I had a really great stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with an amazing beach and atmosphere. What made the experience even better was the staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They made me feel comfortable from the first day until the last. Especially Ida and Dilay, who were incredibly kind and made the experience even more enjoyable with their positive energy and warm attitude. You could really feel the good atmosphere from the whole team. This was honestly one of my favorite vacations, and I would gladly come back again!

Would not recommend this hotel. Positives we had were that the pool was nice and could easily get sun beds.
The food was shocking and never changed, was hoping for some Turkish cuisine.
Staff were extremely rude, only found a couple of genuinely nice ones. The main guy behind the bar was absolutely terrible. As soon as they realised you were English, you were ignored! We ended up going out to eat most nights for this reason!
Hotel itself needs renovation as it looks tired and unkept ( apart from main pool area).
When greeted at the hotel we were given no information and just shamed for having a basic room. Our room itself was okay but very basic. The aircon was broken and leaking and only given a single sheet for a double bed, blinds also broken.
Our mini bar wasn’t topped up at all for the whole stay.
Best thing we did for the trip is booked a jeep safari with our hotel rep. (Who was actually really lovely to us and very helpful I think he was called Sedat)
Overall wasn’t good, felt very unfriendly to English guests and definitely no where near a 5 star.

Just on our last day of holiday at Side Crown Serenity Hotel. Had lovely time. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but lots of positives. Loads of food to choose from at meal times lovely Breads and plentiful. We booked the restaurant one night and it was beautiful, so much food! Rooms very clean all staff work hard. Very generous with all alcoholic drinks and cocktails. Cakes galore too. Overall good experience. There needs to be more information given out to guests. Had to figure out how to get to Side town ourselves no help from reception. No information about entertainment which only happened one night our whole stay. No music playing in hotel or very rarely so sometimes no atmosphere. A bit out the way too but dolmush excellent thanks to google. Recommend the green canyon trip and Hamam but compare and book online only.

1. Rooms – 3/5
The rooms are fairly standard – decent-sized, with comfortable enough beds and a good-sized bathroom. However, they fall well short of a 5-star standard. The TV in our room was very outdated, and the Wi-Fi was barely functioned. There were visible cracks on the walls and in the bathroom. On a positive note, the bathroom was stocked with handwash and shower gel, which were topped up daily, and it was reasonably clean. Our balcony was dusty and clearly not maintained well.
2. Services – 2/5
The service left a lot to be desired. Bar staff were extremely rude, and it was clear the bars were understaffed, leading to slow and poor service. Some staff members struggled with English, which made communication difficult, although others were kind and helpful. The lobby area had potential, but parts of it felt tacky – such as the random bazaar-style shops placed next to the bar. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi didn’t work well even in the lobby. The pool was clean and well-maintained, though very busy, which is understandable. The gym, however, was extremely run-down and in need of major updates. Some parts of this hotel is in need of much work.
3. Location – 3.5/5
The location is decent – a bus stop is nearby, and the beach is a 10-minute ride away with a free shuttle service provided, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the proximity to a construction site made the area quite dusty and less pleasant.
4. Food - 3/5
Food was good overall, was clean and well kept. However felt repetitive at times, but wasnt a major issue for us. The fruit choices and salad choices were amazing. They also offer a dining experince at the resturant twice during the stay, this was honestly awful. It was an Italian 3 course meal, and was really one to miss.
Overall, id really call for this hotel to have its 5 star claim to be checked. I had stayed in plently of better 4 star hotels which were much better, feels more like a 3 STAR SERVICE

The hotel itself is nice but needs improvement in the rooms and some other areas. The food is good but not very varied . What it made me give only 3 stars is the staff that don’t speak English at all , they don’t seem very friendly and they don’t seem to care about customers. Location of the hotel is great, only 45-50 min from Antalya airport, the shuttle to the beach is every 15 min and it takes around 3 -5 min and 8-10 min walking. It’s not on the beach and the he staff is quite rude so I would say is a 4 stars not 5 as it appears on the website.
On a positive note the beach area is great , very clean and quite large , you can find sunbeds at any time of the day. Pools are very clean but not enough sunbeds, if you go at the pool after 7am you can’t find any free sunbeds.
