The outside of hotel is very nice. Animation team is amazing. Service is very good. Food is good, a lot of option to choose. Only two minus - a lot of Russian people and if you choose economy room, you may have with a bad view and no balcony. Without this, everyting is amazing. We will go here a second time! :)

We stayed at Penar Beach Resort from May 14 to 21, 2024, with our 4-year-old child. We booked a family-friendly vacation through Air Guru and were shocked by the actual conditions.
🔴 Room issues:
Long wait for a room.
First room was unacceptable; second room had only 2 beds for 3 people.
Our child was given a playpen instead of a real bed. No bedding until requested again.
Broken shower, dusty floors, and loose baseboards.
🔴 Cleanliness:
Dishes, glasses, and utensils often dirty.
Floors sticky, windows dirty, dust everywhere.
Pools not cleaned, and the children’s pool had broken railings and freezing water.
🔴 Unsafe beach:
Dangerous access to the sea via concrete slabs with exposed rebar – totally unsafe for children.
🔴 Kids’ facilities:
Playroom had broken furniture or was closed.
Water slide was closed all week.
Staff in kids’ areas were disinterested and often on their phones.
🔴 Food quality:
Same food every day, very salty or spicy – not friendly for kids.
Only 3 types of fruit all week: apples, oranges, pears.
Only after complaining on day 3 was oatmeal offered for kids (and it was overly sweet).
❌ Conclusion:
This is NOT a 5-star experience. The hotel is dirty, unsafe, and completely unsuitable for families. We felt misled and very disappointed.
⚠️ I do not recommend Pemar Beach Resort to anyone traveling with children.

The air conditioners are not working, the room interiors are particularly worn out, and the entire hotel is in great need of renovation. If you’re paying up to €300 per person including flights and all-inclusive, it’s not a bad option, as the food selection is wide, bottled water is provided, and the beer is decent. But it’s not worth more — if you pay a higher price, you’re likely to be very disappointed.

I really liked the staff very friendly and kind, the hotel area was massive a big plus, room service is allso great , very interesting animations, the AC was hard to understand , the pools are amazing , good cocktails.

I spent my birthday at this hotel and had an enjoyable time. We focused on positives to avoid ruining our holidays. Although the rooms were not the most modern or new, it gave us the opportunity to spend more time outside, enjoying the fresh air and the sea. The view from the 7th-floor room was incredible, especially while drinking a Corona beer and relaxing on the balcony. The evening walks were amazing. However, I did notice that some guests, mostly Russians, were quite rude, reserving tables with their sunglasses, hats, and towels, arguing and causing issues with the staff and others. The cleaners didn’t come regularly and the reception was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They made us wait and even joked about it. After 40 minutes of waiting, we got angry and then they quickly took us to our room.
