Great big pool. Private beach close by.
lovely food, always something available.
Staff speak minimal English but polite and efficient.
Rooms cleaned often.
Not much to do locally.
Nice and quiet mid may. Not sure how it would be peak season but we had no trouble finding loungers or with waiting for drinks mid may.
A great value hotel.
Spa did a good value treatment package with the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had.
Ran out of beer often and the white wine was really awful .
Re excursions - Avoid the lion safari if you care about animal welfare and don’t like water fights that go on for 2 hours and you are freezing and soaked . Kids crying ,wanting it to stop. It was awful.
The clothing shop guy was a bit pushy but apart from these little snags it was lovely.

Chef very kind person. He opens restaurant early just to let us to have breakfast be4 we left for home . And he came to wish us good journey home x Food was amazing.
Hotel should be proud of massage parlour. Hamam and sport massage to die for. They've help me with sunburnt and saved me from suffering.
Reception staff always helpful.
I do speak few languages so I have no problem with any of staff.

We are in hotel now we like so much we will come again this year eat service room allways clean beach is super and thanks for animation team and mini klub our kids like so much 🥳🥳🥳

The staff, especially the front desk, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Any request or question was met with indifference and attitude. There was no willingness to help, and problems were simply ignored. Their behavior completely ruined the stay. The air conditioning did not work at all. We reported it to the front desk and were told “we’ll take care of it,” but no one ever came. Breakfast was a total disaster: stale food, very limited options, and poor hygiene. On top of that, the noise level made it impossible to sleep; the rooms have absolutely no sound insulation.

We been there 2weeks ago the hotel was ok but the bed room was really bad the reception person was not helpful misruble people i asked for room change but didn't get even though we are happy to pay extra mony but we still didn't get the good room we have to stay in the same room witch was balcony room u can't see any think but u cane hear lots of noises people are dancing listening loud music till 12pm u can't go to sleep well .food wS poor all reshion people are string u all time it was uncomfortable they are not frendly to us we did enjoy oure self out side the hotel we was thinking to take my children there but never go there agin but the trikshes hamam people are really good that's we like the most but rest of my holiday was nice my be go there but not same hotel
