We just spent 14 days from Sep 07 and we are really pleased with our holidays.
The hotel has a great staff and make you feel very welcome. The food was of good quality and the chef made good selections every day.
It has a good location, near the beach and the attractions of the area but not so close to the lively center of Cala Bona. The place was quiet and clean and the pool area was good and with plenty of sunbeds.
All the staff was friendly and helpful since the first day, but we want to mention Manuel at the front desk, Mr Manolo at the bar and at the restaurant Mina and Saray.
Of course, we plan to go back next year.

This was our first family holiday with our toddler we went in June 2025. The hotel is very well presented and clean. Staff were very helpful friendly and happy. Our room was at the top and far end of one wing and was clean and well presented and wasn’t too noisy. Occasionally you get some noise in the evening from a local bar, but never went on too late and of course the hotel entertainment sometimes. The negative for the room was the Aircon didn’t work correctly and was never cold enough and the fridge was useless as didn’t get below 12° and our daughter’s milk went off every day plus being shut in a cupboard made it even worse. So sadly, the fridge did not work for the purpose. We needed it for her milk and snacks. The pools were clean and a good temperature. The big pool has Ladder steps one end and normal easy steps into the water from the other end. the middle of the large pool is very very deep. The children’s pool is a very good depth for the children and is fed from the main pool. We all enjoyed all the pools. Food and drink in the hotel were good sometimes brilliant sometimes normal they had a special deal to help with your drink drinks if you weren’t all inclusive. And they did take cash, not like we were told by those Who sold us the holiday. The food was a mixture of English and local food all of which was nice We always found something we all liked, even if it was just chicken and chips. It did repeat itself slightly the second week, but with a toddler that was helpful. All the desserts look amazing although they are much the same flavours and very sweet but still nice not to cook yourself. The park pictured in the hotel details is to the side of the hotel and we never used as it is dangerously dirty. All the ground surrounding the park has been used as a giant litter tray for all local cats and there is dog poo there as well.
Do not recommend the park at all.
The hotel is very close to the local beach which we didn’t really use as a lot of tree debris and seeds gets washed up here making it appear dirty and the beach is grey shingle not so nice to walk on but nice to go in the evenings for a walk by the water And if you don’t want to go the 15 minute walk to the next beach, then it will do. Cala Millor beach Is only a 15 minute walk for us half an hour for the grandparents who is with us. There are taxis, but if walking many places to stop on the way shops and bars Or you could hire one of the family sized bikes which make it great fun to get all the way to the of Cala Millor beach. This beach has beautiful white sands and turquoise. Say many, many shops, cafés bars, restaurants lots of entertainment. We highly recommend stopping midway between the two beaches at Mama Ines coffee as they do really nice chips, pizza and burgers and yummy cocktail drinks. Even the children’s sangria is delicious and refreshing for all. Their and they are friendly Welcoming and clean. We do not recommend the market which is a half hour walk away or a bus trip as it is incredibly difficult to get the bus due to it being so busy we ended up waiting for three buses all of which was so full they wouldn’t allow anyone else on And when we got there, the market stores only had exactly the same products as in the local shops to the hotel sadly it was a waste of time and money and far too hot for that sort of thing. If you do want to go get a taxi, it’s a lot quicker and actually ended up being cheaper for us.

Good hotel trying very hard to be something it's not.
Bedrooms lack proper storage. Wrong way round with bed in room with kettle , fridge and balcony.Living room with sofa and telly you just stay in bedroom.
Food repetitive 8 days of Pork in various guises big selection of salads in small bits but mains lacking in choice.
Breakfast fine but again repetitive cheese board in a morning but not at night.
Bar area/lounge entertainment area is a joke seating impractical.
The staff try very hard the hotel is spotless, pool area very good no fighting over sunbeds.

First of all, the check in was flawless. Kasey and Manuel on front desk was amazing! I work on front desk and they impressed me with their attentiveness and care! The room was amazing; all amenities you could need: fridge, sofa bed and double bed, massive wardrobe. We stayed Room only, buf the all inclusive looks alright. The pool is gorgeous, plenty of loungers! Its also incredibly close to the beach and walkable to Cala Millor. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We have just returned from a fantastic 4 day stay at Globales Cala Bona. From arrival/ check in the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel is modern and the rooms/ suites are spacious and well equipped. Location is fantastic,as is the pool. The food is first rate in choice and freshness. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend Globales Cala Bona 👍.
