services. But still, I have not enough words to praise the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They made my stay really happy. I am now leaving feeling that I gained some friends here. That’s why I dearly recommend this location. I have been here at the beginning of April and the surroundings have been very silent. I don’t know how loud or silent July or August are here but I will always have kind words to describe this location.

All staff are tremendously nice, but you don't get the level of service you normally expect from a Riu e.g. you have a fridge in the room and, in a Riu this is filled with soft drinks and water every two days in this hotel you get nothing. Every Riu I've been in, take your cases up to your room, in this hotel they're left at reception waiting for you to take them to your room it's just not quite the Riu you would expect. Apart from the little niggles, the staff are great, always showing a happy smile and are very engaging, the new "All-Inclusive" proves to be a bit of a pain as you found yourself paying for drinks even though you didn't have any at dinner and then it's only wine. The rooms are first class with maid service daily if you wish. The location is close to everything you could ever want
