This hotel is absolutely gorgeous – stunning location, stylish and spotless rooms (cleaned daily), great food and drinks, and fantastic service. The à la carte restaurants were a brilliant addition and made the experience feel extra special.
Perfect for a relaxing summer getaway, with great entertainment too. The only downsides were the limited sunbeds and loud music from nearby hotels, even in our quieter room – not ideal if you’re after an early night.
Still, we had an amazing time and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend!

Friend and I finally managed to return here for a week away from the families! We have stayed many times before, but most recently in 2019, so were curious to see how the refurbishment had worked out.
We were blown away by the changes. The restaurant, lobby, rooms, pool and pool bar have had more than a face lift. The use of space and a modern feel is so much better than before.
My favourite new thing was ordering beers on the app from the sunbed!!
It was so great to see so many staff from 2019 still working at the hotel. The team are so friendly and really want you to have a good stay.
I would recommend the massage with Luk, book in early or before you arrive if you can! We didn't use the gym (!) but that has been totally transformed as well.
The variety of the food in the buffet and for breakfast was great. We found something to eat with no issues and sometimes just had the salads as they were so well done.
It could be difficult to get a sunbed if you're not at the pool by 8:30/9am. Some people were leaving towels on the beds and not returning until the afternoon. It is difficult for the hotel to police this poor behaviour by a minority I think.
Not sure what the rule is for changing your pool towel, but that felt like it wasn't as good as before when you paid a deposit. But it didn't ruin our holiday of course!
We booked one of the Balinese beds as a special treat towards the end of the holiday which is a nice extra.
We had such a great time and met some lovely fellow travellers who were enjoying the hotel and its relaxing vibe. Before we left, we booked our return holiday for 7 days in June 2026 !
Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay so fabulous. See you next year for our annual rest and relaxation!

Avoid this hotel at all costs for the following reasons: Let's start with the fact that there is neither ventilation nor a window in the bathroom and therefore a lot of mold on the ceiling. We contacted the manager (who didn't really take us seriously and put champagne in our room as an apology) and only one part of the mold was removed, the rest later. Secondly, there was a constant smell of diarrhea from the air conditioning, which is very disgusting. Thirdly, we could live with the breakfast, but the evening meal was inedible (almost only fast food which also tasted disgusting), so we went out to eat every evening, even though we had booked half board. Fourthly, you have to pay 35 euros per day at the bay that belongs to the hotel, which is a downright impertinence. In addition, after room service, the mirror in the bathroom was smeared and hair (clearly not ours!) was on our bed. In the corridor the floor was not even vacuumed which means that the floor got dirtier day by day. In addition, the room is extremely noisy which means that we sometimes only fell asleep at 2 am because other hotel guests were very loud.
The bay was beautiful, but not worth it!

hotel & rooms are nice, but pretty standard. we unfortunately ended up with the bottom floor room, which meant our balcony was facing a white fence and nothing else. understandably, somebody has to have that room, but for the expensive price of the hotel I expected better. food is pretty good, had a good variety couldn’t complain. pools are nice, however the sun lounger situation is ridiculous. they don’t have enough sun loungers for the amount of people that they house. people go down between 6 a.m - 7:30 a.m to put towels on the loungers and by 8:30 all loungers are taken up by towels & there is none spare. it’s just ridiculous. the hotel beach out front is the same, loungers taken up by towels by 8:30 a.m. location is ok, not much around the hotel really. but only a 35 minute walk into Cala Do’r centre of a 10 minute taxi ride which only costs between €8-€10. my overall opinion is hotel is definitely way overpriced. me & my partner paid a total of £2400, which is just a ridiculous amount to pay to not even be able to get a lounger by the pool. stay was nice but wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

Spent a total of 4 nights and we had a lovely experience. Rooms were clean and view from room was great looking over the beach and pool area. The food at the hotel is delicious! One night was Spanish Night and the Paella was divine. We also went for an included dinner at Marea and our waiter Ross was attentive, kind and professional. Overall , we enjoyed our stay very much!!
