I had such a wonderful time at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with lots of variety and everything so fresh. Every single worker I met was kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made the atmosphere feel so welcoming. The rooms were very nice, clean, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day. And there were lots of activities for kids and adults, so you’d never be bored. At night there were parties and they were amazing.Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, lots of activities, great service, and amazing food!

Great hotel.... Very clean, with delicious food and many options to choose from, plus all kinds of drinks- the iced coffee was my favorite. The reception staff were very supportive and helpful, which meant a lot to me as a person with a disability, I also really liked that the hotel gives opportunities for young students to engage and gain experience during the summer. Overall, a wonderful stay! Also a great thank you to someone very special at the hotel (T) ❤️

The hotel itself is great – very good standard, delicious food and drinks.
Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation with the pool sunbeds that left us feeling treated a bit unfairly.
On the second day, I went to the pool with my mother-in-law and my 3-year-old son. We sat down on two sunbeds that had no towels on them. After a while, two couples arrived around 1 p.m. (7 hours after supposedly “reserving” them at 6 a.m.) and started arguing that they had booked six sunbeds by leaving towels there early in the morning. They hadn’t used them the whole time. The staff suggested that we should leave the sunbeds. Luckily, we were just about to go for lunch, so we gave them up and went to eat.
At the end of our stay, my parents-in-law placed towels on four sunbeds at 6 a.m. so we could watch our 3-year-old playing in the pool and leave the stroller for our 6-month-old baby in a safe spot without blocking anyone’s way. Honestly, we also reserved sunbeds – because everyone does it here, and by 8 a.m. there are no free sunbeds left by the children’s pool.
When we went for breakfast, we saw that someone had moved our towels from two of the sunbeds. To make sure no one would take them, I left my son’s toys there. After breakfast, we came back to find his toys removed and two of our sunbeds taken. The woman sitting there only spoke Russian, and when we reported this to the staff, they didn’t even talk to her – even though earlier, in a similar situation, we were told to give up our sunbeds.
The staff offered us three other sunbeds quite far from the pool, in a place where I couldn’t leave the stroller without blocking the passage. When I refused, I was told to go to security and check the cameras. There, I was redirected to the customer service office. Fortunately, a very kind lady arranged three sunbeds closer to the pool with space for the stroller. But the whole situation took almost an hour, during which my son joined the kids’ activities instead of swimming, and my 6-month-old daughter fell asleep.
In my opinion, the whole system of “reserving” sunbeds with towels at 6 a.m. makes no sense – especially since many guests do not use them for most of the day. This creates unnecessary conflicts and frustration between guests and should be better managed by the hotel staff.

The hotel is fantastic. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Thanks to the chefs for the wonderful, varied and very tasty food. Thanks to all the staff, they are all great, bartenders, waiters, animators, the woman who makes pies in the hotel on the way to the beach. The maids cleaned the rooms and the whole hotel every day, the cleanliness is for 10+. The pools are very clean, everything is excellent. We had a great vacation at your hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turkey. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile – especially Seda, Ali and Ahmet at the reception and with the shuttle service, who made our stay even more pleasant. We felt very well taken care of and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. Thank you for the great hospitality – we would be happy to come back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
