Lovely hotel and very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is a short walk from Calvia beach and there's a lot of nearby shops, bars and restaurants. Gabriel and Mila who were the entertainment staff were very attentive, remembered the conversations you had with them the day before which is always nice. Food is lovely, not your typical beige buffet which is good, a lot of fresh food which is always welcomed. The entertainment in the evening was good, on our three nights we had bingo and two duo singers who were brilliant! All in all a good stay

Just a 3 day break over the bank holiday and we have thoroughly enjoyed in fact very sad to go home tomorrow.
It’s a small hotel with beautiful grounds and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are beautiful we had a pool view.
Staff what can I say from the Reception staff, bar staff to waiters and waitresses all fantastic and always smiling nothing is too much trouble.
Special thanks though to the animation team Gabriel thanks for the great aqua aerobics, quiz night and just being you.
We will defiantly come back here but next time for a week☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Maud thanks for helping us at the quiz we will miss your smiling face ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Spent 11 days here in May, weather was mainly sunny and hot.
Exceptionally clean hotel, all staff pleasant and helpful making sure you have a good holiday.
A good choice of food, plenty of fruit, salad and fresh crusty bread. A wide range of foods on the hot buffet, better during the first hour as the trays do not retain the heat very well, there is fresh fish and meat being cooked on the griddle during the evening. The waiters look after you, our thanks to Juan Michel, Twan and Esther along with the rest of the team in the restaurant and bar.
The entertainment team Gabriel and Mila ensure there are fun activities if you want to join in, check in with everyone around the pool and lead the evening events, a few enjoyable evenings with the singers.
Bar area can be busy and noisy but it is not a problem people just enjoying themselves and having fun, there are quiet areas to sit in too. Choice is yours.
Lovely location, beach a short walk, most evenings we had a stroll along the front, browsing the shops and enjoying the views over the bay.
Bus stops right outside the hotel into Palma (links to services and trains across the island) or towards Santa Ponsa.

Stayed for a week and hotel was much better than had seen in photos.
Laura B at reception was brilliant, explained everything very clearly and politely. Room was cleaned every day by a lovely lady, Geri, who does an excellent job.
All the staff were above par and couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast has a wide range of choices to suit most people.
Entertainment in the evenings was of a good standard and very entertaining.
Rooms were bright and airy, bed was very comfortable.
Overall I would recommend if you are in Palma Nova, Fergus Bermuda is a good choice for accommodation.

Me and my husband booked this hotel as a last minute holiday and we have loved every minute. Fantastic clean rooms. Nice food, with good choice. The staff are super friendly and helpful with a special mention to Gabriel. He is such a lovely guy and kevin the lifeguard is so lovely always happy and chatty. We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.
