The hotel room was very nice & clean. Loved the free minibar. The view of the beach from the room was amazing! The breakfast had a great variety.
The pool and wave flow rider were cool. Overall a great place to stay, central location in Magaluf and reasonably price for all the inclusions.

If you enjoy waiting on hold for over 20 minutes and being transferred back and forth between reservation service agents who don't care about doing their job, then this is the hotel for you.
We could not reach the hotel front desk because when you call, you reach a voicemail.
Upon complaining that the number does not work, the agents transfer you back to the reservation team who will transfer you back to voice mail

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. A great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay – highly recommended!

It's not. Costs about 30 euro per hour, and can't be shared with another person.
I specifically chose the hotel for this and was very disappointed.
Additionally, they charge 20 euros per night for parking and charge extra for poolside beds.
Otherwise, the hotel is very mediocre.

We paid for the most expensive room in the hotel, yet it was almost impossible for us to fit as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) – truly unacceptable. There was no space even for the luggage, which we had to keep on the floor. The bathroom/WC had a very strong unpleasant smell and, as expected, there was no ventilation at all. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Breakfast was equally disappointing: basic, tasteless and lacking cleanliness. I definitely do not recommend this place, and it was certainly not worth the money we paid.
