Amazing Family Holiday!
We stayed at Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort & Spa as a family and had an unforgettable time. The staff were incredible – from the friendly housekeeping team to the hardworking waiters, and especially the energetic Crispy Crew who kept the whole family entertained day and night. Everyone was kind, helpful, and really made us feel welcome.
There was plenty to do for both kids and adults, the food was varied and tasty, and the pool and beach areas were clean and well-maintained.
The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clean and comfortable, and it honestly didn’t affect our experience. The exceptional service more than made up for it.
Highly recommend this resort for families. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

A great hotel for families with children! Excellent location, lots of entertainment and animation group! Kids and adults will have plenty to do! The rooms are nice and clean, with every day service. We highly recommend this 5-star hotel.

Absolutely shit the food was frozen food broken door Handel we got attacked and the staff did not help the shower was switching between hot and cold the whole time. There were brocken cabinets and cupboards the toilet did not flush and the rooms have terrible air-conditioning. The nicest staff was the room service people.

Our stay at Crystal Paraiso Verde was the perfect combination of peace, enjoyment, and high-quality service we had been longing for. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and the natural beauty of the surroundings that immediately made us feel special.
The hotel is beautifully integrated with nature. Walking through palm trees and lush green gardens while hearing the birds sing was truly refreshing for the soul. It felt like we were finally able to breathe again, away from the hustle of city life.
Our room was spacious and well thought-out. Every detail was carefully considered, and the cleanliness was simply flawless. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, who refreshed our room with the same care every day.
The food exceeded all expectations. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was rich, delicious, and prepared with great attention to detail. The variety of international dishes was a nice touch. The dessert buffet was like a visual feast – we especially loved the fruity treats!
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. From reception to restaurant service, animation to technical support, everyone carried out their duties professionally yet warmly. Often, just a glance was enough for someone to step in and assist you with a smile.
The pool areas were spacious and clean, offering a fun and safe environment for children too. Daytime activities were enjoyable and perfectly balanced with relaxation. Evening shows and live music added color to our nights and made the holiday feel full and vibrant.
The beach area was also well-organized. Shuttle services ran smoothly, and the beach offered a peaceful atmosphere. The sea was crystal clear, and watching the sunset there was a magical experience.
In short, Crystal Paraiso Verde offers more than just a holiday — it’s a place where you can recharge and return home truly happy. We sincerely thank the hotel management and every member of the staff for this beautiful experience with our family. We are already planning to return, and we highly recommend it to everyone around us.

LI recently stayed at Crystal Paraiso Verde in Turkey and had a great time! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food offered a wide variety of options. The pools were well-maintained and there was always something fun to do, from activities during the day to shows in the evening. The beach was a bit of a walk, but there were frequent shuttles. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay — perfect for a summer getaway!
