Hotel was very messy... Rooms were dirty as well, after leaving towels on the floor feeling that housekeepers just hanged them back, shower was clogged all the time, bedsheets dirty, had to ask for shampoo, soap and water bottles few times. Beach was messy, sunbeds and tables super dirty. Food... was tasteless, no fruits. Ultra all inclusive, but you still have to pay for internet. Very disappointed in this hotel and this vacation.

The worst ever experience in Turkey and this is my first ever review. Hope to spare you the awful experience. First night they lied repeatedly and finally didn't provide an extra bed for our 11 years old son. We felt like in a refugee hostel. The room smelled like ten people were smoking there for a month and they knew we're a family with kids. The smell stayed with us for at least five days. Next day we contacted the travel agency and suddenly a bed appeared. The most frustrating thing - no apology whatsoever. Room does not have a wardrobe, not a single clothes hanger. Some people from the staff (relatives of the owner probably?) were awfully rude and refused to tell us their names. We bought ULTRA all inclusive but they had changed it to all inclusive and we didn't get reimbursement. The beach of the hotel was never cleaned during our 8 days stay. Became incredibly dirty and we had to go to the beaches of the neighboring hotels. All in all, I can't believe we stayed till the end of our reservation. Probably we because the hotel was quite far away from Alanya and we were reluctant to relocate as we went there with kids.

The worst hotel I've ever been. Nobody cleans the rooms, no towels, nothing to eat, no forks, in 15 minutes empty plates, 3 drinks in the bar, dirty tables and the teritory. Staff is asking for money in every step.

-3 times asked for the missing balcony chair which I did not get eventually -poor English at the reception -no drinking water in the room at the first day -the room was not cleaned up on daily basis -no rum, whisky or tequila (ultra all inclusive) -ultra all inclusive does not cover WI-Fi -small and usually crowded elevator -no door to the bathroom in the room, just non-transparent hinged glass with no lock -low ceiling in the bathroom -2 single beds instead of one double -no wardrobe, closet or even shelves for clothes storage in the room -great pier with deckchairs

Reception comunication was horrible. There is no gym, coctail bars, mini bar and free Wi-Fi as was mention on our order. We ordered Ultra All Inclusive, but we has to paid for WI-fi for example and we even have a water bottles in our rooms:))) Pictures of hotel is not the same as we saw on webside. Pools uncleaned and ect...By the way, we waiting 4 hours in reception when we got the rooms. And when we have to leave this room, we had to wait 5 hours for bus (bus was 17h) without the water and food, because the mannager cut our bracelets at 12 h, and told to all enployers that they can not give us a water at least if we hadn't it. (We had this day all Inclusive as well) I have no words to say.... Money to the air. Not recommended to anyone. We will write complain to our trip organizators. We have a proof that our right and freedom was violated...
