Impossible to rest in this place. Super loud, people smoking like crazy, the main areas smells like ashtrays. Service was kind even not speaking English they were friendly and helpful all the time. Food was ok but after 7 days smelling the same and having to choose between eating inside the loud restaurant with kids yelling and the oily air or eating outside with smokers around you, I can say that the best that happened was the food poisoning so I got to spend a night in the hospital eating good food in silence and in a clean and tidy room :D

It was good, the food was top notch and there was a variety of stuff I could do in the city. I only went to a Turkish bath and some kind of Pirate ship course or something similar. I was not too much outside, because I am an introvert. If you want to go outside of the Hotel to go for an example to the city and you can't speak Turkish well enough then you are screwed. It is well known for tourists to get scammed when shopping or similar because they don't know the currency too much and stuff. YOU ARE SAFE IN THE HOTEL and in the so safe given shopping areas by your provider but other than that like I said, if you can't speak Turkish well then you will most likely get scammed. So it's a safe bet to go to the Hotel owned areas.

This is the worst experience ever. This hotel does not deserve a three star rating. If you don’t want to disappoint yourself and your family, never choose to spend your holidays here. Firstly, the boys at the reception were very unhelpful. Only one girl was really friendly and communicative. Secondly, the staff doesn’t speak English only a few people, the girl at the reception, the boy that came to salute for the dinner and the girls at the miniclub. There is a possibility of food but there isn’t any free place to sit. They turned off the air conditioner at the lobby, despite the fact that it was extremely hot and we had to wait for the flight for eight hours there. Especially, we had to wait very long for the lift. To sum up, it’s a waste of money and most importantly you don’t enjoy at all.

Amazing!
Firstly I would like to thank the amazing and friendly staff, whenever something occurred they fixed it right away. Tons of food so everybody can enjoy whatever they want, special praise to the beach bar burgers! Everything was super clean and the maids are so fast in their work. We always had new towels and a full mini fridge of pepsi,7up and water!

I enjoyed my stay there. Almost no one speaks good English. If you want to get something, you will need to know Russian , since most of the guests are from there. The staff at the reception was a bit rude. We had to ask for them to change our towels, even though it’s said they change it every 3 days which I don’t believe. The food was nice, there were different options for side dishes, salads, main dishes , deserts, fruits, etc. a lot of the guests were pilling their plates and throwing most of it away , which I don’t understand. The food that hasn’t been placed in the restaurant is being donated , but I guess Russians don’t care about that. 🙄
All of the Russian guests were ‘saving’ the sun beds by putting their towels on them, which is again forbidden, but I guess since it’s not their country, they can do whatever.
The staff in the restaurant and bar was friendly and young. The entertainment team also did very good! They provided free water bottles as well. Overall I had a great time!
