Currently sat at the Adults only Pool writing this review. Beer in one hand which was just freshly handed to me by one of the many attentive pool waiters.
Fantastic hotel, plenty of activities for young and old.
The resort and grounds are stunning, the staff can’t do enough for you. The managers are strict to ensure a great customer experience and keep the standards high.
Rooms are generally of a high standard and spacious. However one issue myself and others have experienced is the air conditioning is hit and miss. There is some form of central control which shuts the air con off constantly, it’s impossible to get the rooms cool. The lowest setting is 19c however this is overridden by a central control and shuts the air con off all the time making the rooms a bit of a hot box.
We raised the issue with the hotel twice but not addressed unfortunately. A small blip in what is generally a fantastic hotel and experience.

What an absolute beauty of a disappointment. The resort is huge, beautiful and gives a vibe of a great resort. However, just like the fake brand clothing on the bazaars, this resort is all show without quality.
All service is hasty and the food is terrible for people with taste buds. All the a la carte restaurants are always fully booked or closed due to a theme night. And the buffet is the same as the resort. You will look with awe at everything, but as soon as it hits your tongue, your brain will go in error mode because it's bland.
Finally, there was something with taste, the rice pilaf and you think you are saved and don't need to live on fried potatoes anymore, but then the rice is undercooked.
Great to have been here, now I know it is nothing I will ever do again. I'd rather go back to the all inclusive I had the days before these 4 nights.
Oh, almost forgot: my wife and I are both full of scratches and bandaids because of the slides in the Aquapark. The slides are loosely coupled together and they are a disaster waiting to happen. I came out of one with one arm covered in blood.

Tried to find faults but have to say the Be Grand is pretty good. Has something to suit all. Lots of little quiet places to hide or get fully involved. Reception were great with room allocation regarding an autistic daughter. Staff are incredible throughout. Choose your level, pig out or take it easy, the hotel caters for all. Sorry to leave (weather improves next week too 🙄). Will be back next year.

We had an amazing stay at Delphin BE Grand Resort! The food was absolutely incredible – there were so many different options to choose from, with food stalls scattered throughout the resort offering everything from fresh local dishes to international favorites.
The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s perfect for both adults and kids, with plenty of entertainment throughout the day and night. The pools are fantastic, and the waterpark is a major highlight for all ages – loads of fun and really well-designed.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled holiday.

This appears to be a 5* resort however IT IS THE WORST HOTEL FOR PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES!
Before I booked my holiday I spoke to Conrad on their hotel chat system and advised my daughter has a cows milk allergy and wanted to make sure they could cater for her as part of the all inclusive I booked. He assured me they could and that I should advise the hotel once I got there.
When we arrived at the hotel on the Wednesday we had to wait 30 mins to speak to someone in guest relations, we then spent a further 30 mins speaking to her while she took down details assuring us that it had all been noted and our daughter would be well taken care of.
When we then went into the main restaurant none of the food was labelled clearly with basic allergens, had to wait around ages to speak to the staff in charge, no one spoke basic English so it made it even harder.
We were booked from Wednesday to Sunday and had to spend everyday of our holiday going back and forth to the most useless guest relations as nothing was ever dealt with, such a frustrating holiday for us with our 3 children!
We had to basically speak to someone each time she ordered something to see if it contained cows milk which was incredibly frustrating and time consuming over those 5 days as basic English was not spoken or understood by the staff.
Having paid for all inclusive I expected there to be dessert my daughter with allergy could enjoy but literally had to beg just to get some sorbet arranged for her, which I was promised would be there on Friday and Saturday, however they only ordered one for Friday, on Saturday when we tried to get it, it was like starting from the beginning all over again.
This holiday caused us so much stress, we had so many problems as soon as we arrived, there were slippery floors and leaking ceilings with no wet floor sign, my daughter fell and hurt herself!
My youngest daughter was on a single bed in our room and the panel behind her bed was coming away - so dangerous, we again had to call someone to fix it, they eventually came removed the panel and left a mess in our room! Hardly 5*!
The tiles are polished to the point that they are too slippery, my middle daughter slipped and chipped her front tooth!
I’ve tried to condense all the problems we had otherwise this would be an essay of complaints, to top it off Mehmet told us he would speak to the hotel manager to arrange compensation, however this never happened I chased and chased, I forwarded pictures of all the trouble that we had as evidence and still this hotel did absolutely nothing.
I have stayed in many resorts in Turkey which easily cater to allergies and understand the seriousness of having an allergy, this hotel clearly does not, I tried multiple times to speak to someone senior to resolve this and got nowhere, the reality is when something goes wrong this hotel does not take accountability at all and does not put their customers right!
