We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and hardworking – always going the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and well looked after. The facilities were top-notch. The pool area was a definite highlight – clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing in the sun or taking a refreshing dip. Whether you’re looking to unwind or stay active, the hotel has everything you need. Overall, it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. A big thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was great from start to finish. The pool is spotless and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away — super convenient and beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day. I was especially impressed by the animation team; they really brought so much energy and fun to our stay. Special thanks to Ahmet — he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time! Highly recommend this place for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed at the White City Beach Hotel in May. We had originally booked a 2 week all inclusive package with Jet 2 whilst our bathroom was being replaced. Due to the work taking longer we extended our stay by 2 nights so had 16 nights at the hotel. We arrived late at night after a very long journey - the transfer from Antalya airport was around 2.5 hours. We were welcomed by a young lady with the warmest smile - Melek, who checked us in. Our room, 316, was spacious and super clean. Comfortable bed, plenty of space for everything and a great shower with lots of hot water, kettle for tea and coffee and a fridge. Our little balcony even had a view of the sea. The room was serviced every day by a wonderful lady who really did look after us and kept our room spotless. The food exceeded our expectations - the variety and quality were exceptional. Absolutely loved the salads and the deserts were just irresistible! (Waistline definitely expanded). I cannot understand how anyone could complain about the food here. There was something for everyone - even the fussiest of eaters could get their chips and pizza fix! The staff in the restaurant were brilliant, always smiling and friendly. Special shout out to Kerem! The bar tender at the pool bar, Omar was amazing. He is a definite asset to the hotel. So hard working and providing great customer service, always with a smile on his face. The pool and surrounding area is lovely, very clean and well maintained. We found there to be plenty of sunbeds around the pool. We spent most of our time at the beach area, either on the jetty or on the terrace. The beach bar was our favourite place for lunch - a limited menu but all cooked fresh to order - great tuna salads and grilled chicken. Yusuf who runs the beach bar is another great asset to the hotel - always smiling, super friendly and offering exceptional service. When we ate at the restaurant the food and service were excellent - so many courses and all delicious. Although the buffet cannot be faulted there is something special about table service :) The entertainment team did a great job and worked hard to get people involved. I have to admit we didn't participate really because that isn't our thing but we did enjoy some of the music and the dance troupes. Ahmet is another team member who always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone. We loved the violinist playing in the lobby and in the dining area in the evening - just beautiful. The reception team always had a smile and were incredibly helpful with any requests we had. We did have a massage at the spa and whilst we enjoyed it there was a bit of a language barrier with the masseur and afterwards the manager tried to sell us a programme of treatments to combat ailments that they had identified - wasn't really impressed by that. The spa is not owned by the hotel. We used the gym 3 times during our stay - it is small and perhaps is lacking a bit of attention. I guess it is difficult when it is probably not used very often but maybe if it was more inviting it would be? With regards to location there isn't much around the hotel in terms of bars and restaurants but it is very easy to jump on a local bus if you want to explore Alanya. When we wanted to extend our stay the reception staff and Jet 2 representative, Damla, could not have been more helpful - thank you! Overall our stay at White City Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations. The team who work here are an absolute credit to the company - everyone does an amazing job - cleaning and maintenance staff, reception team, chefs, bar and restaurant staff. We saw the manager rolling up his sleeves and mucking in with so many things, from taking drinks orders, clearing tables to building a cupboard at the beach bar! Thank you to the team at White City Beach Hotel for making our holiday memorable and such a positive experience.

Jul 2025 A perfect 5-star experience! We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Antalya! Everything exceeded our expectations - from the impeccable service to the delicious food and stunning views. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pools, beach area, and spa facilities were top-notch - clean, luxurious, and never overcrowded. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with something for every taste, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. We truly felt pampered during our entire stay and would return here in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, worry-free holiday in Alanya!

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities and friendly staff. Food is great and varies throughout the week. Staff are quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy with a spacious balcony and air conditioning which definitely made the room more comfortable. Entertainment varies daily from live music, Turkish dance nights and aerobatic shows. Plenty of sun loungers are located near the pool, with the bar also being located close to the pool.
