I don't like posting negative reviews, but this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in hostels for a quarter of the price with better facilities.
The room we got was disgusting and filthy (see photos below). Electricity was cutting out constantly, meaning you can't charge your devices or air condition your room, and water was cutting alongside with it. To add, no outlets by the bed, and only one or two for the whole room. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, that might change room to room, but we had a spring mattress.
Lobby and dining area basically don't have AC, it wasn't working half the time and when it was, it was barely noticeable.
The food is frankly disgusting. Little to no variety, and IF you have a selection of different cheeses, guess what, it's all the same cheese. Fruits and vegetables are warm (and the cucumber tasted moldy once). Spaghetti sauce is basically ketchup with basil thrown in.
Drink selection is abysmal, and if you don't order from a bar, it's barely cool. Bar selection itself is almost non-existent, you get one brand of vodka and other spirits, one brand of beer, one soda (Pepsi).
Coffee is good at the very least. But all of this is made worse by the fact that you can't get any drink (not even water) past 10pm.
Room service skipped us multiple times throughout the week, never changed the bed sheets, never cleaned the floor.
Receptionist and almost all other staff (other than room service) have an awful attitude most of the time and you feel like you're bothering them when you ask them to clean your room or get you a drink.
If you value your sanity and comfort, avoid this hotel.

Hotel staff here are completely unprofessional and very aggressive. This hotel is a scam. It was booked through a travel agency and we were expecting a 4 star experience but received the Turkish version of a motel 6 with EVEN WORSE customer service. The only thing all inclusive about this place is the non stop attitude you get from the employees. The food is complete trash made my entire family sick. They only have 1 beer, Tuborg. They have one vodka and one of every other spirit. Bottom of the barrel stuff. I argued with these folks about their embarrassment of a resort and it just caused so many problems I couldn’t enjoy my stay there anymore. The hotel across the street is 💯 times better. Don’t waste your money on this trash.

Hi everyone! We just spent a week in this hotel, and I want to tell you that it was my worst experience ever. The rooms were not clean, the receptionist was so rude to us and the food as well was not the best. After just we arrived we got a room, which was not cleaned at all, and I went down and told the staff to please send someone to clean it. I thought it’s gonna be clean… but it wasn’t and I cleaned it later… 😃 and during all week, it didn’t meant anything if I put the ‘cleaning’ sign out after we left, because when we came back, it was still hanging on the door and of course the room was dirty. We went there with our friends, and they got a room, which was so small, dirty and full of old staff(the ‘wardrobe’ was broken and not clean, they only had a tiny little desk….), that I don’t even know how they can give it to someone!? We tried to got them another room, but the receptionist made a big fight and started yelling…. And I think the most annoying part was the WiFi… I don’t know if you need to buy the WiFi password in other hotels, but here you gonna need (we didn’t have internet access because our phones were not working after we landed) :))
Last, but not least we also had a fight about ordering the drinks…. The quality of them were so bad, the beer they serve is not always cold, and you just got a tiny glass. Cocktails are not existing there… so if you want to have a pleasant holiday, choose another place. :) don’t waste your time and money on this hotel.

Disclosure: remember reviews are very subjective and reflect our past experiences.
So, if i compare this 4 star hotel to an American one, based on rooms, quality of linens and the bathroom (shower and fixtures) , then the quality in the US is better.
And , if you look at the food that is included in the hotel price, it is so much better than the US free breakfast.
And the price for the walking distance to the famous sandy Kleopatra beach is unbeatable!
So, the value for the money is super!
Here is why i gave a 4 star rating:
2 for Interior/rooms ( a bit outdated and not very upkept in the hallways),
5 for the price/location/food,
5 for the Staff!

Food was absolutely awful, fruit covered in flys meat looked majorly damaged.😩 drinks selection is only 4 things; cheap vodka, horrible beer, pepsi or red wine.
The rooms are pretty much cardboard boxes can here absolutely everything 24/7. Awful smell from the outside throughout the entire room.
Staff spoke little to no English and were just rude never smiled or was welcoming.
Wifi is not free as advertised.
Big let down.
