I recently had the pleasure of staying hotel in the stunning city of Alanya, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel’s ambiance is a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Turkish hospitality.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the dining experience at the hotel’s Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, with colorful decor that set the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. I was immediately impressed by the extensive menu, which featured a delightful assortment of authentic Mexican dishes.

Our stay at this hotel was not bad, but I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends and I definitely wouldn’t choose it again. We stayed with our family from May 29 to June 2, 2025. Here’s my honest opinion:
Our rooms were located on the side facing awful construction work. The food—from breakfast to dinner—was completely tasteless :( The cocktails? No comment... you'd be better off drinking water. After dinner, the kitchen shuts down at lightning speed and they literally take the food away from under your hands, even though the restaurant is still full of people.
A few times at the beach, our towels were taken by someone. Evening animation was very average. I was very surprised that there was no internet access in the rooms. The elevators were out of order several times during our stay.
But what surprised me the most was that the refrigerators in the common areas are locked at night.
I’m writing this honestly so others don’t get misled by good reviews and end up ruining their holiday.

It’s easier to list what this place doesn’t have—because it has nearly everything.
We stayed in one of the two-bedroom villas: clean, modern, well-equipped, and surrounded by lush greenery. Palm trees, flower beds, comfy swings—it’s a pleasure just to walk around the grounds.
The pools? Variety galore. One has a swim-up bar and a roof waterfall (obsessed). Another has slides for kids, one is peaceful and adult-friendly, and there's a covered one near the spa for long swims. There’s even a shallow kiddie pool. Bars are scattered across the resort—including a 24/7 one, because yes, you can sip a 3am gin and tonic on holiday.
The beach is big, full of sunbeds, and even has a slide into the sea. The only note? Some rocky bits could use more sand, but really—this is nitpicking in paradise.
Now the food. THE FOOD. You’ll eat like an Ottoman pasha. Hundreds of delicious, beautifully presented dishes cooked by seriously talented chefs. This is hands-down some of the best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive (no, not the sad fries half the people grabs in all all-inclusives, the actual food).
Activities? Daily Zumba, yoga, Pilates, water football, volleyball—and a beach disco open ‘til 2 am. The entertainment team also took us to Summer Garden, a nightclub next door with serious energy. There's a gym, arcade machines, a small shop, and daily kids’ parties (those little gremlins looked thrilled, honestly).
Now, some of the staff. Icons, all of them:
Ibrahim – warm and funny; made morning coffee a ritual.
Servet & Azam – always smiling, joking, juggling bottles like legends.
Nurullah & Erdem – fast, observant, and fun to chat with.
Betul – brought cocktails to the pool like royalty service.
Bunyamin – warm, helpful, always checking in.
Vahid – gave us a crash course in Turkish culture over drinks.
Entertainment MVPs:
Mazlum – scooter-riding, paper-rose-making, hilarious dynamo.
Mary, Nelly, and the curly-haired mystery man (starts with M?) – total stars. You can’t not smile around them.
The spa crew? Angels.
Elik – healing and precise.
Julia – best physio I've ever met. Fixed me after Pilates wrecked me (thanks, Nelly 😄).
Special thanks again to the chefs—you made every mealtime feel like a celebration.
We’ll 100% be back with a bigger group next time.
And Saphir? Please, more karaoke. I slayed and I want my encore. 🎤💃
Thank you for everything. You’ve earned lifelong fans. ❤️

We are very satisfied with the offer. The stuff is very friendly, kind and profesional. It is a great place for family vacation with lots of animations and activities. The food is delicious.

What was with the garden party and the music!?!?
if your hotel is not kids free, why don’t you say it so I do not came here!?!?
The music was too loud, it was like the party was in our room, and when I came to reception to ask what we have to do, at 22:20, the answer it was, sorry, no sleep for your kids! (I have 2 kids under 3) So, imagine this!
I am so disappointed!
My room number was 2505.
