Our bus had barely pulled up before the team was already at the door — valets appearing with warmth and efficiency to relieve us of our luggage before we had even thought to ask. It is a small gesture, but a telling one: this is a hotel that anticipates rather than merely responds. Staff — The Heart of the Hotel If there is one element that elevates The Dome Kempinski above its peers, it is its people. The team carries a rare quality — a consistency of warmth and professionalism that never feels scripted or performative. Waiters are attentive and ever-present without being intrusive, always smiling, always a step ahead. One individual deserves particular mention: Damla Balaban, known affectionately among guests as The Lady in Red. Damla exemplifies what outstanding hospitality looks like in practice. When she took it upon herself to organise a memorable birthday evening for my wife, she did so with the kind of thoughtfulness and care that no manual can teach. It was personal, beautifully executed, and genuinely touching. For that, we are deeply grateful. Damla is the kind of professional who makes a stay unforgettable — and who makes guests want to return. Concept & Atmosphere What strikes you about The Dome is its clarity of identity. The hotel and its staff operate with a clear, coherent concept of what this place is — and they are true to it. The architecture, the ambience, the service style all speak the same language: refined, serene, and quietly confident. This is not a hotel that chases trends; it knows exactly what it is and delivers it with conviction. Food & Dining The culinary offering is generous and of a high standard, with something to satisfy most palates throughout the day. The variety is impressive and the quality consistent — a combination that is harder to maintain than it sounds at a resort of this scale. That said, a couple of small observations for a hotel aiming at true perfection: the selection of baby food purees is limited to just two varieties, which for a property of this calibre and family-friendliness feels like an easy area to enrich. Similarly, avocado — a staple at many luxury breakfast spreads — was notably absent. These are minor points, and one hesitates to raise them given the overall excellence, but they are the kind of finishing touches that separate very good from genuinely flawless. Cleanliness Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard throughout the property — an honest 8 out of 10, with a handful of small areas that could be tightened. Nothing that detracts meaningfully from the experience, but room for the hotel to reach the perfection it clearly aspires to. Final Verdict If you are looking for a peaceful retreat — whether as a couple, a solo traveller, or a family with young children — The Dome Kempinski delivers on every front that truly matters: delicious food, an atmosphere of calm elegance, and a team of staff who are not just competent, but genuinely caring. This has to be our favourite hotel so far. The Kempinski Hotel in Belek, Antalya truly stands out for its exceptional quality and atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well-organised and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the facilities you could need for a relaxing stay. It was clear that attention to detail is a priority here, which made a big difference to our overall experience. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and eager to help, creating a warm and genuinely hospitable environment throughout our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed our golf experience, playing four rounds at the nearby Pasha and Sultan courses. Both courses were in excellent condition and offered a great variety of play, making each round enjoyable. The staff there were just as kind and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway.

We had an amazing stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing with a lovely quiet atmosphere. We stayed in two different villas — the Royal Villa and the Golf Villa. One had two bedrooms two bathrooms and the other had one bedroom two bathrooms, and both came with stunning private pools. The villas were incredibly luxurious, spacious, and honestly one of the best parts of the experience. They provide a golf car for the royal villa. The hotel has a kids club for children, which is perfect for families. There is also an open buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a lovely poolside restaurant and another restaurant by the lake near the villas called Lake Restaurant. Everything we tried was excellent. We also enjoyed the spa experience. I tried the Turkish bath and a massage, and it was wonderful. As villa guests, we also received a 15% discount at the spa, which was a nice touch. Another great benefit was that the beach cabanas, which are usually paid, were complimentary for villa guests. They also offer fun water activities for an additional charge, such as jet skiing and other sea activities, which added even more enjoyment to the stay. My only small comment would be regarding housekeeping and room service refills. Sometimes the room amenities were fully refilled, while other times a few simple items were missed. Housekeeping needs little improvment. Other than that, the lafy in red service was perfect and everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Very warm staff, friendly and professional. The food was excellent, and also great accommodation with a room and a beautiful sea view. I would also like to praise the fitness center, swimming pools and the entire organization for transportation to golf courses and taxi transportation to various locations.
