Booked as it states 5 star but it is not even 2 star. Got a room with spiders and smell of damp, asked reception to change it and took them so long that we missed our dinner and waited at reception for hours. Wifi connectivity is poor and food is okayish. As it is all inclusive, please avoid drinks at bars specially as they tasted like a cough syrup. Entertainment wise very poor, no good evening events apart from a boring DJ area. Rooms are not even 2 star standards and no lights in corridors and no replacement of drinks/tea/coffee in room. It is huge place, good for walking! Overall I would give 1 star hotel and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

April time. Relative hot For being a 5 start hotel, the room in the camelia Bungalow are substandard. No air condition, very poor light, and the terrace outside is ugly shabby maintained if it manteined at all. outside the main door in the room, they leave permanent cleaning apparels that makes the place to look poor. The food is great! As well all inclusive. In general great grounds huge and nicely maintained at least on the areas close to the apartments. So great for walks jogging sport etc The beach is ok. No really my type with lot of pebbles and jelly fish. Swimming pool are cold, even they stayed is heated. However is an indoor pool in the spa that is properly heated but didn’t last long, with the topical we will fixed tomorrow Shows entertainment are poor Internet is poor, you get disconnected frequently And pretty much null in the main pool area. Mind that you have aside of the main restaurant, 3 specialities options which you need to make a reservation in advance, in our case only one time allowed, which is not specified anywhere when you buy the package using love holidays. Which yet another disappointment. We went for the fish specialty, food tastes great but service was terrible, the starters came after the main, and the dessert never came even when asked. I have ben in other 5 stars hotel in Turkey and this one I would rated low but great grounds.

Amazing complex, well worth the money we paid for over the British Easter holidays. Food is ok, although it seems they cater more for Germans and Russians. Only problem was the onsite photographer. Ordered what I wanted, only to be talked into spending €140 when I went to collect my purchase they tried giving me 2 pictures and a print on a bit of glass!! When I confronted them they tried to put the rest on my phone which obviously cost nothing.. I would stay clear of these scammers! But the 4 adults and 4 kids that went enjoyed the holiday very much. We look forward to visiting again next year

On arrival we were greeted into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Floor was filthy with dirt/grit/sand and was outdated and in need of a makeover, definitely not 5 star standard as advertised. Lights in room/entrance were not working and soap dispenser in bathroom was empty and practically hanging off the wall, minibar has never been refilled since we arrived. For food, the areas serving food were very limited for amount of people in the resort so trying to find a table with family was a task in itself, then you had to queue for 15-20mins for 1 item of food which made dining with family near impossible as it’s just a free for all. Used Tables are left for ages before being cleared/cleaned and reset and spills just generally seem to be left and not cleaned up. They do offer you one free visit to one of the A la Carte restaurants on site but after being in resort 2 days we tried to book one and was told they were all fully booked up until after we went home which comes as no surprise as the food wasn’t exactly high quantity. During the daytime there are plenty activities for kids to do(some you have to pay) and the pool & slides are probably the best feature of the hotel, although trying to get an inflatable for some of the slides is again a free for all which should be a lot better organised, half the inflatable rings were deflated and again the queues to get one could take quite some time. Come night time there is absolutely no entertainment or activities for kids/family and half the resort is still closed and generally looking rundown and in need of some refurbishment. Two days we came back to our rooms from being at pool all day to find no towels left in the room and we had to go to reception to get some put to our room. We still have a few days left of the holiday but I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and it most certainly is not a 5 star resort with the reviews posted, it would get 3 stars at best and that’s being generous. For the money you pay to come here there are certainly a lot higher standard hotels in Lara Beach/Belek area to stay which we have been in previously and would recommend avoiding Aquaworld for anyone intending coming here on holiday. If you look at the latest reviews they can’t all be wrong and wish we booked another location. I don’t normally write reviews but felt so let down with what we were expecting and what we actually got for what we paid for this holiday. The resort does have a lot of potential if it was run properly but there just seems to be so few staff available for the amount of people on site. We certainly will not be coming back again in future.

I hate these pets being allowed to be in places where they shouldn’t be at (in the restaurant. It’s quite unsanitary.The owners bring their dogs to the restaurant without leashes at least don’t let the dog free and go near to peoples foods on tables.) The owners are too Unresponsible with their pets they make their dogs poop wherever they want for gods sake there where poop on the main road near the cafe house at least take them somewhere where people can’t step on. People come to the hotel to relax not to constantly be annoyed and be horrified by pets who are also constantly barking. The other day one dog attacked my mom I mean if you can’t control your pets don’t bring them. On the second problem the have given us a room which water in the bathroom doesn’t flow out, the water in the bathroom was accumulating with every wash. We are constant customers of Aquaworld Belek at least two times every year we come and so far we had the worst experience. I would like these problems to be solved because the experience this time was very bad and it might be my last time if these problems continue.
