I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the true highlights was Martin, who was responsible for the social and sports activities. He was absolutely excellent – friendly, professional, and always full of energy. Martin went above and beyond to make every activity enjoyable and engaging, creating a great atmosphere for all guests.
Whether it was organizing sports, encouraging people to join in, or making sure everyone felt welcome, he did it with enthusiasm and genuine care. Thanks to Martin, the activities became one of the most memorable parts of the trip.
The hotel itself was great, but Martin’s efforts really stood out and made the experience exceptional.

Fantastic place for our 4 night stay. First time visiting the island and nothing disappointed. The staff were exceptional, couldn't be improved upon. All friend and accommodating, great English too for those needing such. The hotel was also ideally situated with it's own private pool and access to a shared beach. This was a surprise as we though all would be 18+ but this makes sense. Only minor drawback was saltwater out of the taps and shower so needing to purchase your own water - the hotel gave you a litre per day but this is all. Aside from this the views were great and the beds super comfy, especially with the good air conditioner

The hotel’s location is really good, located on cala Egos which is a lovely beach with very clear waters. The rooms are good but do not come close to 2025 standards like other hotels in other European locations. They have great view and the beds are really comfortable! Breakfast is good. Also receptionist are very polite
However we found some major issues in the hotel which unfortunately we have to mention :
1. The water in the shower is salty - really salty, it’s like having a shower with sea water
2. The dinner buffet is unacceptable below average
3. The service of the hotels (waiters) are most of them out of place - most of them cannot communicate in English! Seems like they are tired of serving you. (However there are some ones who are really good)

We have just left after a week of staying all inclusive with the upgrade of My Favourite Club at Alua Soul. We could not fault the staff, hotel and the views!
We are particularly impressed with the additional amenities offered with the My Favourite Club package, and would encourage others to upgrade to this! The extra pool, sunbeds and bar were great and particularly relaxing compared to the busyness of the main pool.
We enjoyed the entertainment every night and felt that all the acts were well-chosen and great with interacting with the crowd. We would like to give a special thanks to Martin, on the entertainment team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Whenever we were in the bar, he was the most friendly and so attentive which really put us at ease. His welcoming nature was very nice and he encouraged us to get involved with the entertainment. We want to thank him as he really made our week!

This was our second visit to AluaSoul Hotel and once again we had a fantastic holiday. The staff across the hotel were welcoming and attentive, and the food was excellent with lots of fresh choice every day. The entertainment team added a nice buzz – always friendly, approachable and encouraging people to take part in activities. We’d like to give a special thank you to Martin and JJ who were brilliant throughout our stay, always making time to chat and bringing a great energy to the atmosphere. AluaSoul really does strike the perfect balance between relaxation and fun, and we highly recommend it.
