Our family has slept one night in this hotel. I really enjoyed the food. One of my family members were extremely satisfied with the hotel spa. I really enjoyed the food : dinner and breakfast. There were some welcoming drinks and sweats. It were super good. If I come here again, I would love to be in this hotel. Again.

This is a fist class operation. Rooms and public areas are spotless. The spa is awesone with many treatments included from salt room to cold room to cold plunge etc. My only criticidm is the spa and gym close at 8pm. Both should be open later. The breakfssts were excellent. I ate dinner at the hotel buffet 2x and the qualitu and variety were good. One thing i did'nt like at the hotel was a $9 charge to use the in room safe. Come on Grupotel. You already have them in the room. Its not the $9 it's the principal of a hotel at this price level nickle and diming the customer. I would caution people about the room choice. I booked this hotel because the description said it had a kitchen. They gave me a room that i discovered did not have a kitchen in the newer tower. I called down and asked for the room with the kitchen. I moved all of my stuff to one on the first floor facing the road that had a kitchen. This was a dark and depressing room and not a place to spend 5 nights. It did have a kitchen, but the room itself and bathroom were not up to the new tower standard. I then asked for a room with a kitchen available on a higher floor. They had none and kindly let me go back to the newer tower room. I would not recommend a room on a lower floor facing the road. The rooms containing kitchens are broken up into a couple of very small rooms while the newer rooms are about the same size in one large room. The older rooms would be ok for me on a higher floor facing one of the pools but not on a lower floor facing the road. I totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will be back.

We booked 8 days there with half board. The food was good and the service was great.
The gym and spa were wonderful. We will most likely go back. I can't believe I didn't take any pictures of the hotel.

Could have been the perfect hotel, if not for loud and rude guests. No one should have to witness drunk people strip naked by the pool and/or the terrace. Other than that, the hotel is superb. Great breakfast buffet (and coffee!!), multiple pools to enjoy and overall fantastic hosts running the hotel. Cleaners were some of the nicest people. Would stay here again if not for the other guests, which is a shame!

The hotel's amenities were truly top-notch. Let's start with breakfast - it was a real treat! They offered a wide variety of options, from freshly squeezed orange juice to the delicious, freshly made pancakes. It was the perfect way to kickstart each day of my vacation.
The pool area was another highlight of my stay. It was not only beautiful but also spacious, ensuring that there was always room to relax and unwind. Whether you wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply soak up the sun, the pool area had you covered.
I decided to try the cocktails at the hotel pool bar, and I was thoroughly impressed. The bartenders were skilled and friendly, and they crafted some truly exceptional cocktails. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring Mallorca.
Speaking of exploration, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a short 10-15 minute drive to the airport, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. If you're in the mood for some beach time, you're in luck because it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. And for any last-minute needs or snacks, there's a supermarket conveniently located just around the corner.
But what truly made my stay memorable was the attentive and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit, making me feel like a valued guest from start to finish.
All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy all that this beautiful island has to offer. I can't wait to return and experience the same warmth, luxury, and value that this hotel provides. Highly recommended to all travelers!
