I’d like to thank Álvaro for the warm welcome and Élodie for her quick help with an emergency issue, it really made a difference during our stay.
The hotel is in a quiet, relaxing area in Mallorca with beautiful sea views from the rooms. You can even hear the sea with the windows open, which was one of my favorite parts. The rooms are compact and very clean, with great beds.
The gym is surprisingly well equipped for a hotel and has a nice little food corner with things like protein cookies, fruit, etc., all overlooking the sea. The breakfast had a great variety, the waffles and crêpes were our favorites. Also, on every floor, there is a water machine, so you can help yourself to fill your bottle with purified water.
In front of the hotel, there is a rocky "beach", which is accessible by steps into the water and never felt crowded. Super nice if you enjoy space and privacy.
Within walking distance, there are a few nice spots like a Cuban bar with live music and a restaurant called Á Portuguesa where we had great meals.
Also, the Flor de Sal salt flats are just a 10-minute drive away and definitely worth a visit.
I wish the hotel gets more positive reviews, as they really deserve it. Thank you for everything!

A beautiful hotel located right next to a natural beach. We were welcomed warmly and even offer a salty cocktel without alcohol while our room was being prepared, as we had arrived a little early. We booked a Junior suite with sea views and were really impressed by the size, comfort, and overall quality of the room. Although it was late May, the weather was still a bit cool and windy outside, so coming back to such a comfortable room was a real pleasure. The rooftop was a great place to relax in the afternoon, with lounge music and stunning sea views. A special thanks to Alvaro and the entire reception team for their excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding, with a great variety of high quality food.
We had a fantastic experience and would be delighted to return!

A truly wonderful hotel and an unforgettable holiday experience!
The service at Iberostar Es Trenc is simply 11/10. Every detail is taken care of, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special thank you to Salvatore, who stood out with his exceptional helpfulness and kindness throughout our stay.
We were also amazed by David the Magician, who added a touch of magic to our holiday with his extraordinary skills and unforgettable performances.
The food was always of top quality, with a great variety and excellent taste every day. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and enchanting vacation, this hotel is a 100% recommendation. Everything is just perfect here – we can’t wait to come back!

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the fact that they charge an extra €7 to bring you any room service, I haven’t been anywhere where this has been the case. Buffet dinner is very overpriced for what it is, however it was quite nice. Salmon cooked by the chef was raw inside but they did apologise so hopefully in the future this won’t happen to anyone else!
A very very beautiful hotel. Staff are very welcoming and kind, definitely the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Spain. A very peaceful relaxing location with various restaurants around you and beaches!

We went there for a short family trip (4 person, holy trinity holidays) - spontanously booked and we are more as happy that we did. Nice place, great hotel, (fine weather), friendly&organized staff.
Amazing roof top experience and gorgeous 270° seaview from our room.
Access to the sea (missing swim ladder) should be more comfortable.
it took some time getting used to the architecture of our rooom, having the bathroom facilities in the open area of the premises....
