I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The food was the same every day. Although there were many types of dishes, I could only eat about three of them. In the evenings, meat was always served, and when it was lamb, I only ate it once; the rest of the time, it was llama meat, which I did not like at all.
The drinks were of the lowest quality. The beer was always the same, and if it sat for 5 minutes, it completely lost its taste. The cocktails (6–8 types) barely had the flavor they were supposed to represent.
There were many dessert options, and I found a few that were good. Ice cream was served only once a day, for one hour, and the queue was very long, so you had to wait a long time.
In the evenings, there were activities for children and a few shows. For young people, there was almost nothing: there was only one night with a disco, but at 1 a.m. everything was closed and the staff left. There was supposed to be a foam party in the pool, but we never got that.
During the day, volleyball could be played at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Other than that, there were no entertainment activities. The program was always the same. We were offered, for an extra charge, a trip for everyone to go to a nightclub, just so we could have some entertainment.

I stayed here on vacation 7 days. The staff are very polite and some of them do speak English. The rooms are great and cleaned everyday. The food is amazing! Everythimg I had was amazing and delicious! The beach is with rocks, but I don't mind. There are events and shows every night and there is a spa and a Turkish bath. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice relaxing vacation. Especially it's great if you come with kids because they have activities for them as well and a playground for kids.

An Unforgettable Stay at Paradise Resort!
The dining experience was exceptional – gourmet breakfast buffets, fresh seafood dinners, and decadent desserts. The themed culinary nights were a true highlight!
The resort concept blends modern luxury with eco-chic design: infinity pools, lush gardens, and stylish lounges perfect for relaxation or socializing.
Entertainment team was phenomenal! From sunrise yoga to hilarious pool games and dazzling evening shows, their energy was contagious.
Impeccable service, spacious rooms. Can’t wait to return!

One of the worst ever experience with my family. First impressions should be very nice but soon as we arrived to Reception, the front office personal so miserable and rude ,not even looking at your face when you trying to speak ,then the hotel has got 5 stars not sure and approx 400 rooms but just 1 pool , honestly I have to get up every early morning around 4 o'clock and putting our towel on sezlong keeping for ourself otherwise not chance at all. The kids pool safety barrier all broken and screws loose can be hurt any kids. If you go to the beach same problem that's no enough room and the pier missing wooden steps not sure how did it happen or anyone seen, of course good things rooms are pretty clean and daily update and bar, kitchen staff are more friendly then front office.

Worst Hotel Experience – Please Avoid at All Cost
We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly urge others to avoid it.
From the moment we arrived, after traveling for over 7 hours, we were greeted with nothing but attitude from a grumpy older man at reception. No warm welcome, no information about the hotel — just a key card handed over with zero communication. We felt completely unwelcome and disappointed right from the start.
The issues didn’t end there. The air conditioning in the restaurant wasn’t working, and the entire place felt filthy and unhygienic. Flies were sitting on the food, and no one seemed to care. The food itself was questionable quality — moldy cheese(not bue cheese just moldy)served daily, barely any variety at breakfast, and what little meat they offered required standing in 30-minute queues. When you finally did get something like lamb, it was mostly bones — more suitable for dogs than people. Fresh fruit? Forget about it. Unless you consider low-quality apples, dry oranges, and watermelon a fruit selection.
To top it off, they charge €12 for a week's internet access — for just one device. In this day and age, that’s ridiculous.
Worst of all, on our final day, both adults and our child ended up with food poisoning. That alone speaks volumes about the kitchen’s cleanliness (or lack thereof). The entire experience gave off unsanitary and careless vibes, and we were counting down the minutes until we could leave.
I honestly don’t know who is writing the positive reviews for this place, but do not be fooled. This was the worst hotel experience of our lives, and it is absolutely not worth the money we paid.
Avoid at all costs.
