Recently stayed here, from start to finish the holiday was great.
There is nothing the staff can't do for you, from the very friendly cleaning staff that did an excellent job daily & politely greeting whenever you passed, to the bar staff that always had time to talk & provide excellent service (all inclusive beer, liqueurs, whiskey & vodka on offer from the bars (water/juice/& coffee available from multiple dispensers around the grounds, the entertainment team were also great stopping to speak to you whenever they passed & all staff greeting & joking with children making the holiday inclusive for them also. The reception staff were also helpful whatever you may have needed help with.
Food was buffet style & great everyday with varied selection & condiments for every dish (massive thanks to catering staff (especially head chef for going above & beyond for my son) for all the hard work, including the lady that runs the snack bar as it must be hot inside the kiosk but she still provides excellent service with a smile.
All inclusive ice cream & cakes from the cafe on site for a few hours during the day.
The hotel is situated closely to local shops & pharmacy five minutes walk & shuttle bus service ran by the hotel for speedy transportation to the beach every hour.
However I would urge people to be wary with young children of the swimming pool by the beach as the chemicals are very strong & my son suffered sores but it didn't ruin our holiday.
Thankyou for making our family holiday great & I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing friendly holiday to stay here.
We will be returning.

Really nice hotel our room needed updating but it was ok. Food was decent quite a good choice of things to eat. The best thing is the staff absolutely amazing couldn't do enough for you the evening entertainment was also brilliant. The beach unfortunately wasn't great but it didn't bother me too much because the pools were sufficient. The beach bar and pool were great a bit more chilled out than the main pool

Numa Konaktepe hotel is great, from the moment you get to the door people are helping you from suit cases to information there's not much the staff won't help you with. The hotel is nice and clean the rooms are decent size and have all the basics you need, staff are friendly and helpful.
No when it comes to the pool, the pool is nice and a god send especially in the heat but can get a little over crowded at points.
The entertainment crew, these guys make the hotel they are great, again helpful when you talk to them, great with kids, they are fun and do alot of activities big thumbs up to them.
The only slight let down for us was the food more in the fact that we have some fussy eaters and for kids there wasn't a great selection and had to mostly have the same thing every night..
Other than that great place would definitely recommend and we shall be back for certain.

We got there quite late at night but the staff are super friendly.. very clean room and always gave us water and extra towels. The food is standard buffet style but has everything for everyone including usual kids food. Chicken. Fish fingers etc. the only let down I had is I booked a private taxi to the airport ( 90 euros ). And it was a hour late. Which made it a bit tight at the airport. And the communication wasn't great. But apart from that can't complain.
If you are staying here.. don't let your kids go into the over 16 pool as there is always very very rude Germans that stay there and very rude / swearing.
Also if staying here bare in mind it takes 2 hours in a private taxi to get to the hotel and alanya city is about 20 min taxi drive

We stayed at the hotel for a week and overall had a positive experience, despite a few downsides.
Pros:
The food was delicious and varied. The pool area and general facilities were clean and well-maintained. There is a two separate pool zones: one quieter for relaxation and another livelier area with more activity and music. There were also water aerobics sessions by the pool.
The animation team was excellent – full of energy, fun, and always creating a great atmosphere. Their shows were entertaining and they really engaged with the guests.
The beds were very comfortable, especially with my back issues.
There was a small Shop in hotel and across the road (reachable through an underground tunnel) was a larger shopping area with clothing stores, tattoo studios, and more. We found everything we needed there and didn’t feel the need to go to Alanya city center. One thing to note – the tunnel was completely dark at night, and we had to use our phone flashlight to walk through it.
Cons:
Room cleaning could be improved. Some towels had brown stains and the coffee cups and glasses in the room were not replaced. Also, the “daily water” included in the All Inclusive package turned out to be just one 1.5-liter bottle per day for two people to room, which seemed insufficient, especially in the heat.
Finding the beach was a bit tricky, but thankfully some woman helped guide us. The beach itself was quite rocky, which made swimming uncomfortable. However, there were sun loungers available and a pool near the beach bar, which was a nice alternative.
Overall:
The hotel offers great food, clean public areas, and a fantastic entertainment team that creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere. With some improvements to room cleanliness and practical details like water supply, the experience could be top-tier.
