The Hotel is Truly beautiful , it is like a palace, its own town, filled with many things to do for people of all ages, the views are great, the people are beautiful, the hotel is just the best . Everyone is amazing here the best and nicest people I have ever met in my life, they are truly so kind. There is lots of things to do, theme park, water park, Arcades , drink bars, child activities and many many more such as shopping and even boat rides. The Atmosphere here is great, there is also night shows here on the daily. You also get access to a luxury beach, Rixos premium which is an amazing experience with free food and drinks, the All inclusive is well worth it, there’s also shops with watches and fragrances which I love, there’s is everything here, name it and the hotel will have it. The Nemo restaurant was also amazing, every staff and every person here is very nice and amazing people, the hotel and everything is also amazing, it’s my third time here, last I came in 2018 and again 2019, now in 2025. I will certainly be coming here again, and again, and again

We went there with family and kids. The resort itself is beautiful. Loads of entertainments for everybody specially kids. The food was good . Some of the supervisors and managers were very nice and helpful but some staff in the kitchen could not understand english. The food , salad deserts, and drinks were good . Charging for fresh fruit juice was unacceptable in such a famous resort. I loved quails and other non veg items but lamb steak was found undercooked and chewy. Lamb chops and ribs were missing at all. Veg items were nice and tasty. Mert , Cargi , Salih in the reception area as well as customer relation staff was very helpful. Mahmut Shah, Tugan and the beautiful lady in kitchen are Birsen were awsome. Over all I loved my stay there and would recomend to friends for a very good experience. I loved to visit RIXOS hotle for a day. Taxi service is cheaper privately from outside.

We went from 9th April for a week, as it was significantly cheaper than later weeks. We took 2 kids, aged 9 & 7.
We were very impressed from the word go. The hotel is so well set up for families. The rooms were great & styled in such a fun way. The cleanliness of the rooms & the hotel in general was just excellent. Our only complaint was that the aircon for the whole hotel was turned off for 5 out of the 7 days we stayed. Many guests asked about this to be simply told “it is off. It will be on when it’s on”. Some nights were particularly warm & uncomfortable.
There was much more included in the all-inclusive deal that we expected – arcade games, juice bar, all-night pub, & the buffet ,as well as unlimited entry to both parks. Included in the parks are soft drinks, water, & standard ice cream. The kids club in the hotel was great, & our daughter did the pottery making class which was all free.
We were amazed by the buffet. So much choice & variety, with local food as well as things you might consider more European like pizza & chips. Lots of healthy options too with endless salads & fruit, & chicken & fish straight off the grill.
The theme park was great fun, with the standout rides for us being the “big white one”, the “big blue one”, & the “squirty boats”. I can’t remember their proper names but if you go, you’ll understand. We were a little disappointed to find that with it being early in the season some of the rides weren’t open yet, but all the main ones were. Being early in the season though, meant the queues were short & we rarely had to queue more than a couple of minutes for any ride.
The water park is fabulous too, but again, some rides or areas were not open. Neither was the only place to eat on the all-inclusive deal, called Mungo, a large restaurant in the waterpark side. This meant we had to either plan to come out of the parks at lunch time, then go back in, or bring food in with us. The latter option turned out to be a problem, with a very unhelpful security guard searching our bags & confiscating any food she found.
Since we weren’t allowed to bring food into the parks, we occasionally chose to buy snacks. You pay in the parks with wrist bands, which you load up at cash points. The minimum you could load on was 2500 Lira, which on our trip was about £50, which bought us 2 slushy drinks, 1 large bag of Doritos, & 2 tubes of ‘local’ Pringles. The Slushy was 750 Lira, which is £15! Those 5 items are worth about £20 in the UK, making it 2.5x more expensive than we felt it should be. The prices of most items at the snack shops are not clearly displayed, or not displayed at all.
Back on the water park, & being early in the season, the water was cold. With the wind, & occasional cloud, many people were shivering. Even the heated pools in the top section of the water park were pretty cool. We had come prepared & brought wetsuit tops & shorts, just thin 1.5mm ones. They enabled us to enjoy the pools & the slides, which we did, immensely.
Also included is a free bus transfer (which you need to book a day in advance) to the Rixos Premium Hotel in Belek, which has a large outdoor heated pool, & a beach. We spent 2 afternoons there, soaking up the sun, & ordering drinks from our sunbeds to have them delivered by waiters on roller skates. Surreal, but really cool. We were also impressed that Rixos laid on a buffet lunch for everyone coming from Kingdom, so you didn’t need to worry about missing lunch at the hotel.
This is my 2nd review, as a member of staff collared me in the park & asked me to write a review there & then on our first day. I shouldn’t have, but I’m useless at saying no to those kind of things. I can’t say I particularly liked being press-ganged into writing a short, glowingly positive, very one-sided review. This is my more detailed, more honest version.
Overall, we were hugely impressed, just a few bits we feel they could improve on. We’ve had a great holiday, & we’d recommend it for families. We may well be back

