We arrived mid Monday morning & found check-in very slow & clunky with no warmth. We were told to leave our ID & go sit elsewhere - felt like we were back at school, not guests. A 2nd lady that we spoke to later was much friendlier.
Our room at the back was very, very small but it had everything we were looking for & the bed was comfortable. The price was good for a single night stay, close to Palma & the airport.
The main clientele were groups of younger, many 20’s & 30’s. It was often noisy, regardless of the time & the daytime groups, drinking around the pool, were a bit off putting.
We went to use the sauna instead but at €10 each for this tiny space, we declined. This addition charge wasn’t mentioned on the website.
We took 1/2 board but it wasn’t for us, just a waste of money. Staff were lovely but on offer was very basic canteen food, drumsticks were tasty but accompanied by frozen chips, pasta or cold roast veg. We bailed & went for a curry instead.
Breakfast was not much better, not much in the way of local products, seemed to be mainly processed food.

I love the hotel, we choose the hotel because of the warm pool, is very nice, clean we enjoyed a lot.
The staff is amazing, everybody is super friendly.
You need to be aware that 90% of the guest there and in the streets and in all that area are German, most of them drunk all the time.
But the hotel was amazing I really liked also the buffet, a lot of variety.
I went with my son, there are some kids but it’s not a family hotel, the vibe was more party people inside and outside of the hotel.
The view from the room was amazing, very loud from the people outside but if you close the windows you don’t hear anything and you can sleep perfectly.

I had to book this hotel as last minute option close to the airport. Although it is rated 4* it hasn’t got the standard of a 4* hotel. The area especially is not high end.
The rooms and bathroom are of average standard.
It is very close to the plays de Palma, a very popular and crowded beach.

What can I say.. you get what you pay for I guess. First of all the hallways with their complete lack of soft materials amplify any sound anyone makes. If someone coughs it's so loud you think it might be yourself coughing. A/C was not cooling so it was super humid and warm in the room (this was in November so I guess they already turned it off for the winter, but it was atleast 25 degrees in the room).

Good breakfast and dinner, rooms need a bit of renovation, but bed was very comfy and nice to sleep on.
In november there was always parking spot near by, but in summer could be hard to find parking near
