Hotel is large and has a huge variety of activities for the kids. The kids will love the place as it is mainly built around entertaining them. The interior is slightly dated and our AC did not work properly, but the weather was mild and we did not need to use it.
The buffet has lots of food and huge selection. The snack options are great. You will not get hungry there and likely gain several extra kilos.
The drinks are fine - local wine is horrible and headache material, local beer and arak is very decent. Lebanese a la carte restaurant was horrible, nothing was close to good. On the contrary, the seafood restaurant was the greatest, the fish was superb. The snack booths around the hotel offer a variety of food at certain hours.
Overall great hotel to spend with the kids as there is lots of things to entertain them.
Close to airport and easy to reach.
Taxi costs ca 25 eur (1300 lira) from the airport.

Our experience here was truly wonderful. We stayed for 4 nights, and the level of service was consistently excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The reception team, in particular, provided excellent service — they were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
What really stood out was that all of the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Their genuine kindness and willingness to help made us feel very comfortable and valued throughout our stay.
The food was delicious with a great variety, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing staff. We would definitely love to come back!

WARNING!
If you are staying with young females/ daughters keep an eye on them!
I have just returned from a week long stay at The Delphin Imperial, I was having an amazing time and enjoying every minute until the afternoon of our last day Thursday 4th June.
I was relaxing by the pool when my daughter come to me very upset and told me that one of the lifeguards on the big water slides had physically hold onto the rubber ring she was sat on and asked to kiss her! She refused and he let her go, this obviously shook up my daughter to the point of tears (you don't expect to be sexually harassed on holiday).
I asked the nearby lifeguard to us to get me a supervisor/manager which she did where after taking a report Tarik from guest services told me he would review the cctv and get back to me in 2 hours.
4 hours later I had to go and find Tarik myself in guest services at which I was annoyed about, at first he said he'd not heard anything then after the phone call (in Turkish) he informed me
the lifeguard had been fired! No explanation from him or why he did it.. just fired!
I then proceeded to ask Tarik why he'd not been in touch with me and why it had taken me to come to him, his explanation.. he had over 2000 guests to look after in the hotel, well Tarik my daughter is more important to me than your 2000 guests..! don't think Tarik understands that.
I feel that this wasn't taken serious at all, was the lifeguard fired, I'm not convinced.
Oh and thank you for the gift/compensation of wine and cake left in our room, your cleaners will tell you they remained untouched when we checked out.. Not Happy!

We have previously visited the Delphin Imperial during October for the last three years, and also stayed at the Delphin Be Grand the year before that.
We visited again in October 2025, and once again the staff and service are what make this hotel so wonderful. The food, hotel grounds, and overall atmosphere are outstanding – it’s easily our favourite hotel. We don’t usually return to the same place twice, but this is the one exception we’ve happily made.
A special mention to the Irish bar downstairs – the staff there are truly exceptional, going above and beyond every time. They really add something special to the experience.
That said, during this visit the hotel did seem noticeably busier than usual, and we did struggle at times to find a sun lounger.
Our main criticism, and unfortunately the reason we won’t be returning this year, is regarding the adults-only relax pool. In previous years here and at the Be Grand, we’ve really valued having access to a peaceful, adults-only space. Our children are now 18, so having that quieter environment is something we really appreciate.
We understand that the relax pool is open to children during the winter months (from November onwards), however we stayed in early October and found the pool to be overrun with noisy children.
With so many pools available for families and children throughout the hotel, it was disappointing that the one designated space for adults wasn’t maintained as such during our stay.
It’s a shame, as this has always been a key part of why we return. Unfortunately, this is the reason we won’t be booking again this year. We do hope this is something that can be reviewed in the future, as having a quiet adults-only pool really does make a difference.

We spent a lovely week here over Christmas and overall really enjoyed our stay.
The standout feature has to be the heated outdoor pool — it was genuinely warm, almost like a hot spring! Even warmer and cleaner than the indoor pool. We actually regretted only taking our child there on the last day because he absolutely loved it.
Food was decent. Not as varied as what our friends experienced when they visited in April, but we assume that’s probably due to the winter low season, so understandable.
Rooms were fairly standard and not quite five-star luxury, but for a family-oriented resort it was perfectly acceptable. The minibar was restocked daily and very generously — you honestly can’t keep up with drinking it all!
The indoor kids club is on the small side, but they offer full supervision. One day the staff even had lunch together with my son, which we really appreciated — they were kind and attentive. The arcade next door felt a bit pricey (2€ for a lollipop from the machines), but as a Christmas gesture the kids received lots of sweets, which was a nice touch.
The daily shows were enjoyable and good evening entertainment, although the ballroom itself is quite simple. One small issue: the bar outside the ballroom was extremely hot — it honestly felt like the air conditioning wasn’t working.
Since it was winter season, the outdoor kids club and water park were closed, which is a pity and a big part of the resort experience. On the other hand, the price reflected that, so it felt fair.
It’s about a 40-minute drive to the city centre, and the hotel can easily arrange a taxi if needed, which was convenient.
Overall, facilities are average but the service is good and we had a relaxing holiday. We’d still recommend it, and next time we may try another resort just for comparison.
