Having just returned from our sixth visit, I can confidently say that this hotel continues to exceed our expectations. The property is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and impressively spacious, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The dining experience is good, with a wide variety of options available each day and enjoyable themed evenings — the Mexican and American nights were particular highlights.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Our holiday simply wouldn’t be the same without the warmth and professionalism of George, Aline, Diego, Lorena, Paige, Nacho, and Armand — though every member of the team is consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. It’s impossible to walk through the hotel without being greeted with a smile or a hello.
The entertainment team deserves special recognition. They are not only incredibly welcoming but also exceptionally talented at what they do. Guests should definitely take part in the activities they run throughout the day and make time for the evening shows. We especially enjoyed the quizzes, Searching for Light, and of course, the unforgettable parties.
Another thoughtful touch is the guest experience manager, who regularly checks in with guests to ensure everything is perfect — a small gesture that makes a big difference.
If there is one drawback, it comes not from the hotel itself but from a handful of inconsiderate guests who reserved sunbeds by leaving towels on them as early as midnight. While this was frustrating, it was reassuring to see the staff step in to address the situation, and by the second week of our stay, the problem had been resolved.
Overall, this hotel continues to deliver outstanding hospitality, and it is easy to see why we return year after year. Without hesitation, I would recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing holiday.

Just returned home after our third stay at Mar Senses Ferrera Blanca. This hotel never disappoints. Apart from the beautiful hotel, beach and location the staff are truly out of this world and customer satisfaction is second to none. The animation team as always were outstanding, the bar and restaurant staff amazing and always go that extra mile with friendliness, professionalim and just generally want visitors to have a first class experience. We visited with my dad who is in his 80's and nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out for Aline who checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was to expectations, which as usual it was. Love this hotel, the staff and everything about it and would always recommend. Thank you once again for your outstanding customer service.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The food was great and varied, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.
There are three pools, each offering something a little different, which was great for keeping our child entertained throughout the day. Cara Ferrera beach is only a few minutes away, so it was easy to walk down for a change of scenery. The hotel is also close to both the tourist train and the bus stop, which made it easy to explore Cala D'or and beyond.
What really stood out, though, was the entertainment. All the acts were genuinely talented and appealed to both adults and children - the White Party and Flower Party evenings were especially memorable. The whole team were fantastic, with a special shout-out to Nacho, whose energy and enthusiasm should be prescribed on the NHS.
We’d definitely recommend it for families.

Just returned from a week stay at this lovely hotel after numerous recommendations from family who had visited 3 years in a row. I can see why! The staff make this hotel! The wonderful animation team and bar staff all deserve a pay rise as they are the most friendly and hospitable people I’ve ever encountered! They continue to go the extra mile for their guests and it shows. Nacho, Armand, Diego, Paige and all the other animation team were amazing! A special mention also to the bar staff Salma and Jose Javier for continuing to serve drinks with a smile and amazing banter. Plenty of activities throughout the day and night for all ages to participate in! Our favourite was the flower power party and the pool/foam party!
Definitely worth checking this hotel out, you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed here in August for 7 days. In the adults only side. What a fantastic hotel spacious modern rooms with big balcony which has double sunbed table and chairs. We where half board. Spoilt for choice self service but also menu with table service. Staff are very friendly and polite and can not do enough to make your stay perfect especially aline guest manager. Was always on hand if we needed anything. Can't believe this hotel is not 5☆. We will be returning very soon.
