We had an unforgettable family vacation! The kids loved the mini club with pizza day, soap making, and pottery workshops, while adults enjoyed fun activities like darts, aqua aerobics, and pool games. In the evenings, the entertainment was amazing — the Brazilian show was colorful and full of energy, and the Turkish show with historical scenes was truly impressive. Afterward, we danced at the disco, sang karaoke, and even played bingo. The water park with free ice cream was the cherry on top for the kids! Special thanks to Oscar and his animation team — they made our holiday perfect.

Our stay at the hotel was full of fun and great memories! The evening shows were a real highlight — every night there was something new and entertaining: comedy acts, live performances, themed parties, and more. The energy and creativity of the animation team, especially the Oscars Team, made every evening special. After the shows, the disco kept the vibe going with good music and a great atmosphere. It was the perfect way to end each day. Highly recommended for those who enjoy active nights and quality entertainment!

This is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff are so welcoming and on the first day we accidentally got the wrong room and they upgraded us to and even bigger one when we said it was wrong!!! There’s also so much to do for kids / adults too so everyone can enjoy these experience. I didn’t read reviews before booking and only checked the week before and got super worried but there was honestly no need it’s perfect! I also came with other people and they all say they had a wonderful time. I also constantly see people cleaning throughout the day and even when I first got here it was 4am and staff where cleaning everywhere so I would say it’s a pretty hygienic and clean hotel there was nothing for me to not say it was dirty/not clean
So thank you for a lovely stay and I’m sure I will visit again someday!!!!

The staff provided excellent service, particularly at the reception desk.
The breakfast offerings were of high quality.
However, the lunch and dinner menus exhibited limited variety and became repetitive.
The desserts and sweets lacked distinct flavors, primarily tasting of sugar.
I did not sample the alcoholic beverages.
The fitness center requires modernization, as it lacks essential equipment such as bars and weights.
The guest rooms were well-maintained and comfortable.
The beach was exceptionally beautiful.
On certain evenings, the dining areas experienced overcrowding due to a high volume of external visitors.

The hotel is below average. Food and drinks did not meet expectations. Due to staff shortages, cleaning is often delayed. On the other hand, the entertainment team is excellent. There are daytime activities every half hour, and evening programs for both children and adults are very well organized.
