First things first: front desk - very nice and we’ve felt welcomed. They offered us a family room instead of two double rooms - they even had a form to write that we agree to change the rooms (I guess because of previous experience with complaint about changing the room without the confirmation).
The general state of the corridors - quite poor, a lot of scratches, some light damages and not very welcoming - the age of the hotel was visible by it.
The room itself was alright besides the air conditioning - it did not work in the bedroom, the service was twice and “fixed” but still only the fan worked.
The restaurant was nice, the food was quite various and looked (quite) fresh, but be careful for the silverware and tablecloths - the service used them to wiped out the tables and put them back; silverware was on the tables all the time - day and night so it’s better to get the fresh ones.
On the second day my friends got sick - vomiting all night and throughout the day, stomachache. Me and the second friend was okay - even though we ate similar things but the “sxx on the beach” drink - the friends who got sick, drunk per one the night before.
Electrolytes and strict diet helped but after that we did not trust all of the food.
The only things that was the most arrogant thing was the state of cleaning of the corridors, the plates and left food by guests on the stairs was not cleaned by the cleaners for 4 days at least. When reporting to the front desk and promises about cleaning it, they only did it after the next 2 days, so it took them to clean the stairs for 6 days… If only it could be done everyday…
The room cleaner, Buket very nice and did a very good job.
The entertainment team was very focused on Russian guests - they tried to talk Russian to everyone.
The spa / hair saloon zone: please use your common sense when making a leaflet for your polish customers - such a huge linguistic errors in your advertisement made me laugh very hard, in a bad way.
All together: all of the minor things matter and I if I could choose once again a hotel in Alanya, I am not sure if I would stay there; the price was quite fair for the days and location but not for the hotel.

The hotel is really nice and the people working there were also very pleasant. 750m away from the beach is doable on foot as well. On the other hand is the hotel like a labyrinth, so be careful.

Its the worst hotel i have ever been. Dont believe tour operators and recommendations. Its dirty everywhere, rooms are old furnished and dirty, food is always the same and taste very bad, everything in old oil. They destroyed my holidays! Do not even try to go there!! A lot of people, sunbeds always taken, a lot of dangerous guests, we didnt feel safe there. Hotel
Is situated in slums area. 3 hours from Airport, not 2. Everything is shame. Dont believe in these photos. The worst holidays in my life. !!

This hotel is amazing! Sure the ac might sound like a old bird but the rest is amazing! The pool is amazing and the slides, oh my they are fast! I loved the food!
Their cakes were amazing, don't believe the people with their bad reviews.
The location, well let's say it's poor but atleast they have the stuff i like.
The Internet is not really good but hey, I'm still in the hotel and darn, the service is decent i guess but yeah.
Why do people hate this place?
Eh the slippery floors are pretty annoying but i got used to it.
Good hotel, but lots of cats.
I mean the elevators suck but the lobby is beautiful!!!
Cleopatra beach sucks because well, cyprus is the closest island and it is it's own country but it's fine.
Amazing experience with my mother and Antonela

I fell and slipped on the wet hotel floor in Turkey next to the restaurant when it was raining (the too relaxed staff then immediately put towels and a wet floor sign), the manager was saying it isn’t their fault because they can’t control it and I need to go to the pharmacy to buy my own cream and bandage. I complained to love holidays and management said I lied about it raining and the nurse was following me around the hotel to try make me sign a refuse treatment form to back up false claims.
The hotel also does not provide services they say they do and I have been harassed by hotel staff. Hotel food repetitive and cold, not tasty like other reviews suggest. Staff don’t speak good English mostly so you get ignored when asking something, there has been no rum for the whole week, no Turkish pancakes for most of the week when it said it was included. Have to pay for extras like cocktails, popcorn, turksish tea, candy floss, shisha (which isn’t good). People that keep coming up to you to get you to pay for massages, hair services, tattoos and more. The rooms have absolutely no soundproofing, can hear people talking at normal volume next door, can hear the loud people from the bar just across from the room, the balcony door was broken and didn’t open.
The only positive thing is the free water in the room, was honestly a waste of money as hotel is a 30 min walk from town so have to rely on taxis that will try rip you off and the free hotel shuttle bus service doesn’t always turn up, there’s a shuttle bus to town but not a return one. The hotel also has a rep that will meet with you to try convince you to pay triple price for trips saying the other ones can’t be trusted but the trips are still rubbish with poor food. Also think I got food poisoning from the food, spent hours on the toilet. If the management respond to this, don’t believe them, they’re condescending liars unfortunately.
Gave me an awful impression of Turkey, thanks- I now know which hotel to never visit again!
