I had an excellent stay at this resort and would highly recommend it. The food was one of the highlights — not only was the taste consistently delicious, but the variety offered at every meal ensured there was something for everyone.
The overall organisation and calm atmosphere around the resort made the experience truly relaxing. Everything felt well-managed, from dining to activities, allowing us to fully enjoy our time without stress.
The swimming pools were another standout — the water quality was excellent, always clean, clear, and well-maintained, which made swimming a pleasure throughout the stay.
Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the staff communicated in English. This made everything so much easier, from check-in to daily interactions, and added a warm, welcoming touch to the experience.

My recent stay at the IC Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I felt compelled to share my experience. The entire hotel environment was incredibly welcoming and comfortable, contributing to a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
I want to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to the entertainment man i dont know if he is the manager, if he iisnt they should put him as manager, HASSAN AKARDENIZ, and his fantastic team. Hassan is, without a doubt, the best man I've ever met in his position. His gentle and kind nature, coupled with his professionalism, made every interaction a pleasure. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure guests were having a great time, and their efforts truly made my stay unforgettable.
I highly recommend the IC Hotel to anyone looking for a place with great service, a warm atmosphere, and an exceptional entertainment team. We will definitely be returning!

I love it in here so much. There are a lots of activities, I love ,specially, the shows it was so professional. The kids club is big and have a lots of toys and options, it is also very safe, I left my son for hours with a baby sitter and they did a great job. The food is okay but, can be better. The room needs more decoration. Thank u.

I am shocked and deeply disappointed by what happened during our stay at IC Green Palace.
This important to understand - IC Green Palace works with a local taxi company that operates directly at the hotel
We ordered an Uber to Belek Market because it was cheaper and more convenient than the local taxis. But as soon as we got into the car with our two young children, a man from the hotel’s taxi company (the one based right by reception, see picture) came running out. He spoke to our Uber driver in Turkish, and within moments, the driver threw all of our belongings out of the car and refused to take us.
It was clear what had happened: the taxi man who is operating with IC Green Palace scared our driver away just to force us into using their overpriced service, which costs almost double.
For me, the issue isn’t the money. What truly broke me as a parent was seeing my children terrified and crying. Imagine standing in front of a 5-star hotel with your luggage on the ground, your kids sobbing, and feeling completely powerless. It was degrading, cruel, and unacceptable.
The greed and bullying from this taxi company were shocking. I will never forget kneeling on the floor, picking up our things while my children clung to me in tears. We were made to feel like we didn’t belong — like second-class guests with no right to choose how we travel.
To be fair, the hotel staff later showed kindness and offered us a free ride, which I do appreciate. But this does not erase what happened. The fact that such aggressive and manipulative behavior takes place right at the hotel entrance is appalling.
This is not just about taxis. This is about the dignity and safety of families who come here expecting respect. Allowing this kind of bullying to continue destroys the trust guests place in this hotel and stains its reputation.
I strongly warn future guests: avoid this taxi company at all costs. And I call on hotel management — for the sake of your guests, especially families with children — to take immediate action. No child, no parent, and no guest should ever have to go through what we did

: Very Disappointed – Not 5-Star Standard
I traveled with my family (my sister, her husband, their toddler, my mother, and myself) to IC Hotels Green Palace, hoping for a relaxing week together. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
• Reservation issue: We had a confirmed 1-week booking, but on arrival we were told the hotel was overbooked and could only give us a room for 2 nights. Later, the reception manager, Ahmet, even claimed our reservation was for IC Hotel Satai (a cheaper property), although we had paid for Green Palace.
• Room condition: The suite provided was humid, smelled musty, had very poor lighting, and outdated furniture — far from 5-star standards.
• Unhelpful response: The hotel replied to my sister’s review saying they would “solve the problem,” but no real solution was offered. Instead, Lyubov came to us with two suggestions:
• a free à la carte dinner (not related to the main issue), and
• moving to another room for just one night (impossible for us, since we would have to check out the next morning).
• Service quality: Even simple requests were disappointing; for example, when we asked for fresh fruit for the child, what was given was not suitable.
Positive points: The kids’ pool is nice, and the hotel did provide a small birthday cake when we asked.
Overall, this trip was supposed to be a special family holiday, but instead it turned stressful and frustrating. Honestly, the quality here can only be compared with a 3-star hotel, not more. We are leaving for Titanic Mardan Palace, where we have had excellent experiences before. IC Hotels Green Palace does not meet the standards it advertises, and I would not recommend it for families.
