I wanted to genuinely warn people about this hotel and share my own experience.
This was hands down my worst experience of a holiday I’ve ever had.
I saw warnings previously to so many people getting sick here and I feel stupid that I didn’t take any of these comments seriously.
The food is absolutely awful and the staff were rude and extremely unhelpful.
I had an item of mine go missing from our room on day 2 which I did go to the help desk to explain I didn’t think it was stolen just misplaced by the cleaning staff. The outcome for this, over around 3 days was my item had gone and that I could call the police if I wanted to…. The young lady at the help desk was rude and very dismissive.
On day 3 my husband was so ill he was bed bound for the whole next day, he was violently sick from around 9pm to 6am the following morning continuously… the hotel were in denial that it was anything to do with the food there and were no help at all, I even asked if the doctor could come to our room as my husband was that ill he couldn’t get out of bed and was told no.
We then didn’t want to eat in the hotel for the duration we had left of our “holiday”
There was no Tui staff member in the hotel so I had to ring from turkey to England to try and get us moved which we couldn’t because we had booked through a third party booking.
Not once when we were there did we see any of the pools getting cleaned and they never smelt like chlorine but more like a tainted sewage smell.
Their were countless amounts of cats which given in turkey does happen and other places around the world.. but usually they are ushered out of food areas by staff.. this was not the case here, they were being fed by people around the food in the huge buffet area which was clearly too large for the number of members of staff they have working there so god knows how long food was actually being left out for.
In the “Maldives” area which was meant to be an adult only area which on more then one occasion wasn’t and staff again did nothing, we had cats using the sand as a toilet and digging over to cover and it not being picked up by any staff!
The beach area is tiny and the food wasn’t any better down there, we actually paid to sit on the beach next to the hotel due to the fact we went in October and were shaded the whole time.
This hotel is unsafe!! No way is this or should ever be a 5 star!
The restaurants in the hotel are 1000% NOT worth the money, the food is exactly the same as what you are served in the buffet!
If I could give this a 0 star I would, but if you are considering this hotel and are wary because of the bad reviews please think twice.
This was the hotel from hell.

Overall hotel was nice, it was clean, big and had decent vegetarian options. One of the biggest flaw was that the staff were unable to communicate with us which isnt helpful, especially the reception staff and client services team. Our flight was also delayed which meant we missed dinner and we had 5 under 5s with us and just wanted to get them some food and the reception staff in charge that night said we can order room service for them complimentary as it was 10pm by the time we got to the hotel and we were on an all inclusive plus package. When we were checking out they billed us and when we explained they had agreed to cover the cost they all pretended they didn't know anything about it and conveniently the person who agreed it was no contactable. We were also missing breakfast on the day of check out as breakfast started at 7am and we had to leave the hotel by 6.30am and they weren't even willing to provide us with even a croissant for the children. They weren't very accommodating at all. They would send us to client relations who also weren't helpful or didn't understand what we were saying. The website also said the a'la carte restaurants would be open in the month we visited and they were all closed. The play room was also not open due to damage and the staff had told us it was being looked into but it had been like that for a few months. The spa area was nice and it was good that the children were allowed into the heated pool area.

Really a great place to spend a quality of time. The place is huge the pools are huge and so many activities. Even indoor pools so so big and one of them was heated too. Free sauna, steam and Turkish bath rooms included if you have all inclusive. There are so many water slides to enjoy and poolside drinks and foods just amazing. We will definitely visit again. And yes if you visit then don't forget to attend their evening shows which brilliant. We loved Michael Jackson show

We paid 2600 euros for a couple for 7 days with everything included. Check in was at 14:00 and they accommodated us in the room at 19:00. The staff was very racist. When we went to the dining area, all the tables were reserved and when we tried to reserve a table they told us that we couldn't and that the reserved tables were reserved by previous customers. The only good thing there was the cleanliness and the food in the buffet, but I will not return to that hotel again.

Before coming here i read all the recent bad reviews, and it made me feel very scared to come here as i thought i made mistake booking here. But after staying here 4 days i loved it, i would happily come back again.
The staff were all ok and friendly, some staff don't understand much english but still managed to communicate with us as best as possible
The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in, everything gold and marble everywhere, loved the glass elevators, our rooms were very big, we was expecting 2 bed room, but ended up with a extra spare bedroom and bathroom which was really good haha, the rooms themselves were clean enough and looked nice, our view wasn't the best as it was just the front of the hotel haha, but its ok, theres plenty of plug sockets all around, loads of extra free stuff to use, fridges with few cans in and water, and a few snacks, they were never refilled once during our stay, but it is what it is, we just used the bars and drink stations all day, the beds were comfy enough, the ac was very good and cold, the tv channels were ok, the bathrooms were decent but did smell like sewage sometimes, i liked the toilets having bidets built in, very nice, overall very good, the food options were ok, the buffet had a lot of items on it during lunch hours 6:30pm - 9pm, but the late night one very limited thats something they should improve on, and the outside food most of the same food as in the buffet but was ok, i liked the fact i could get a drink from anywhere in the hotel as there was so many stations everywhere haha, i didn't get no food poisoning however we did find the chicken was pink inside a few times, so we didnt eat it, so please do cook them a bit more thoroughly, soft drinks were nice, glasses do need better cleaning or plastic cups needs to be available at all times if people want to use them. The pools were nice, not too crowded the sun loungers were very crowded hard to find seat sometimes, but the pool wasn't crowded. Pools were freezing cold, but after like 30 mins u get used to it. The indoor pool wasn't very clean i could see the dirt floating that needs better cleaning please. The entertainment was ok i went to watch beyonce show was very good but very hard to get a seat, and when i find seat it is very sticky and dirty. No one in hotel was pesturing me like they have in other hotels i have stayed in to buy stuff, like massages and tours, they ask you once, if u say no they go away, this is very good, the hotel is very big so be prepared to walk around but this is good also made it nice so it lives up to the grand name haha. Arcade was decent but a bit pricey. I will be back decent place for a short stay
