In all honestly this hotel is terrible. For a five star hotel it is expected to have great facilities and is supposed to be high quality- but this hotel is hardly even a three star. The rooms are appalling- for thousands of pounds you would expect a better family suite with enough beds. There aren’t even enough beds for the family of five (the standard), and one of the “beds” is a thin sheet on the hard sofa. The furniture is rock hard and uncomfortable to even sit on, let alone sleep on! We’re struggling to find a place for our child to sleep. Not only does one person now have to sleep on the couch, but there isn’t even sufficient space for their clothes! The hotel doesn’t even amount to half of the pictures- the hotel isn't impressively big, rather it has limited facilities… the water slides were just miserable to look at. Two shallow pools and the indoor pool is just a pool outside in a glass box. Ridiculously expensive, and there isn’t even AC in the lifts or corridors. Granted the reception is impressive but that is the only positive as it’s just an illusion. Unfortunately we are already here, and as a minimum the staff could at least give us proper rooms on par to the pictures with enough beds. We hope the management team take our review seriously and compensate with at least helping us!

Amazing hotel, especially for couples and families. Food and drinks are great, room was clean and well-presented. Location might feel a bit isolated if you like to travel around and explore. A few shops and restaurants in the vicinity and close to the beach but need to go further afield for other tourist sites. Main gripe is the sun lounger situation. There are signs saying you shouldn’t reserve a sunbed and anybody doing so will have their belongings removed but this is not enforced at all. People frequently leave their belongings on a sunbed and disappear for hours on end. It meant that during our five days there, we didn’t get a sun lounger once because we weren’t prepared to wake up at 6am just to reserve one. Other than that though, I recommend!

We have just got back from a holiday with our family of 5 and wanted to share our experience so that other families with young children can decide if the hotel is for them. We were expecting a lot more from this hotel from the amazing reviews we read before we arrived however we left abit disappointed. The food was good for the grown ups , it didn’t change much but the children found the daily curries/beef stew type dishes too spicy. They just lived off nuggets and pasta with the same sauce as this didn’t change. The drink selections were good! The rooms were clean but old, there were things hanging off the shower trays , loose and risen floor panels etc. The child locks one of the doors and windows were broken which did make us feel abit uneasy as we were high up. We ended up keeping the curtains shut so the children didn’t notice the doors/windows. The cleaning staff were lovely and really thorough, they did what they could with the hotel being quite tired and in need of a refurb. Bathrooms were clean but abit scruffy. The pools were okay, however there was a really strong smell around the children’s pools both at the beach and at the hotel. Even our eldest commented on it smelling horrible. You did get used to it but it did put us off abit. The pools were quite dirty and full of hair, even around the pools wasn’t the cleanest. The sun lounger situation was abit crazy, most days they had all been reserved by 6am. This wasn’t the hotels fault but lots wern’t used until the afternoon. A lot of them were filthy too! The reception area is lovely though. The staff were really kind/helpful. Overall we did have a nice time but we did leave feeling like we did all need a good wash. It just wasn’t the cleanest of hotels and we definitely expected more from the amazing reviews. We did have an issue on the last day when we were told at 9am we could have our room all day because we were being picked up at 9:30 pm (the man on reception who was lovely checked and said it hadn’t been booked). But he just needed to speak to his manager about how much it would cost us. So we popped back at 11 and were told by the manager this wasn’t possible with no explanation or sorry for the confusion. We have never experienced this before, if a room is available we have always been able to pay to use it to shower.

Staying at Ramada was a pleasure, first talking about the service it was amazing all the staff are so polite helping with anything you need. I also got a hair cut and it was amazing thank you to mustafa for an amazing hair cut I recommend him to everyone. Being so close to the beach is brilliant as we could switch over any time we wanted. Food was also amazing, I am delighted with my stay here and would come again.

Stayed June 2025, 3 adults and two kids in a family room/apartment. Pros: - very clean, custodial and housekeeping staff obviously take a lot of pride in the hotel - food was good, especially the Turkish and Italian a la carte restaurants, where the service was also exceptional - entertainment was great, lots of activities throughout the day and the night time entertainment at the beach was enjoyable the nights we went Cons: - a couple of the waiters in the main buffet restaurant are inattentive and appear to really not care for any tables except a select few - the sunbed availability at the main pool is non existent after 8am, a lot of people claim beds by putting down towels and not coming back for hours, I never saw the staff intervene even though the hotel claims that beds cannot be reserved The stand out of our week was the cabana rental. We paid €70 for the five of us for the day and it was great. The food was from the beach snack bar so nothing out of the ordinary but the waiter was exceptional (we were there Tuesday July 1st) and kept us in food and drinks for the six hours we were there. The hotel isn't located right on the beach but can we walked in 6 or 7 minutes and has a regular bus service from about 9am to midnight.
