A Margossian
Second time we booked this hotel and let me start by saying the rooms are clean and breakfast is good.
But.
The 3 person rooms are just as big as the 2 person room with an extra bed and barely any space to move or put your suitcase down.
We stayed for 5 days this year and didn't have proper airconditioning for 3 days. And it was 28C in the room at night. We tried calling the reception, after not answering 3/4 times the reception decided to unhook the phone. Not the service i expected, to be honest.
Also the wifi does connect but the internet doesn't even work.
2/5 stars wouldn't recommend right now unless they resolve these issues.

I'm a travel agent and stayed here to research the area for clients, here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
- fresh decor, very welcoming and comfortable
- great gym and 3 separate pools that all get sun at different times of the day
- varied and reasonably priced menu at the bar
- great breakfast buffet 7.30-10.30
- excellent location 2 min walk from beach and bus stops, 7 min walk from lidl
- clean rooms with balconies and seats for 2 and mini fridge
- bike hire on site
Cons:
- no kettle provided in rooms (no good for us brits) and was refused boiling water at reception
- tv channels are all German
- sleep ruined daily by doors slamming in corridors (i stayed on both floor 3 and 5 and had this relentlessly from 5am onwards)
- €10 cash deposit for pool towels was a bit steep in my opinion
Id stay here again and would send my clients here or to the sister hotel across the road but only in the top floor sea view rooms, did not enjoy the 1 night i spent on floor 3 facing the road.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location of the hotel was perfect. Special thanks to the Manager and Erik, who provided us with a free room upgrade and helped us settle in. The breakfast was great, with many different options, so we never got bored during our 7-day stay. The beach is very close, and the noise from the street was minimal.

Had a very warm welcome at reception from Yola, who, incidentally, went above and beyond to locate and recover my lost cell phone, so I cannot fault her dedication to make my holiday as good as she could.
Reception area is very modern and pretty cool decor.
I upgraded to a room with terrace, which was very nice, modern furnishings, but lacking in wardrobe space. Air conditioning works very well. Shower was a bit on the small side but loved the the decor. Beds are comfortable and had a peaceful sleep.
Maid service was a bit lacking, had to ask for fresh towels and the sheets were never changed during my stay, so for me, that's one star off.
Juachin, Leo, and Tony, barstaff, were very friendly and always willing to stop and chat, and kept everything clean and tidy in the bar.
At breakfast there is a very wide variety and will suit all tastes and cultures, I was very impressed at how quick the staff cleared tables and prepared the tables for others to come in.
The dining room manager, Juan, runs a tight ship and is very efficient.
Situated just off the main strip ,I thought would be a bit noisy, but I was surprised at how quiet it was.
The main strip is filled with shops ,bars and restaurants to suit everyone and the food was awesome.
Overall my stay was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, which is what I was aiming for. Thanks

This is a very nice hotel. Lovely bar and pool area. Staff very pleasant. Triple room was good. One star taken off for the local area - it feels unloved in areas although we found some good restaurants and bars away from the beach area. A second star taken off due to the clientele in the hotel. There are quite a few groups of young Germans here to enjoy the bars etc. Generally this wasn’t an issue but at times their behaviour wasn’t great - singing etc. It would be a great base for a sun and partying holiday.
