The hotel’s hygiene is poor. The glasses are not washed properly, they are dirty. Also, the toilet on the ground floor of the hotel is dirty. The rooms are very poorly insulated; you can hear what people next to you are talking about. In addition, the hotel staff who clean the rooms are very loud when walking through the hallways, so if you want to sleep at noon, don’t even try. The hotel music is always the same, with the same playlist going in circles. The good thing is that it’s close to the beach. All in all, I am not satisfied.

I don't like posting negative reviews, but this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in hostels for a quarter of the price with better facilities.
The room we got was disgusting and filthy (see photos below). Electricity was cutting out constantly, meaning you can't charge your devices or air condition your room, and water was cutting alongside with it. To add, no outlets by the bed, and only one or two for the whole room. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, that might change room to room, but we had a spring mattress.
Lobby and dining area basically don't have AC, it wasn't working half the time and when it was, it was barely noticeable.
The food is frankly disgusting. Little to no variety, and IF you have a selection of different cheeses, guess what, it's all the same cheese. Fruits and vegetables are warm (and the cucumber tasted moldy once). Spaghetti sauce is basically ketchup with basil thrown in.
Drink selection is abysmal, and if you don't order from a bar, it's barely cool. Bar selection itself is almost non-existent, you get one brand of vodka and other spirits, one brand of beer, one soda (Pepsi).
Coffee is good at the very least. But all of this is made worse by the fact that you can't get any drink (not even water) past 10pm.
Room service skipped us multiple times throughout the week, never changed the bed sheets, never cleaned the floor.
Receptionist and almost all other staff (other than room service) have an awful attitude most of the time and you feel like you're bothering them when you ask them to clean your room or get you a drink.
If you value your sanity and comfort, avoid this hotel.

Just back from a 4 day break in this hotel. As soon as our transfer arrived and opened the door we just knew it would be a mistake! Our room was on the 3rd floor, and OMG it was like something from the 1940s. Very dark interiors. The man on reception was very condascending, as we couldn't get our room door to lock. He came up with us in the lift to show us, as though to say, that we should have known that the button had to be pressed in a certain way to lock it ! We asked the Loveholidays rep the next day if he could either move us to another hotel or even just a better room. He told us as we had been to other parts of Turkey before, we had been spoiled. We were moved to the 5th floor which was a lot better. This was the poor part of Turkey and it was reflected on the state of the hotel. Breakfast was a joke, ham, cheese, no bread, boiled eggs, and a lady making omelettes outside. The same every day as was the lunch and evening meals. We went to the local cafe everyday to eat breakfast which was very good.
The hygiene in the pool bar was particularly bad! The bar person was washing the glasses by just running them under the tap! I came home with a mouth full of ulcers! When checking online, Kleopatra Ada never came up on any searches, it kept bouncing you to Kleopatra Beach, which is right on the Beach. Something to look out for!
This was no doubt the worst holiday i have been on and i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody
