Arrived Early hours of the morning, what can I say Absolutely amazing the hotel is very clean and staff go above and beyond to help. My daughter has food allergies,staff are excellent to cater for her needs and also ours if anything is needed it is done right away. Food is lovely and tasty. We will definitely be coming back next year without fail.. Entertainment is excellent and the entertainment staff are brilliant also.. I highly recommend this hotel 100%

I went to (Numa konaktepe) with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back! Unlimited kids entertainment and facilities. It was first holidays for us and we really really enjoyed it. speciall THANKS to all the staff team they were great in entertaining and helping :)
I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and other facilities. I will recommend others for sure! Everyday our room got cleaned like it was first time we entered hotel.

I just got back from a weeklong stay at this hotel and definitely enjoyed it, starting with the good points.
* The hotel and rooms were clean and well presented.
*The reception staff were all very welcoming and friendly as were the bar and restaurant staff.
* The food was decent and I always found something to eat, a bit repetitive but you expect that at an all inclusive and the food was still tasty.
* We didn’t find it hard to get a sun lounger by the pool, they weren’t allowed to be reserved until 8am but there were times we came down to the pool at 12-1ish and still managed to get two next to each other right by the pool.
* The cleaners were very attentive, we didn’t have the come in for most of our stay but they still brought us a bottle of water daily and a fresh toilet roll too which was very appreciated.
* The entertainment was decent, the kids disco was repetitive and the same every night but kids did enjoy it, and the adult entertainment was good on a night time it was always something interesting. During the day it was standard usually water polo, water gym and darts.
* The main pool was a good size and a good temperature too with the sun being on it pretty much all day from 8am-6pm, it’s about 5 foot deep which was fine for me since I’m short but I know some people would prefer a deeper pool.
* The relax pool was great too, again had the sun on it all day and was a great break from the noise of kids and loud adults around the main pool, there was usually always a sun lounger available there too.
* The air con in the room was fantastic, I love sleeping in a cold room and the aircon definitely made my room freezing which was perfect after a long day of sunbathing.
* They have juice, water and what I believed to be iced tea, in the lobby at all times which was nice and refreshing and easy to just grab yourself a tasty drink as you’re going through.
Now onto the bad points:
* We had a less than positive experience with the lifeguards on our first day, both myself and my partner are plus size and we sat in two sun loungers near the lifeguards on our first day at this hotel, it seemed as though anytime we got up or moved around they were laughing at us, we aren’t generally paranoid people and don’t assume the worst but they kept looking directly at us and then laughing anytime we got up from our lounger or climbed out of the pool, we didn’t let it ruin our holiday and instead just chose loungers on the opposite side of the pool away from them for the rest of our stay.
* Our room was clean and tidy however it was difficult to find and not in a very good location, when we arrived and were given our room we were shocked to find out that it was through the fire exit and in the corner in a stairwell, this isn’t the worst thing in the world but it did seem odd to have the room so out of the way.
* There are only two lifts for 6 floors of rooms and they are small lifts that can only fit 4 people in at a time, this means at busy times it is very hard to get into the lift and more often than not you have to use the stairs instead, which again isn’t terrible but it is an inconvenience when you’re several floors up.
* The drink selection was very limited, there was two cocktails available on the AI, one of which was always made up and just tasted like a watered down Sex on the Beach, it wasn’t a terrible taste it was quite nice but we were disappointed to find out that every other cocktail cost €8-€14 each.
* Some guests were definitely treated better than others, having drinks and food brought to their loungers by staff.
* The hotel is right next to a school and busy main road so it can get quite loud during the day between school bells and noisy vehicles.
* This isn’t necessarily a fault with the hotel but it is a long transfer from the airport, it took about 2.5 hours with a coach transfer there and we got a private transfer back which was around an hour and a half.
Overall I did enjoy my time here, it was a good hotel and I had a good time, despite a few minor bumps. I’d definitely recommend it again.

Good hotel with all the conveniences and amenities you expect. Food was good and plentiful could have done with being warmer. Drinks were good and plentiful but think I could have drunk quite a lot before getting tipsy.
Location was a bit far from things but a 15 minute walk and you got to a local mall with a supermarket and the bus stop was just outside the hotel.
Biggest bug bear was that we told reception from day one that we had a leak in the bathroom and that the shower wasn't draining, this got steadily worse til by the 5th day after the two of us had a shower the bathroom floor was flooded and took 25 minutes and a lot of towels to get rid. Not safe, not sensible. Having reported it for the 5th time we gave up but god help whoever is in our room next. Hope you've brought your snorkel and flippers.

our family has spent 10days at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience for the day we got here the rooms are clean and always kept upto standards the staff are very helpful and friendly for all your needs, the entertainment in the evenings is very good they have a very good mini disco which my daughters loved every night and always something for adults afterwards which was very enjoyable.
big shout out to azad for the entertainment team he was very friendly for the day we got here always checking in with us to make sure we were all ok and if we needed anything all in all we had the best holiday and will definitely will be returning in the furniture 😀
