AMAZING! Quiet boutique hotel comes packed with service (and lots of food!). AND THE WEATHER!!! all sunshine and clear skies.
Mehmet and Yusuf were like our personal butlers and had our preferences memorized that we did not even have to ask or wait to be served at each of the dining options. Thank you for the excellent service!
It was especially nice to essentially have the entire resort to ourselves for nine days. Plenty of seating throughout, sun beds and poolside were empty, bar was stocked, always fresh buffet and the chef walking around to check quality. They also opened the a la carte restaurant for us at 2am after a fun time in the Putters Bar.
We enjoyed the DJ music on the beach, karaoke on Friday nights, piano and bands throughout the week. So much more I can give raving reviews about.
We met others on the golf course who are staying at the large (over 500 rooms) resorts and complained about challenges getting restaurant reservations and kids running around the water park. Thanks goodness we chose this sanctuary. I would definitely recommend this gem.

Outstanding accommodations, service and food. The options at dinner were new each of the seven nights. Plenty of options for people that will try different foods and basic options for picky eaters. The pool and beach are beautiful. The staff is professional, friendly and very welcoming.
Antalya Golf Club is connected to the resort. The 36 hole facility is top notch. Excellent practice facility and the courses are fun / challenging.
Highly recommend!

Beach and pool service? A masterclass in invisibility — no help with umbrellas, and if you were hoping for a drink in the sun, good luck. Housekeeping was equally impressive — they ignored the Do Not Disturb sign, entered while we were out, rearranged furniture, opened the balcony door (bye-bye AC), and then left without actually cleaning.
At check-in, they warmly asked what we’d like to drink — we said water. The answer? “Go get it yourself at the café.” Classy.
We shared all of this with the manager, who dutifully wrote it all down… and then did absolutely nothing.
For this price, you’d expect service — not a DIY vacation. Last time for us

Kempinski offers a haven for complete relaxation. From the moment you step inside, the hotel’s impeccable standards are evident in every aspect. The warm welcome, the exquisite restaurants, and the serene beach area are meticulously planned to ensure your comfort. In contrast, the nearby party hotel exudes a lively atmosphere, but here, you can immediately sense the peace and tranquility. Knowing that the service is impeccable, the food is delectable, the rooms are spotless, and the drinks are refreshing, you can truly unwind and rejuvenate.

We stayed at Kempinski The Dome last week, booking two rooms for 7 nights and two additional rooms for 9 nights.
My daughter stayed with me in my room for four nights, and of course, I paid for her stay (€200 per night). On the day of her departure, she stayed to enjoy the pool and left around 5 PM. However, the hotel deactivated her room key, claiming she had to check out before noon. Since I was not present at the time and she needed access to our room—which I was still keeping for another five nights—in order to take a shower and collect her belongings before her flight, the front desk told her that a €100 fee would apply for reentry. Otherwise, she would not be able to access the room and therefore risk missing her flight.
As a hotelier myself, I fully understand and respect operational policies. However, charging €100 for a late check-out of a room that was already reserved for several more days seems completely unreasonable—almost extortionate—especially considering that we paid for a total of 28 room nights.
That said, I must acknowledge that the staff, overall, was very kind and professional—with the exception of the front office manager. Another disappointment was the food & beverage offering: the hotel advertises 11 restaurants and bars, but in mid-May, only the buffet and one or two à la carte restaurants were open in the evening, with limited seating and an extra charge of €25 to €50 per person.
