Absolutely fabulous hotel! We have booked more expensive room with Level lounge experience, which I recommend as a "must have" thing. Our room has stunning view with two separate balconies, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and sofa with TV in the separate room. I would like to especially thank to the Level receptionist Alejandro, who is the perfect example of the right person in the right place. He was very helpful and made our stay just perfect. I arrange this stay as a birthday surprise for my husband - they sent us a bottle of prosecco, some cookies and very nice personally hand written birthday wish which made my husband literally cry :) I also have to say, that breakfast buffet is very delicious! Location is perfect, you have a beautiful view over the marina. You are close to the city centre (reachable by walk, taxi, buses...). The only minus is the reconstruction going on in front of the hotel (almost over the whole promenade), but this was not an issue for us, because we have stayed in hotel during the weekend, so it was quiet and calm. This was not our last stay, see you soon, we would come back! :) Best regards!

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel for Christmas and New Year. We had a gorgeous and clean room with beautiful marina views. We upgraded to the ‘level’ which we would highly recommend. Food at the hotel restaurants was very good. I can’t say enough about the gentleman Santiago, who works on reception, he was very welcoming and his hospitality was outstanding, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay extra special and we were extremely grateful.

I stayed with the Melia for the first time. I loved my stay. The location is very good and facilities well maintained. I had a large room which was in great condition and offered me a beautiful view. The service and staff was exceptional. I made some arrangements prior to my arrival and all my requests were not only met but exceeded. This has been an excellent stay and I will return.

We had a congress at this great hotel. Spacious lobby, nice modern, comfy rooms. The breakfast selection was excellent and so was the service. The city centre is in walking distance. If you go to Palma and want a wonderful seaside hotel, you should choose Melia Palma Marina.

A last minute trip and this was the absolute perfect hotel. Travelling with our 1 year old son and got in touch prior to leaving the UK about a cot - this was confirmed with no hassle on arrival and was waiting for us when we checked in! The room was ideal - clean, tidy and really spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was incredible, a superb spread of everything you could want! The only points we were disappointed with was that the pool was closed for 'winter' - we weren't told about this which was disappointing. Also, despite being really accomadating the hotel wasn't overly child friendly - don't get me wrong the staff were all really friendly and had high chairs in the restaurant there wasn't an area for a child to play safely. Special mention to MIKI the barman! What a hero, everynight we would sit at the bar and have a good chat with him. Full of character, full of joy and a genuinely lovely guy who really knows his drinks. If you can't find him just look for his smile!
