I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. My stay here was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel it is important to share my experience so that others can avoid the same frustrations.
First and foremost, the food was absolutely terrible. There was little variety, the quality was far below average, and it felt as though no real effort was put into preparing meals for guests. Instead of enjoying dining as part of the travel experience, every meal became something to dread, which completely ruined part of the holiday atmosphere.
The hotel rooms themselves were equally problematic. While they may look fine at a glance, the construction is very poor. There is no proper insulation around the doors or edges of the rooms, which means you can hear everything happening in the hallway at all hours of the day and night. Conversations, footsteps, and even doors closing sounded as if they were right inside my room. It was impossible to relax, let alone get a good night’s sleep.
On top of these issues, the reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they acted dismissive and impatient whenever I had a question or concern. Basic courtesy was completely lacking, which added unnecessary stress to the stay.
Overall, between the awful food, poorly designed rooms, and unprofessional staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other options available that would provide a much better experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place altogether.

Worst hotel ever been to in Türkiye. Food is cold as they have it ready like an hour before and leaving it out without any extra heat, either raw and not even cooked properly. You can’t ask anything from reception as the receptionist doesn’t speak English. H/S is zero, kids jumping down from the pool that is “closed” , not a single marshal around the pool. Cleaners doesn’t even clean the room even after leaving tip for them. No way of booking into the “private” restaurant, as you being told day by day to go reception and back to guest relations, in the end to be told you need to book it on the first day.
We have travelling to Turkey at least twice a year in this one was far the worst place we ever stayed. We don’t usually complain but this is a joke.

I honestly have to say that I’m very disappointed with our room. It really feels like anything but a 5-star hotel. The drawer under the mirror is half-broken and keeps sliding open by itself, the soap holder in the bathroom doesn’t even work, and the furniture looks so outdated and unattractive. What makes it worse is that my mom and brother got a much bigger and nicer room, while we with three kids were put in a small, cramped one.
We asked for a baby crib and never got one, but to be honest, there isn’t even space in this room to fit it. The worst part is the bed: it’s impossible to sleep on. The mattress is so uncomfortable, the springs are sticking into our backs, and today first morning we wake up in pain. We literally spent the whole night turning and trying to find a way to sleep, but it just didn’t work.
The only positive things I can say are that the hotel from the outside looks nice, the pool is beautiful, and the food and cocktails are actually very good. But honestly, with the way our room is, we can’t enjoy any of that properly.
