Old hotel but excellent food, drinks, good service & location.
Hotel is generally attracting older guests from Germany, Russia, UK.
Good price to quality ratio on condition you don't pay more than 80 EUR/night (All Inclusive). A solid 3* but not 4*
- basic rooms with old TVs but good beds, bathrooms & efficient A/C
- water only in minibars
- only 1 small working lift for 181 rooms
- medium quality evening shows
- limited music by the pool
- very limited sports activities
- basic, no frills swimming pool
- indoor pool & night club closed (mid October)
- nice garden but looking like Northern Europe (pine trees instead of palms)
Rather ugly Beach Bar (1* out of 5*), open till 16:30 only !
- only beer & soft drinks available, no cocktails or ice cream
- poor food choice & quality compared to the hotel itself
- no water sports included in room rate
- dirty toilets
- no Bali beds

Me and my schoolmates were surprised when we saw the hotel at our arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, i also managed to befriend some of them.
The food was very tasty and it was always fresh.
The rooms we stayed in were in excellent condition and they were clean and tidy.
I also enjoyed the pool and the outside bar. The pool was big and clean. And the green spaces in the proximity of the pool were full of life.
I wish i could have stayed longer, but all great things come to an end.

Excellent hotel that firmly meets the stated 4 stars. Delicious food, friendly staff, regular cleaning. No one asks for tips as you often see. Even in the heat of +37 it was nice to find a shady spot in the garden by the pool. The holiday there left the best impressions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and much-needed air conditioning. The food was excellent, especially the variety of desserts, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices. The variety of fruits and vegetables was amazing! The amenities, such as the pool and beach, were wonderful – my family enjoyed both thoroughly. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to public transportation, making it perfect for exploring the area.
What truly made our experience memorable, however, were the staff, particularly at the pool bar, as we spent most of our time there. The service was outstanding, and I formed a friendship with Ahmet Emin, one of the bartenders who later worked as a waiter. We chatted here and there about his culture, and he always made sure we had everything we needed, making us feel at home together with the rest of the staff. It was this personal connection and exceptional hospitality that made our stay unforgettable, and it’s the main reason we've already decided to return next summer. I hope we’ll meet Ahmet again when we do!

I did quite a bit of research before booking this hotel and as such it was a perfect fit. Price performance ratio for this holiday was amazing! The standard of the hotel for price paid CANNOT be argued. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful always. The room was kept spotless, was a good size with a nice shower (good strength and hot water!). There are a lot of Germans so staff are a bit more familiar with this language but they try their best with English (& it's certainly better than my Turkish!). I felt genuinely well looked after and the staff really do work very hard.
The pool is lovely, nice sunbeds, lots of umbrellas like everywhere gets busy but usually you can find a spot.
We preferred pool to beach but nice to have options and easy walk or there is a shuttle.
Entertainment every night some better then others but great to have a distraction.
Onto food - other hotels I've been at have had larger dining areas however I felt the food offering was much the same. The quality of grilled chicken/fish here was good, salads & cheese lovely and fresh. Fresh pizza/pita daily baked for you. There are lots of options even if a bit fussy not going to go hungry and suspect if don't like this buffet wouldn't like many of the all inclusive on offer. The desserts weren't often to my taste but I've found the same anywhere AI. There is ice-cream which is lovely. There are pancakes made either sweet or savoury all afternoon by the pool but there is no other snacks as such between meals.
Location wise a few restaurants and shops outside and a cheap 15 minute bus to side/manavgat stops just outside!
So as before for price this place is fab! The staff are wonderful and the rooms comfy. Thank you for a brilliant holiday will certainly consider coming back!
