My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views, making my stay very comfortable. I loved the variety of dining options, especially the delicious local dishes. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax, and everything was well-maintained. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to the main attractions, making it easy to explore. What stood out the most was the staff—they were always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.

While the hotel offers some great amenities, I wouldn’t classify it as a true five-star experience. The facilities are well-maintained, and certain aspects of our stay were enjoyable, but there were also notable shortcomings that affected our overall impression.
One of the first things you expect from a five-star hotel is exceptional service, particularly at the reception. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was quite underwhelming. The front desk staff did not seem particularly welcoming or enthusiastic, and there was a lack of warmth in their approach. It felt as though we were just another transaction rather than valued guests. In contrast, the staff at the spa and those working at the entrance were much friendlier and more accommodating. Their professionalism and kindness improved our stay significantly.
The restaurant offers decent food, but I found it to be somewhat overpriced for the quality provided. While the menu had variety, the value for money was not quite there. That being said, the real highlight of the hotel is its pool facilities. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxation.
Overall, while the hotel does have its strengths, I expected more from a five-star establishment. With better service at reception and improved value in the restaurant, it could truly live up to its rating.

The stay would have been better here if the front office manager lady and the breakfast staff was not rude and knew how to talk to tourists. Their service is never with a smile! Not a pleasant turkey holiday experience to see service staff behave cold like that. Unfortunate.

All was perfect , except the rudeness of the gym working staff. Can’t expect ruder staff, they stop you from using the treadmill simply because you are only wearing the sports top and shoes with normal pants instead of sports shorts. I was only trying to walk on the tread mill for 15 minutes to kick a start of my day and they ruined it . Good job and you showed your authority over the gym. A 5 star hotel got 3 star srating due to your wonderful contribution.

I noticed a lot of questionable reviews here, it seems like they may have figured out how to manipulate the ratings.
I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. On the positive side, they offer a great breakfast service, and the rooms are decent. However, my experience with the staff and overall service was disappointing.
The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, and the staff was some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. There was no courtesy no "thank you" or "sorry" just an attitude that made it clear they saw guests as inconveniences rather than customers.
One particular incident stood out: While waiting in the lobby for someone, I rested my leg on the coffee table to get comfortable, as I had recently undergone ACL surgery. Suddenly, a security guard approached me in an unnecessarily harsh tone, telling me to take my feet off the table. The way it was handled was aggressive and completely uncalled-for.
During checkout, I requested to speak with the general manager, but a woman claiming to be the front desk manager responded instead. When I mentioned that "the customer is always right," she bluntly replied, "The customer is never right. This is private property, and we can do whatever we want."
Another negative experience occurred at breakfast. I had my suitcase with me, and upon entering, a staff member rudely told me to put it aside in a harsh tone.
If you're looking for a place where you’ll be mistreated by hotel staff, this is the perfect choice. Otherwise, there are many better options in Antalya. I checked out and moved to the Marriott Hotel in Lara, where the service was excellent and the staff was genuinely hospitable.
To the front desk manager: Your attitude was unacceptable.
