I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My friends were staying there and I wanted to join them for a couple of days. They asked reception if it was possible to add me to their room and the price for this change. The managers told them so and wrote the price. Somehow, the day I came and wanted to check in everything went wrong. First, the man from the reception called Resul Civi took our card and started withdrawing money without our permission. Fortunately the payment didn’t work so we had a chance to take the card back. This moment we also realized that he wanted to charge us 35% more than it was stated before by his colleagues. They showed us the prices on the computer, but there was the stated before number, 35% less. The “new” price was for the room, as if we would take a new one and split it in a half. Even after showing staff at the reception their fault, they refused to charge us the correct sum. So I had two options: go away or pay them extra for nothing. Such a shame. No analogies have been made to me. But I stayed and have to say, that the hotel itself doesn’t deserve it’s price and values. The food at the restaurant was poor and badly prepared. There were only chicken and some kind of very tough grilled meat. Two of my friends got sick during their vacation at the hotel. And I caught fly, which was very unexpected due to the fact that it wasn’t high season and the hotel was only half-full. It’s was October. Plus the alcohol was also of poor quality, especially wine and beer. I regret that my friend and me have ever chosen this hotel.

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone with children. Great program, great staff, great outdoor, perfect beach. Minor negative sides: food options same every day especially at the beach front restaurant, old beach equipment [fridges, umbrellas, ..], the espresso machines and coffee beans should be changed at least in one of the bars. With this improvements it will be perfect not only great.

Spent 9 days of wonderful holiday in this hotel. Never regretted that they made such a choice. Food is served 24/7 throughout the hotel, you will definitely not stay hungry. Cleaning in the room is also very good, never had any complaints. The animation is the bomb! We were 9 days and the show was never repeated, it was very pleasing. The mini club is also cool, a lot of different entertainment for children. My whole family and I did not want to leave, we plan to come to the hotel next year!

I'm currently at the hotel. I've been here for five days already, and I am extremely satisfied with the resort. The service, waterpark, super friendly staff - everything is just perfect! It's a very clean resort with plenty of sunbeds, a great entertainment program, and a beautiful location. I would definitely return another time.

Great place, biggest comment is tonaal for a land side room, especially if you have little kids that want to sleep at night. Night programs go to 01:00 with very loud music and flashing lights with our room on the poolside. We were lucky to get a change of rooms after the first night with the only land side room there was left. Noise level was much better there.
