Absolutely incredible hotel….
4 stars as service is hit and miss. The newer service staff are brilliant but the staff that have been around a while leave you waiting up to half an hour for a drink and then forget. Service around the pool has teething issues but the lobby bar isn’t far and never has a queue.
The drinks selection is amazing. Everything is bottled and branded. All inclusive is definitely worth the extra cost.
All snacks are made to order and high quality, big portions. *see nachos and fruit platter below*.
The mini bar in your room for all inclusive is restocked daily. This is extremely rare and a nice added touch.
Upgrade upgrade upgrade…you won’t regret it. I haven’t spent a penny and nothing is too much to ask.
The chefs are absolutely amazing and the food is lovely. On one occasion they didn’t have rice so I opted for something else….5 minutes later the chef appeared with a bowl that she’d made fresh just for me.
Special mention to Jeanette who set my favourite table daily and brought over my usual drinks by default. She’s the best!

My partner and I spent a week at the Iberostar Es Trenc and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel itself is quite new so everything was very clean, well presented and worked well.
Our room was amazing - we booked the junior suite and it was beautiful with an amazing view!!
The services offered were amazing- I cannot express how kind and talented Dalia at the spa was - I went for a facial and a massage and both experiences were 5 star.
A special mention also goes to Fran who was the most attentive, fun and kind barman at the pool. He is so welcoming and works so hard.
The cleaning of the rooms could be better with more attention being paid as this is a five star hotel. On check in we found a dirty sock in the wardrobe and a few times they didn’t change or clean the cups.
The hotels restaurant Salvient was highly sought after and most nights they informed us it was fully booked however on the night we went it was not full and the food was okay - there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel that are really great too.
Overall it was a great hotel, lovely relaxing location with a gorgeous boardwalk around the beach and some 5 star service from the staff.

I recently stayed at the Iberostar Selection Es Trenc, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is stunning – modern, clean, and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings of one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches. The facilities are top-notch, especially the pools and spa area, which offered a truly relaxing experience. The food was varied and delicious, with fresh options at every meal.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the service – particularly Fran, one of the waiters. Fran was not only professional and attentive but also brought an incredible energy and warmth to every interaction. He remembered our preferences, always had a kind word or a joke, and made us feel genuinely welcome every day. His great attitude and passion for his work were contagious – he’s a real asset to the hotel.
If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with high-quality service and breathtaking surroundings, Iberostar Selection Es Trenc is the place to go. And if you meet Fran, you're in for a real treat!

Fantastic Stay at Iberostar Selection Es Trenc!
We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was top-notch — from the incredibly friendly staff to the delicious food served at every meal. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and you could tell that hygiene is taken seriously here.
The pools were a real highlight, especially the rooftop pool with its stunning views of the sea — absolutely breathtaking! The entertainment team also did a fantastic job, with fun and engaging activities throughout the day and evening.
This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!
Greetings, Nadine en Evi

I recently stayed at this new hotel and truly appreciated many aspects of it.
The location is perfect – right by the sea with stunning views. The beach and water were fantastic, the food selection and quality were excellent, and the spa facilities were wonderful. Service at the pool and in the restaurants was attentive and friendly. I would like to give special recognition to Alejandro, whose professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made our experience much better.
Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was the complete opposite. The young woman at reception, named Tatiana, was extremely unfriendly and condescending. Unlike other guests who were given a proper introduction and hotel tour during check-in, we received no such presentation. Considering that we were Asian guests, it even felt like a possible act of discrimination. She simply told me and my friends to wait at the pool until 15:00 for our room, without explaining where we could change clothes or have a snack. We had to find all of this out on our own — including discovering the hotel’s mobile app ourselves.
This came across as very unprofessional, especially after a long flight when you expect a warm welcome. When we pointed this out to her, her “solution” was to offer us free cocktails — seriously? For a five-star property, this is not acceptable.
Overall, the reception team seemed poorly informed and often redirected us from one staff member to another without clear answers. Housekeeping was also mediocre: one day we even found a cleaning cloth left in our room (if that was meant as a “gift,” thank you…). We requested slippers several times and finally received them on the fourth day, only for them to be taken away the very next day. Apparently, someone else needed them more.
This hotel has great potential, but for a five-star standard, there is still a lot of work to be done — especially in staff training, professionalism, and consistent guest service.