This was a highly awaited experience for our family of 5, we had been wanting to go here for many years now and we finally got a chance to in Easter Holidays 2025.
However, it was an awful experience! Nothing like we expected, in fact it was the complete opposite. No way this could be a 5* hotel.
The biggest issue we had was no one would listen to our complaints, we stayed there for 6 days. Out of those 6 days, we only managed a good nights sleep on the first and last night! This was because we had 2 interconnected rooms, and in both these rooms it was way too hot at night and we couldn't sleep at all. Most of the time we ended up sweating at night, the AC would be on Heater mode instead of AirCon mode. Only the first night it wasn't and then after about 6-7 complaints they finally switched it on the last night to AC mode. In between after 3 complaints they also switched one room to Fan mode only but that didn't help either and still the Vents had hot air coming out of it at night. Because of this our holiday was ruined as we ended up being tired because of poor sleep. In fact one manager that we complained to just told us to open the balcony door while sleeping at night, which is just not acceptable! The whole point of booking to stay in a good hotel should be that we set the temperature to one such as 23c and the AirCon helps to maintain that temp throughout the night. Turning off the AC in Heater mode and keeping the door open does not help at all and it should not be what guest are expected to do just because the hotel can not have a proper working AC in its rooms especially during Hot weather in Easter time.
This was a major issue, that ruined our trip. There were also many smaller issues that were addressed after complaints, but they should have been handled without complaints. One is that Mini bar was supposed to be re-filled every day (they only refilled it once during our stay), Body wash was finished from Shower and not refilled, rooms were not cleaned or looked after every day even though Make a Room light was turned on.
The other terrible experience, was that most of the rides in the Theme Park and Water Park was still closed and this is during Easter Holiday Period! We came mainly to enjoy these parks, especially the water park but majority of the rides were closed!
Hence, all in all it was a terrible experience especially for the Premium Price that we Paid for this Resort. Highly disappointing!

We had an amazing stay at this highly family-friendly hotel! My kids absolutely loved it, and so did I. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, not only with us but also with our children, which made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was the complimentary juice, coffee, ice cream, and sweets service—it was such a special and memorable experience for the kids.
There’s just one thing I’d suggest improving. We booked the breakfast, lunch, and dinner package, which was fantastic, but the meal timings were a bit restrictive. For example, it was challenging to get back to the hotel in time for lunch after visiting the park, and dinner finishing at 9 PM didn’t give us enough time to fully enjoy the evening shows and activities. It would be great to extend the timings or have an option for late-night snacks or meals for guests who might miss regular dining hours.
We also really appreciated the dedicated corner in the park for hotel guests—it was a lovely touch! However, I would suggest adding a few more savory options to the snacks provided there.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We were three families staying at the hotel during the same period, and all of us had a fantastic time. Thank you for making our stay so special! We look forward to coming back.
