Definitely not a 5* hotel for sure ( travelled with family )
1.hotel has a foul smell sometimes
2. All the hallway lights are kept off all the time it’s all dark throughout the day and night
3. Food is very limited I will attach pictures not much food that is tasty , very repetitive food.
4. All staff should be trained with safety precautions, INCIDENT that happened with my daughter cleaners kept constantly coming and mopping while we ate our meals and my daughter slipped and fell I think they should do all of this when the people are not present as it is not safe at all.
5. LOCATION middle of nowhere 2 hours away from airport
6. Room Cleaners are lovely and very kind and welcoming , however reception staff are not very welcoming and are all foreign speakers very hard to communicate with them
7. We wasn’t informed about any sort of events or anything about a theatre in block b ?
8. Some staff are very nice but very few more rude ones over nice I’d say
9. I was expecting a pool view as that’s what was advertised but we was given a very disappointing view , my kids was so upset with the view we got because they were excited for a pool view , we did try and resolve this but was told it was not possible . I don’t understand why the other side of view isn’t advertised.
10. Room service was good and fast
11. The service of WiFi is really bad in the rooms barely had WiFi. At all nothing loads only works well in the lobby
11. Overall i don’t think I would recommend or would go back

Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment with this hotel. It should be removed from the 5-star rating as it was a big scam and absolutely disgusting. Our family had an appalling experience which ruined our holiday from the first day. Upon our arrival at 4 AM after a long journey, we were directed to a location outside the hotel that was never mentioned during booking. It resembled a student hostel and seemed like a tactic to push us to upgrade. After a heated argument with staff who hardly spoke English, they agreed to move us to our original booked hotel but demanded extra money for each room, which was clearly a scam and we paid as a helpless encounter. The staff were arrogant, crafty, and cunning, solely interested in making more money. Despite moving to the correct hotel later that day, issues persisted. When my wife requested help as the TV in our room wasn't working, the staff blamed us, accusing us of breaking it. They then locked our all family's rooms and demanded €300, threatening to evict us if we didn't comply. Feeling blackmailed, we reluctantly paid to avoid further trouble. The food was terrible, with repetitive and old dishes. Even the desserts seemed outdated, and the salads appeared unappetizing. We will not return to this hotel and strongly advise against it, except for the cleaners and waitresses who were the only commendable staff members.
Also, the hotel is situated in a remote area with no markets nearby. The hotel is absolutely filthy and unorganized. None of the managers can speak English properly, which is surprising for a supposed 2-star establishment. It's no surprise that the hotel was empty, and the guests who were staying with us shared the same complaints and disappointment.
If you wish to ruin your holiday, choose this hotel ONLY.
Project Change
The food was monotonous every day. Food that lost its attractive appearance (cheese, vegetables, salads, meat) was processed into other dishes served the next day. There was no seafood. Fruit was limited to such common ones as apples and oranges of the lowest quality. - On the fourth day, pears were added! Salads mainly made of the same vegetables. They usually differed in one ingredient or a different form of serving/cutting. This hotel, which promotes itself as 5 stars, lacked porcelain coffee cups, so guests were forced to drink coffee and tea from plastic cups! There were no special knives for fruit, so when I asked for a knife, the staff brought me a 21 cm chef's knife, with which I was to peel and cut an orange (!) Cakes were mostly made of the same product/mass and their attractiveness and variety was supposed to be based on changing the coloring in the cake. No juices squeezed from fresh fruit, which were replaced by water of unknown origin mixed with a red or orange substance from a dispenser. Stale bread served until supplies ran out. To sum up, the food was boring, unvaried, common for a 3-star hotel.
Sauna - Theoretically, it was. Hotel Xoria Delux 5 stars has 2 saunas - one steam, the other dry. In the dry sauna, the temperature did not exceed 31 degrees Celsius.
Pool - the tiles showed signs of damp and black mold. The drain grates were broken, which could have resulted in cuts or other injuries.
Gym - the exercise equipment was located in a small room that looked more like a basement than a gym. The room was very poorly lit. The exercise equipment was not serviced, there was no place to warm up and stretch. The exercise machines were placed so close together that in some cases they significantly limited the range of movement. Dirty walls, crumbling facade. Children had access to the gym without parental supervision, which posed a risk to their health and life. The absence of hotel staff in this place shows ignorance and lack of knowledge in the field of safety and responsibility.
Service - I was most impressed by the lowest-level service (cleaners and waiters). Managers solved guests' problems in a way that was profitable for the hotel, not the guests. The problem of the non-functioning air conditioning was not solved within 24 hours - as promised. When I asked again about the reason for ignoring this problem at 10 p.m., a service was sent, who entered the room without my consent and started checking the air conditioning during the night hours, without maintaining any personal culture, good manners or tact. All this in the presence of minor children. Requests to change rooms to another ended with the whole family being moved to a room with a high noise level both from the highway and the main hall by the hotel elevator.
The cleaning supervisor entered my room without knocking and without prior announcement. When she saw that I was present, she left without a word. When asked why she entered my room without warning, she replied that she was "checking the cleanliness after cleaning her subordinates".
Room - clean, tidy with a comfortable mattress.
WiFi not working. Unfortunately the internet works very slowly or not at all.
Hotel beach - devastated stairs at the beach entrance. Rusty posts supporting the sunshade. No lifeguard on the beach.
The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the highway, which makes it impossible to rest due to the noise. On the other side of the hotel there is a mosque, whose prayers from the speakers will wake you up at 5:00 in the morning. This is not a 5-star room by European or Asian standards. I have a comparison, because I have been to both European and Asian hotels. This hotel only creates the appearance of deluxe. In reality, the whole thing deserves 3 stars and it is definitely not deluxe. I feel cheated and will definitely apply for a chargeback to my bank.

This hotel is not 5 star. More like 3+ star. The food is 3 star. No WiFi (can’t even watch a film) only enough WiFi to receive a WhatsApp text. Entertainment only for kids(disco) 21:00-22:30.
The toilet in the room (even after upgrading for €70 for the better one) leaked and after numerous complaints still not got fixed. As the weather isn’t great (first week of April) it’s shame they don’t think of indoor entertainment or anything to keep visitors happy. Really disappointed with this stay. Not recommend it.
