The hotel is not 5 stars. Cleaning is not so good because they only clean the basics in the room.
The food is delicious, everything is okay and on time, but the plates and cups/glasses are not clean.
The bar is also not clean. All the alcohol is not perfect and tastes like water or something similar.
The entertainment is good; the shows are nice. Customer service speaks Turkish, Dutch, or Russian, but not English very well.
The internet/Wi-Fi is so bad.
The pool is clean, but not big enough.
The beach is good too, but transport between the hotel and beach is not good because only one golf cart with seven seats is working, and people wait a long time.

Considering the price, this hotel truly deserves five stars. While there are a few minor inconveniences, they are nothing unusual and can be found in most hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean, with exceptional housekeeping that pays attention to the smallest details. The food is varied and delicious across all meals. Customer relations manager Daria is always ready to step in and solve any issue promptly. The pool is large, safe, and enjoyable, with different shows and activities every day. The hotel owners are always present, friendly, and down-to-earth, which makes you feel right at home.
The hotel is also close to many shopping areas, and there’s a private shuttle that takes you to the hotel’s private beach, which is only a 3-minute ride away.

First of all you won't get to speak English in this hotel. Even reception don't know English and they talk to you in German.. also any animations that we been to just in German too.. very disappointed!
We get a nice room looks good but the doors are poor and you can hear everything I mean everything from the street.. the rooms facing the street so hotel should think about making the room comfortable and make it as quiet as possible. There is a nice bub across the street but they have very loud music after midnight untill 2am.. after 3rd day we decided to change the room as we could not sleep all night. Also the air con in that room didn't worked too.
The transport to the beach is good also food and beer served at all inclusive at the beach. Shame you can have only beer at the beach even their website says they serve there wine but they don't.
At the hotel any cocktails are chargeable 5€. At all inclusive only whisky, vodka, wine and beer.
Rooms were cleaned nearly every day but once they didn't give us any toilet paper and left us with one towel. Also we used two blankets but after cleaning they left us only one..
There could be more information about the transfer to the beach as If I wouldn't read it on internet I wouldn't even know we have one. No signs where the bus stop is.
Outside the hotel there is plenty shops with clothes also there is a bus stop from which you can go fo around 2€ to Side or Managvat with is much better than 15€ for taxi.

A beautiful family hotel in a good location. The facility is well designed. Rooms are big and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food in hotel and beach restaurants are very delicious. The beach is nice and the sunset is stunning. The hotel has great price performance.

Good afternoon. I would like to mention that this hotel is very nice inside, the rooms are spacious, there are more beds, the pool and deckchairs within the hotel are great, the pool is beautiful and has very nice greenery around it, women clean the rooms every day, but not exactly as clean as it should be, the bed linen is not changed as often, the terraces are not cleaned as they should be! As for the food, the food has no taste, it is very difficult to choose something! I would like to mention that we are on vacation and we need a lot of fish to be included in our lunch and dinner! Susi, for example, was in a lot of hotels, there is no mention of that here! The people who come to the hotel were very sloppy! They kept spilling something! The cleanliness of the restaurant is grade 1, without air conditioning where you eat! The air conditioner does not turn on at all in the hotel, only in the rooms where we turn on the air conditioner ourselves, and where the reception has it! The food could have been much better! Bed linen should also be changed every 3 days! It hasn't changed here even for 7 days! The chairs in the restaurant are very sticky when you sit down! The tables where you eat are very dirty, the mats are not washed or wiped after people! The beach was very dirty! As for the beach itself, the people who are employed force the animals and dogs that stay there to hide from the sun, which indicates very bad treatment of animals! The beach is full of cigarettes and bottles on the sand, and many uncultured tourists who should be ashamed! We have not seen worse tourists and more uncivilized than in Turkey
