We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and have to say service from all staff was exceptionally friendly.
However, we were disappointed with our room. Sold as a premium sea view room, we discovered it actually was on the 1st floor, and the terrace was not private. While it had a hot bathtub, it lacked the privacy of other rooms in the hotel. The room itself was also incredibly small. There was no room to hang towels let alone swimwear, etc. Everything was very cramped. There was also the sound of gurgling drains from water being used in other rooms throughout the night, which was distracting. The ceiling fan was also quite odd - it had low, medium and high settings, but medium never really worked. So you had the choice of low or full blast, with nothing in between.
Breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the quality of the food was lacking (imitation brand cereals, cheap jamon, and watered-down juices). We expected more from this, but were pleased with the service of staff.
The pool area was well maintained and it was easy to get a fresh towel and lounger, so no complaints there.
We didn't really participate in the evening entertainment, although saw a couple of the acts when passing through, and they were entertaining. However, the bright lights in the lobby made it feel a bit sterile in the evening when enjoying a drink after returning from dinner.
Overall, it is clear the staff are making a huge effort and should be commended for their level of service. Furnishings are lovely, but the rooms are incredibly compact and would be uncomfortable if spending more than a couple of nights.

We went as a family group and they could not have been more welcoming. The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were well appointed and clean and the staff were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. The rooms were cleaned more than once a day, and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Although the hotel was full it did not seem crowded. The pools were good, and the waiters were excellent. Fran in particular was a real character, remembering our drinks preferences and taking the trouble to wind up our son, who is a Liverpool fan, by showing him an Everton shirt.

The hotel is very clean, modern, full of nice amenities. The service is excellent: The staff are always smiling at clients, kind, very careful and caring. They value all the clients’ needs and desires, they offer perfection in every detail. Food is gorgeous, and Julia (the lady grilling meat and fish) is amazing: you really can not but eat her grilled food every evening !!
Super nice service at the arrival: the staff at the reception let new comers have a Seat and relax themselves while they offer a local drink and they sit by the client’s side to proceed with the check in procedures.
Definitely worth a second visit!

Such an amazing time and experience at the hotel! A perfect room (or rather, an apartment) with beautiful views from two separate balconies — one welcoming the sunrise and the other facing the sunset, offering spectacular views both in the mornings and evenings.
On top of that, the warmest and friendliest hotel staff I’ve seen in years — a true differentiator.
And last but not least, the one and only fitness instructor, Agata, makes this place the best choice for anyone who appreciates a professional approach to health, body, and mind - truly top-notch.

Perfect stay in paradise, we didn’t want to leave!
We spent a few days in Colònia de Sant Jordi at the end of September/beg October, and this hotel was simply perfect. From the first morning coffee on our sea-view terrace to the last sunset on the rooftop, everything felt like a five-star dream.
Our upper-floor room had a huge rain shower, separate toilet, a king-size bed, and a view so stunning we almost forgot to unpack. The breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional: fresh, varied, and truly five-star quality.
The pool area is calm and elegant, and the rooftop probably offers the best view in town, especially at sunset. A peaceful seaside promenade starts right outside, perfect for walks to the beach.
Even though the hotel was nearly full, it felt serenely quiet.
But what really makes this place special is the staff: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Within two days they knew our favorite drinks and routine, that’s when we decided to extend our stay by two more nights.
Can’t wait to come back, this is the hotel to choose in Colònia de Sant Jordi if you want true five-star comfort, perfect service, and a bit of Balearic magic.
