Loved our stay at the Alua Sol Mallorca Resort. All staff were very friendly and approachable with the majority speaking multiple languages. Our room was big and comfortable. The shower was powerful but the enclosure could do with a bit of updating! The little cove is lovely and the sea is very clear. Short walk into the little town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants (although we didn’t eat out as the food at the hotel was so good). Took a cab to the harbour (but that could be walked to in about 15 mins) but didn’t stay too long! Loved the tranquility of the ‘My favourite’ lounging and bar area. My only negative is that the pools are really cold!!!

We had the most incredible time celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They added thoughtful touches for my dad’s birthday , which made it truly memorable.
A huge thank you to the chefs who took such great care of the coeliacs in our family — it gave us real peace of mind and meant everyone could relax and enjoy the food. The buffet was excellent for an all-inclusive, with so much variety and delicious flavours.
Special shout-outs to Miriam (Guest Services Manager), Maru (Deputy Manager), and all the bartenders, waitresses, and entertainment staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness made all the difference.
We chose the Favourite Club option and really enjoyed the extra touches it offered. The views from the hotel over Cala Egos are just perfect — such a beautiful setting.
I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway with amazing service, great food, and stunning views, this is the place!

Brilliant service all around, excellent resort, very clean and tidy and well looked after. Nothing beats having your own beach with crystal clear sea right on your doorstep. Whether it’s outdoor bowls, darts, table tennis or rifle shooting, or a romantic cinema night under the stars, there’s always something to do. A massive shout out goes to the entertainments team - Jay Jay and Marian as well as all of the Kentia bar staff. The entertainment was brilliant every night. The only downside is if you’re a night owl, or someone who’s likes to stay out later during your holiday, there’s not a lot to do after 10:00pm Also if you’re planning to visit the main city of Palma, taxis proved to be very expensive €100 + each way and there is no bus / transfer available. The shops nearby where ok for basic holiday essentials, but not ideal of you’re looking for a day out shopping. Despite this, there’s lot’s more other things to do in the area, if you’re looking for a day out away from the hotel, whether it be dolphin watching, Kayaking, or paddle boarding I would recommend using the app GetYourGuide. Overall, an excellent week and very relaxing holiday, the ideal break!

Beautiful location with secluded beach area, accessible to the public but not overcrowded. Good food options with the usual buffet restaurant as well as 4 other restaurants on site. Some vegetarian options but not much variation. 2 quiet pools. A few optional activities and entertainment. Some areas have wheelchair access but not all. Downside is they use salt water for their showers and taps... :/
Overall a good location and I would visit again. Aimed for an older age range or chilled group/ couple; not suited for people looking for an active night-life/ party atmosphere.

Amazing resort that id 100% visit again. The location is quiet but phenomenal with Cala egos between both resort buildings. Any staff member we encountered from cleaners, to bartenders/servers, to management was great. We didn’t do all inclusive which worked out well as we still had free breakfast and had the chance to try the many walking distance restaurants. Special shout-out to the bartenders at Kentia beach bar for the countless delicious tinto de veranos. Had a rental car so this resort was the perfect hub to visit other parts of the island. Only about an hour or so to Alcúdia and Artà. An hour the other way to Deia, Sóller, and Valdemossa.
