My parents stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago and they loved it. It was an excellent experience for them, the staff was very friendly, the rooms - nice and clean, the food at the restaurant - very tasty. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a bus stop a few steps away, so you can take the public transport for exploring Palma. They also used the airport transfer service - everything perfectly managed. I had a very good communication with the reception staff via email before the stay. They gave me a helpful information for preparing the journey. Thanks a lot! We will definitely come back!

The rooms are wonderful at the front of property, we had a concern but the staff did their best alleviate the issue. Joey and his team have a done a great job

We loved our stay here in Palma, the hotel sits directly in front of the Mediterranean Sea on a beautiful street packed with everything you need. Bars, restaurants little stores and of course the beach.
The hotel itself is super modern, staff is friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are super clean which is the most important for me!
We loved this convenient location to move around and see the rest of the city. You have a bus a few steps away that will take you everywhere!
Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Great hotel and amazing sea view! They have a rooftop bar with loungers on shallow pool facing the beach and a swimming pool on first floor.
There may be an indoor pool with spa service but I didn’t use it.
I had a great time staying there, lovely
staff, good breakfast buffet and room is a good size.
The location is great if you fancy the long beaches. Do note the hotel is within the German tourists area, a lot of German tourist bars and entertainment there.

This hotel is so wonderful! The staff are amazing and so welcoming and accommodating. We had to leave a day early due to a family health emergency and they refunded our last night. Most hotels don't do that, and they were more than happy to help us. The rooms are wonderful and the pool is great. The drinks and food at the pool aren't too expensive and we're great. The breakfast was Amazing and had something for everyone. If we come back we will stay here!
The only drawback for us was we didn't do enough research and didn't realize this area is like spring break. The area is heavily populated by Germans on holiday, so some of the nearby restaurants had German food which isnt appealing to us, and the atmosphere is party central. This wasn't what we expected, but again, we should have done more research. That being said, the hotel itself is amazing and definitely worth the price.
