Don’t really know where to start …. The hotel is very old and needs updating for a 5 star that’s no where near
Had to change rooms 3 times as we booked sea view and first time we looked into a building site (not acceptable for the money we paid)
Second room well same really only difference is looking into a roof
Third room well it was ok little sea view but by this time 2nd day in we just wanted to settle and start our holiday
Breakfast was ok have had better service very slow but I’ve got a pair of legs got my own coffee no drama
Lunch and dinner all im going to say cold cold cold and not very tasty sorry I ended up eating near to nothing very disappointing
The room I spoiled some coffee granules by accident cleaned most of it up but some were left under the dressing table where under there for 4 days hair in shower until I cleaned it away one day no toilet paper ok phoned reception was brought up 2 hours later
I could go on and on but there is to much to cover
The only positive thing was Mehmet the guy around the pool he was lovely hard working bless him and nothing was to much trouble for him he needs a pay rise
Had to move sun loungers as I had a ant nest beside me video will follow
Glass was by breakfast area aswell on floor cleanliness is not priority in this hotel
I’m sorry for the poor review but for a 5 star hotel and for the money I paid I’m greatly disappointed
Most staff were lovely can’t fault them but the furniture needs updating and the food needs to be at least warm
I mean the boiled eggs in the container for the first 2 days were freezing cold until I said something then the hot plate was turned on what’s that all about ???

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diamond Excellence Resort & Spa and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing vacation.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming the entire staff was. Every member of the team made us feel valued and comfortable, and you could clearly see the effort they put into creating a great experience for every guest. The atmosphere they create is warm, personal, and truly special.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes every day. No matter the time, there was always something great to enjoy, and the 24-hour service is a big advantage for anyone who values comfort and flexibility.
The rooms were modern, spotless, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an outstanding job—always thorough, reliable, and efficient. It was a real pleasure returning each day to such a clean and fresh space.
The beachfront location is another highlight. Being so close to the sea creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that makes the whole stay even more enjoyable.
A very special mention goes to Eray Can, who truly made our vacation unforgettable. He is incredibly attentive, kind, and dedicated, always going above and beyond for guests. Not only did he remember everyone’s names, but he also created such a friendly and welcoming environment around him. His cocktails are, without exaggeration, the best we’ve ever had, and his positive energy and warm smile made us come back to the bar every single day. He is deeply appreciated by all guests, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work. He truly deserves recognition and a promotion.
Overall, this hotel stands out not only because of its facilities, but especially because of its amazing staff. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care make all the difference. We felt truly taken care of and would be more than happy to return.

The *service* was good, and our stay was relaxing.
The *food* was mediocre at best. The quality of the food needs to be improved. "Quality over quantity"
The new management proved promising by achieving a smooth transition in a such a short space of time. In addition to the above , the management is planning to **update the hotel in November 2025. **

This was our first time staying here with my husband, and overall, we were very satisfied. The food was fantastic with a huge selection, and thanks to the 24-hour bar, there was always something to eat or drink. The staff were kind and attentive. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, and the bed was especially comfortable. Although the sea was still too cold for swimming, and the outdoor pool was also too chilly for us, there was a lovely indoor pool available. The hotel's surroundings were beautifully maintained and offered a truly relaxing atmosphere.
However, one negative experience did cast a shadow over our stay: the hairdresser/beauty salon operating within the hotel was a disappointment. I had my eyebrows done for €120, and I was told it would last at least 2 years, possibly even 3–4 years depending on the individual. In reality, it completely faded within a week. I followed all the aftercare instructions – no water for 3 days and regular application of Vaseline – but still, the results didn’t last. It was clearly a waste of money and time.
