I stayed in the hotel in July 2023 with my partner for 4 nights, we are both shocked at the positive reviews.
The cleanliness of this hotel is very very low, actually quite shocking.
Pool Area: We didn’t use the pool area at all during our stay due to it being filthy! Green build up in and around the pool & dirty sun loungers.
Room: On arrival, balcony door left open at mid-day meaning the air con wasn’t on, the room was so HOT! Air con was ok, nothing crazy! Cleanliness again, was awful! Build up of makeup on the floor around the mirror, general build up on the floors in high traffic areas & other people’s suitcase tracks, filthy bathroom (felt as though I had to clean before I could use), stains on bedding & all towels, whole room smelt musty and unventilated.
Food & Dining: Only positive, food was very good! Great selection, well prepared and tasted nice! Dining area was surprisingly clean overall.
Will never return to this hotel but would definitely return to this location, more so Cala Millor as its beaut!

On way back to UK after finishing 7 night stay here - very enjoyable and relaxing.
Lovely quaint hotel - easy check in - room was a suite but only really used the one where bed was - TV in both rooms.
Comfortable bed ,good powerful shower , balcony overlooking pool area.
Breakfast very good plenty of choice
Dinner was a bit hit and miss - not a great load of choice for vegetarians.
Big shout out to Kacey and Manuel very helpful and pleasant and told us which buses to catch when we went out on excursions. Bus stop right opposite hotel.
Sunbeds were available hogging them not allowed.
Shops and restaurants near the hotel- come out of hotel take a right and immediate right down path ,cross the road and you are near promenade- beach is not much.
Better beach at Cala Millor- out of hotel take left and walk straight down until you are at beach - turn right and walk for about 15 mins.

A very nice quiet place , great for couples especially. Within easy reach of the beach/shops/restaurants. We went as B&B but upgraded to all inclusive (€24each a day) as it was too hot to walk out. Rooms are nice & clean with a kettle & mini-fridge. Food was nice and varied. Drinks were served in full-size hard plastic glasses if you sat by the pool , which you recieved a token for returning at the end of the day (they did give a clean one each time) a good concept to stop people leaving their empties by the pool. The pool was well maintained and sunbeds plentiful. Our only minor gripe was no music by the pool , a little bit of something playing quietly would be great. We'd absolutely go back .

We arrived at Globales Cala Bona on Sunday, 15th October, after some torrential downpours resulting in flooding throughout the region. Despite this all the staff were warm, pleasant and friendly. We had missed lunch but were told we could eat at the snack bar, unfortunately by the time we got to our room to drop our bags off and back down, the electricity in the kitchen was out. Staff quickly resolved the issue, and food was provided promptly! Despite the issues of our arrival, our stay was still 5 stars.
As return Globales customers, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and handwritten welcome note was an excellent touch.
The rooms are large and spacious, the second room with sofa bed suited our teenagers but maybe consideration could be made for single beds in some rooms instead (singles are only in themed suits for younger kids), 2 teenagers in a sofa bed led to grumbles from them. Balcony looks over the pool, and we had a prime view for the evening entertainment.
The pool area is spotless, plenty of sun loungers and bali beds to go around. Life guard could have paid a bit more attention. He spent a lot of time on his phone! Snack Bar open 10.30-6 has plenty of options all prepared to order.
Food selection during meals is vast, and drinks can be self-service or from the bar during lunch and dinner. Plenty of fruits, meats, and cheeses on offer at all times.
Breakfast has the usual sausage, bacon (more fried ham), a kind of eggs, beans, mushrooms and some form of potato as well as a pastry selection, cereal options including Spanish porridge (delish!), yogurt bar and the occasional wildcard - battered cauliflower anyone?!
Fish is plentiful at lunch and dinner. Pork is on offer almost every meal. Chicken and beef are offered less often, but when it is its good quality faire.
Dessert options are amazing! Some of the little individual desserts don't always line up with the signs, so you might have to take some chances, I think there was only 1 time I didn't like what I had selected! The rice pudding is AMAZING!
Huge shout outs to Lorraine and Vanessa seemed like they worked all day every day while we were there, always smiling and had time for everyone. Manuel, on reception, was so nice and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for him!
The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk (if that) from the beach, supermarket (spar) and pharmacy. We didn't venture any further than that, we didn't need to.
Our return transfer details were provided by the hotel to our door. Then, a follow-up courtesy call was received to ensure we had received and that we didn't need an early breakfast. The hotel will provide earlier breakfast for anyone being picked up before breakfast starts at 8am. They really do go above and beyond.
We loved Globales Cala Bona Suites so much that we've already booked again for May 2024!

We stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive from 8 to 22 July 2023. The hotel is in a fantastic location, we stayed in a family suite which consisted of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which were cleaned every day. No noise from any other room so you could sleep at night. The pool was lovely, the hotel doesn't let you reserve sunbeds which is fantastic it meant that there was always sunbeds available. The staff are fantastic and we would like to thank them all especially Lorraine, Christian aka Pepe and Juan Toni
