This is the third time we have come here. Every time we leave we immediately book again because we have had the absolute best time.
The rooms are comfortable, with good showers and a nice balcony.
The food is incredible. Every day is a different theme alongside lots of other yummy things. The cakes are also heavenly!
Every member of staff is super friendly and helpful.
However, what makes this place so special is the animation team. They are why we keep coming back. They are incredible people who work so hard to ensure that us and the kids have such a special time. Diego keeps everyone in check and is always up for a challenge, Armand is great for a chat about life and gives good ice cream recommendations, Lorena is the friendliest lady you will ever meet with a totally infectious smile (and made me a beautiful mermaid this year), Paige has an amazing voice and boundless energy, Nacho has all of the jokes (many of them truly awful but funny all the same!), Aleixa is just incredible with the children, nothing is too much trouble plus she is always smiling, Miriam is a total firecracker who will keep you chuckling for hours, Sofia is quieter but was a total star getting our youngest involved, and Laeti is wild and wonderful and like the sister you always wanted! They are totally amazing and we come back in the hope that they are here. We know they might not always be and we wish them so much happiness wherever they go. I could go on about how awesome you are forever (but it’s past bedtime!)

Very good 4* hotel. Barbara and George from reception are the best, they are so kind and helpful, resolving all your issues quickly. Kids entertainment team is good keeping children busy, Nacho is the best ☺️ even parents are enjoying anything he is doing. Evening shows could be better but still enjoyed it. According to food lack of chicken and beef but you can always ask to prepare it separately if they have meat.

Right on Cala Ferrera, near a great town. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the food is fantastic. But by far the entertainers are the life of this hotel: they are without question the some of the most enthusiastic, lovely, friendly, energetic, people you will meet - they are impeccable. If you haven’t been, you are missing out on a most superb experience.

We stayed at Mar Senses September 2024 and we want to come back as soon as possible. There were so many positives about our stay at Mar Senses. The food was brilliant and fresh every day with a variety of options that changed daily. We required a strict Celiac Diet and each day we were shown a variety of gluten free options. We were offered gluten free bread and gluten free chips for each meal. Special gluten free deserts were also prepared. Another member of our party is vegetarian and there were plenty of fresh food options each day.
Every staff member was helpful, professional and made our stay enjoyable. Everyone we encountered seemed to enjoy working at Mars Senses from the restaurant staff, lifeguards, bar staff, entertainment, cleaning, and front desk. We remarked on a few occasions how happy the staff seem. The resort was also always extremely clean. The beach was a pleasant few minutes stroll away. There are many little coves to explore nearby. The area surrounding Mars Senses is also clean and very family friendly. The area felt very safe.
On our last day we discovered our return flights were cancelled. The front desk staff were very supportive and found us a room for the night and helped us while we resolved our flights. The front desk staff also made sure our return transportation was adjusted as well. Thanks George for your professionalism and your sense of humour for making a stressful situation enjoyable. You are a star. We will definitely be returning very soon! Thank you!

Rooms were clean, modern and spacious however the shower could have been more powerful. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The location is right on Cala ferrera beach, a 5 minute walk to Esmerelda and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cala D’or.
