The weather has been great and the staff are
AMAZING! Zehra from animation team went above and beyond and our two children absolutely adore her! I have coeliac disease and the hotel have made gluten free meals every meal with a message direct to guest relations to order set meals! The grounds are immaculate and the pool areas are clean and well looked after! The water park and slides are great! The small waterpark is heated which was a great help in April! We will definitely return.

I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in places like Spain, Malta, and several Asian countries, but none have come close to the experience I had at IC Hotel Green Palace. Everything about this resort was outstanding—thorough, fast, and seamless in every way.
Let’s start with the "all-inclusive" concept. When they say all-inclusive, they truly mean everything—from bottled water and the mini-bar to poolside service, beach amenities, outdoor bars, and restaurants. We didn’t spend a single penny inside the resort, nor did we feel the need to step out for anything.
The way they take care of their guests is simply amazing. From early morning to midnight, food is always available. They offer a regular breakfast, extended breakfast, snack bars, dinner, and even late-night dining. So whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, there’s never any need to rush—you can enjoy everything at your own pace.
The staff deserves a special mention. Incredibly professional and efficient, they ensured there was never a delay in service. Over our five-day stay, I never came across an untidy area—the cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable.
And let’s not forget the facilities: the waterpark, the beautiful beaches, countless pools for all age groups, the spa, Turkish hammam, sauna—everything was included.
I’m definitely returning to IC Hotel Green Palace. This has been the best resort experience I’ve ever had. A must-visit destination—highly, highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing service. I am blown away but the care and services of this place. First of all, meeting point for our family is never easy. We have high expectations, and not all have same budgets so finding something that that ticks many boxes isn’t easy. But this place has it all. First of all huge grounds with amazing beach. Spacious area with many pool, bars, cafe, restaurants. Slides, tennis, ping pong you name it. Buffett isn’t my way of going about life but they have something for everyone and I truly appreciate the fresh fruit and salads. The drinks are incredible, quality choice and very fast service: they simply go out of the way to meet you. I can’t believe how they make money it’s just eating drinking non stop which again is not my preference but whoever loves the all inclusive concept has to be impressed.
I also think even though rooms are small and so are bathrooms they are clean and we had rooms on ground floor at the back and it was very quiet.
I have eaten more of that delicious Turkish home made breads that I should have. But other than that I am going to leave happy and rested and all of my family members agree.
Oh and Haman it’s just such an incredible surprise and the massage is best Massge I have ever had!

We stayed at IC Green Palace with our child and had a very good holiday.
The hotel is perfect for families, especially with kids. Our child loved the kids’ club, water park, swimming pool, and the alcohol-free kids’ disco — lots of dancing and fun!
The food was tasty and fresh, and there were many options every day.
I have just two small suggestions:
1. Please consider adding natural juice to meals, so kids can have healthier drinks.
2. The customer care team should respond faster. We had a problem with our bathroom that was not fully fixed, even though we reported it a few times.
Besides that, everything was great. If you're going on a family trip, this hotel is a fantastic choice!

Amazing Experience – Warm People and Great Atmosphere!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the best parts of my vacation was meeting the amazing friends who work in the animation team many thanks for Ashley and Gülşah – they were full of energy, always smiling, and made every day more fun and memorable.
The warm welcome I received from the staff, especially the guest managers, made me feel right at home from the very first day. They were always attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great time.
Thank you to everyone who made my vacation unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back again!
