We stayed at this hotel which has a high rating and overall we believe it deserves this score.
There were some downsides: our room had a strong odor that could not be removed, even after staff used air freshener, since the smell had already absorbed into the curtains. The room itself felt old and really needs renovation. For the first three days the animations were quite boring and the music was not great but during the following four days the entertainment improved a lot and the atmosphere became much more enjoyable. One thing we found strange is that during the ezan the music was not paused, they simply kept playing..
On the positive side, the food and desserts were excellent, very tasty with plenty of choice at every meal. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. Another lovely aspect is that there are cats everywhere around the hotel, which we really enjoyed and the staff are very kind to them. Pets are also allowed and many guests were happily walking their dogs around the resort.
The spa was also very pleasant and relaxing.
All in all, despite some flaws, the hotel offered a pleasant experience with great service, delicious food and a warm atmosphere. We can understand why it has such a high score.

A good hotel for relaxation. With beautiful nature, access to the sea, and good service. The food was delicious, and the rooms were cleaned daily. I especially liked the entertainers. They were positive and friendly. In particular, Dogukan always kept the atmosphere happy at events.

The hotel is an oasis of tranquility and a perfect place to reconnect with nature: fruit trees, lush green grass, the beach just a step away, top-notch cleanliness, and a diverse, delicious cuisine.
The staff is friendly, hospitable, and professional.

The hotel is decent, but in my opinion, it doesn’t quite reach 5-star level.**
The territory is medium-sized—you won’t spend too long exploring them, and there aren’t many entertainment options.
The food is good but lacks variety, especially noticeable during breakfast.
The animation/entertainment team is solid.
Overall, it’s a fine family-friendly hotel, but nothing extraordinary.
