Amazing Stay at Crystal Verde Resort & Spa!
Our vacation at Crystal Verde was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
We loved the variety of food at the buffet—there was something new every day! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the evening entertainment was a lot of fun.
It was the perfect place for a family getaway. We’ll definitely come back again!

Complaint about stay in so-called 5-star hotel near Antalya
Due to a flight delay from Antalya to Schiphol, we were forced to stay one night in this hotel. The hotel advertises itself as a 5-star accommodation, but in our experience it only deserves 2 stars.
Arrival and dining experience
We arrive around 9:00 PM and would like to eat something. Unfortunately, the restaurant turned out to be closed. Only through the intervention of the restaurant manager were we able to order something from a menu. The fries we received were lukewarm, limp and not fresh. Later in the evening I had a hamburger, which was remarkably acceptable, but certainly not special.
First impression and atmosphere
The general impression of the hotel was gloomy and lackluster. The appearance of the building is reminiscent of old Eastern Bloc flats. Inside we encountered a noisy atmosphere, with lots of rumours of (presumably) Russian and Bulgarian guests. There was no rust of relaxation. The staff also seemed unmotivated and grumpy.
The room
Our room was located in a separate building, accessible via a route in the area. As a result, the corridors were cold and uncomfortable. The room itself was dated and not cleaned properly. It was striking that there were no sheets on the beds - only a thin bedspread. This made us sleep badly.
Bar experience
In the evening we visited the bar on floor -1. There we had to queue for 10 to 15 minutes for a drink. The bar was overcrowded, with loud music and loudly singing guests. It was impossible to have a normal conversation. The staff behind the bar was curt and unfriendly. The atmosphere in the hotel felt completely unpleasant and unsafe.
Breakfast
The breakfast the next morning was simple and substandard. There was little choice and the quality certificate had absolutely no right to the 5-star status that the hotel claimed.
General conclusion
Our stay in this hotel was far from pleasant. We were already tired from the delayed flight, but the conditions in the hotel caused extra stress and frustration. In our opinion, this hotel is definitely not worth 5 stars — more like 2. The photos on the website are misleading and paint a much rosier picture than reality.
In addition, the hotel is remote ("in the middle of nowhere"). There is usually nothing to do in the immediate vicinity, and the center of Belek can only be reached by taxi or bus.
We want to meet this complaint with other travelers to think carefully before booking this hotel. The pools may look nice, but the rooms, service, atmosphere and food are far below standard.
Storm Parlour
Had a really good time here at Crystal! Rooms are lovely, staff are great and the food is good- love the 24hr all inclusive! Would recommend this hotel for adults and children.
A la carte restaurant is lovely too.

Service at the hotel is great, all the staff are really friendly especially the waiters. Our room was cleaned every day with the bed made nicely. The food is fantastic especially for an all inclusive we really have no complaints about it. There's a huge variety of entertainment with singers, shows and activities throughout the day however the entertainment team could put in more effort when hosting pool activities and socialising with guests. Overall a really good holiday and excellent value for money.

The stay at Crystal Paraiso Verde was disappointing to say the least. Starting from the food (which on the surface seemed to have some variety) was terrible, especially lacking in vegetarian options. The labeling of the food was lacking as well (and some options that did appear vegetarian from the first glance were in fact not).
The quality of the service was lacking as well. It was hard to communicate with the staff as they mostly spoke Russian and the ones that did speak English were few so overall communication was rough.
The cleanliness standards of the hotel leave something to be desired: the food/dining were downright filthy at times, our hotel room bathroom was unclean as well.
Despite being an "ultra all-inclusive", many of the services in the hotel (spa, arcade room, restaurants, photographs, etc.) were not free, and frankly overpriced. Some of the employees were obnoxious and wouldn't take no for an answer.
Overall, would not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.
