I spent here about a week due to business reasons at the end of February/beginning of March and can only confirm the positive reviews!
The staff deserves more than 5 stars. They are not only first class in a professional sense, but also on a human level. I unfortunately broke my toe during my trip and was well looked after here. Every day I was asked how I was feeling and I was given ice to cool it down.
The rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious.
The only negative point is the somewhat noisy rooms (you can hear louder conversations in the corridor very well).
There is a gym, but it is very minimally equipped (weight bench with barbell, treadmill, ergometer, that's it). Therefore, I would like to mention this neither positively nor negatively, just for information for anyone looking for some exercise.
All in all, however, I can recommend the hotel and would come back at any time.

Great location and service. It’s located in a hilly place, so consider it if you have to carry heavy luggage.
Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant at night has plenty of options, including vegetarian ones.

I was there for a short time but I feel more tired. I had a lot of insects in my room on all sides. Everywhere around insects i couldnt sleep at night .I reported it to the reception and they gave me a spray so I could clean it myself. The service in the kitchen is very low. One woman treated me unpleasantly. She attacked me for not having breakfast included in the price when I was putting cheese on a plate. No one informed her that I bought it and paid for it. she spoke in another language and when I asked for English her face was unpleasant. That person is not professional .there is no spa in the hotel, no massage. the toilet was very dirty, fingerprints on the mirror, dirty pillow + the website says that the staff speaks German and does not understand simple words. This whole hotel is terrible for me and I have never seen a 4* hotel with such a low level. I've been to 20 countries and this one is really bad

Lovely hotel. Large rooms.Friendly staff. Great service and the pool was not crowded and always got a choice of where to sit or sunbath every day we were there. Situated up quite a steep walk from the harbour and a little way from the cathedral but really enjoy our stay.

We stayed only two nights. Everything was fine. Rooms very big, bed comfortable, balcony. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was clean. There is a bus very close to the hotel for the city centre. It runs every 10-15 mins. I was positively surprised about the delicious late lunch (4.30pm) we had at the pool restaurant. The poke bowl and chicken wrap were fresh and tasteful!
